Smokes 4 Less (Newburgh)

One of the girls that are working there today, is very rude, 4-1-24. She was on the right hand register. I ask her to give me separate tickets and she starts yelling I cant do that, meanwhile the other girl just did it for another customer. Shes screaming across the room yelling its closed go home to customers running to lock the door. She is not friendly and has a negative attitude. I hope next time I come She is not there because I will not go to her register. Cant deal with negatively

All staff members are super nice and very personable, most know my name, ask about my family and work, even when it’s very busy. I appreciate knowing that I’ll be walking into a store with a friendly face behind the counter no matter who is working that day. In all honesty, I’ve had some stressful days recently and felt better leaving the store than I did walking in bc sometimes polite conversation and a few laughs can go a long way. Thanks for being awesome!

The black ghetto girl thats behind the counter is very rude! She need classes in customer service. Bad attitude to be in customer service. Im a regular and my experience today was horrible. She ruined my whole day. This was around 10:30 Saturday morning. I would like to report her.

Terrible if the person behind the counter doesnt like to be selling tickets to customers and deal with them I am pretty sure you are not in the right place plus it doesnt cost anything to be courteous with the customers. today I witnessed how bad this employee treat people and to be honest who is Joe because this woman repeat this name couple of times please Sr tell your staff to be nice Im pretty sure you want the same 04/01/2024 300 pm thank you.

Terrible when you have to be yelled at because these women don’t have ANY customer service skills! The owner needs to do pop up visits, but then again, I’m sure they smile when he’s there. Trash!

I went a few months ago at 12 and it was closed for the day. Today it closed at 2:30. I understand its New Year’s Day but the place is from my experience open the hours that are listed. I called and was told it was opened earlier and is closed for the day. Maybe update hours of operation or put up sign saying why you are closed. The 2 times I have come by its the same girl. It just seems weird.

I bought a lottery ticket and did not win a million dollars the ghetto girl promised I would win but other than that she was very sweet to me.
