Im so glad I was finally brave enough to try getting a facial. Rachel is amazing! Ive now been to her several times and have taken my daughter to her as well. She is an excellent listener and has customized our facials to meet our individual needs and areas of concerns. Rachels knowledge and advice has been incredibly helpful. I feel better than ever about my aging skin and my daughter is more confident with her face looking so clear and beautiful again.

Rachael is absolutely amazing. Her facials are so relaxing and I see such a big difference even before my next visit! If you are on a healthy skin care journey, go see her! She gave amazing recommendations and walked me through step by step. Thanks girl!

Ive been to other massage locations before and in comparison, I was not impressed or satisfied. This was my first visit to the location and they called to cancel my appointment, but I was understanding. No big deal. They got me in the next day. When I arrived, I was 15 minutes early and I was put in a waiting room. The massage therapist came out to get me about 4 minutes late, we talked a brief moment before starting about my focus areas and I laid on the table. We didnt start until 10 minutes into my appointment time. She was kind and got me a pillow to lay on to help with my bad shoulders. During the massage, I told her multiple times it was too hard and it was hurting me, but she would end up going right back to the same pressure as before. Theres were times in the massage that I was unsure of she was even awake. She would put her arms on my back, she was breathing loudly and she wasnt moving for quite some time. This happened multiple times throughout the massage. When I turned on my back, my pillow was taken and I could not relax my arms without pain. I had to hold my arms on my chest and link them, so by the time we were done, I was in massive pain from holding my arms up the whole time while on my back. After it was over, I checked my time and it was 10 minutes before my time was supposed to be over, so it was upsetting. I was asked how everything was and I discussed my concerns at the front desk. I was told they were sorry about not having a therapist that normally focuses on the issues I wanted help with. Then I was told thats its normal for my 90 minute massage to only be 70 minutes, so I could be assessed in the beginning and leave before the next massage time for the next person. They said that I did receive my full massage time. The look and feel of the location was only so so in my opinion. For the cost, the lack of quality and none of my concerns being addressed, I will never go back. It wasnt worth the time or money spent going.

Rachael is the reason I’m keeping my membership! She gives the most amazing facials. She lets me relax the entire time and educates me on my skin during extractions - which is the perfect balance! My skin has never looked better since following her skincare routine to help with my adult breakouts, pigmentation, and dry skin. I will never go to anyone else now.

Ive been getting facials from Rachael for a couple years now and Im always so impressed with my skin afterwards! She has the best recommendations and is so sweet- I always look forward to my next appointment. I also love that she doesnt bombard me with tons of products, and truly only recommends things that my skin really needs- I cant recommend her enough!

I’ve been frequenting this location since 2022. In-person sessions are always fun! For example, I enjoy trying out all the different upgrade options like the face electrocution device that zaps me. Rachael developed a skincare routine for me to do at home too. I enjoy the pampering and conversation part of facials. 90min’s leaves me glowing inside and out :) highly recommend

I’ve noticed after a few yrs going here that the therapist have gotten better and better. I was scared to get a facial because I had previously had a bad one yrs ago. The front desk re assured me that Rachael is good so I gave it a shot. I love facials now. My mom and I add it to every massage.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but, I feel management & customers should read this one. 1. I went here a bit over 6 months ago, I was semi displeased but.. paid my dues & figured people have bad days or we are all different etc. 2. I went in today I would not have stole that massage from someone, it was THAT bad! He seemed so uncomfortable massaging a woman it made me uncomfortable! & So much for Swedish & massage. This guy did not massage my arms AT all. He rubbed my calves but not my thighs & not my feet. He actually didn’t rub at all he used me as a leaning post & kept yawning loudly while he did it. I counted when he leaned on my glute pressure point (over time blanket of course) LEGIT, no exaggeration… 5 minutes. I kept moving to let him know I was absolutely bored & not impressed or relaxed at all. Yet, he stayed put while leaning on me. I felt embarrassed for him & guilt so I gave him a small tip. But, hopefully this review will be a bigger one. I called instantly after & was told the manager would not return to Riverdale Massage Envy until Tuesday. I would never suggest this place to anyone 🫢 I’m sorry! We all work hard for our money & I was so disappointed 2X.

I was running late for my appointment and didn’t end up getting there until about 20 minutes after it started. I will own it as my mistake. However the 60 minute massage only lasted for 30 minutes and I still had to pay full price. They could have at least gone for the 40 minutes or let me pay a fraction of the price. The attendant was rude about it when I expressed my frustration.

Have been with Massage Envy for years and absolutely enjoy going there. Their front office staff, Emily and Stephanie are always willing to assist in every aspect of the business. Everytime I go in, there is always a greeting and smile to make you feel appreciated. They also make sure that when you set up your appointments, the best massage therapist is chosen for what you are looking for in a massage. Highly recommend!

Rachel gives the BEST facials. I used to just get massages but now am getting facials also because they feel great and my skin looks so much better.

Rachael gives better facials than Ive gotten at luxury hotel spas around the world. Every step feels luxurious and effective. Plus she always knows what my skin needs and what to recommend I incorporate into my routine.

I have been coming to the Riverdale location for about 8 years & have always had wonderful experiences having my lower back worked on from always trying to do way to much in my garden every Spring as well as general therapy for my outdoor sport activities. Jennifer is just absolutely amazing & I am always feeling very relaxed as well as recharged after every session. I highly recommend Jennifer as your therapist.

Racheal is amazing. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my face. She is an incredible esthetician. My skin always feels fantastic after my facials. She is so knowledgeable and kind.

I love this place. I came for the massages but stayed for the facials. They are so relaxing! Rachel is amazing!The only thing I wish was different was the sound system. The music always glitching out and skipping and it takes away from the experience 🥲 hope it gets fixed soon!

I had a massage with Ash tonight. Incredible!! Ash paid great attention to the problem areas I mentioned, kept a perfect amount of pressure going, and checked to make sure I was comfortable. I hadnt said anything about recently starting to hold tension in my face, jaw, and neck, but Ash found it and was so tender and intentional about those areas. I felt really cared for and seen as a person.

Emily has an incredible ability to handle scheduling, special needs & requests. Very thorough and organized. Always feel special here. The staff is trained and never rushed. Always feel at home here!!

Rachel did such an amazing job on my microderm!! My face feels brand new!

They billed me incorrectly for my significant others massage then (when they contacted me months later and identified the issue) wouldnt make it right. I understand they have policies, but this was their error and they even acknowledge it was their fault and wont fix it. Now Im out over $100. I just wonder why they chose not to make this right. 😕

I have never cried SO much due to a manager speaking to me the way this one did. Definitely never coming back. My mom, me, my two cousin, and grandma all canceled our subscribtions due to this experience. Now we go to SOL.

I received a gift certificate and Ill be honest setting my initial appointment online was a little bit of a struggle, more due to my own limitations in my schedule and how quickly appointments can book out. Once I was able to get into my first appointment in November I absolutely loved it and signed up for a membership. Tracy is awesome! Booking with the ladies at the front counter after services simplified things for me and theyre super nice!

Sleazy business practices, got a massage as a gift and after it they told me that there wasn’t enough balance on the card to cover the one hour massage it was supposed to be good for, so ended up having to pay a additional $50 just to get out of there not to mention I waited 20 minutes for my massage to even start! Me and the person I got the gift from definitely won’t be returning here and I would think about supporting masseuses elsewhere.

Got a “prenatal” massage here & it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I can definitely understand all the negative reviews this location in particular has. Even though I put “medium” pressure on my paperwork, it was the lightest pressure humanly possible. I may have been pregnant but I’m not that fragile nor broken, it’s almost laughable. Also, what they didn’t tell me was they massage OVER the sheet, so all I could feel was basically fabric just rubbing against my skin. This was a gift from my mother in law thinking she was doing a kind thing for me & it ended up being the most awful experience which I obviously didn’t have the heart to tell her. I have been going to Sego Lily in Layton for years - if you’re looking for a great massage/experience, definitely go there! Never ever had a bad experience with them. I will never go back to Massage Envy, gift card or not. I always advise everyone to stay away from this place as well.

I went in for a 60 min massage. I filled out the paperwork and told the massage therapist that I wanted my neck, shoulders, and back worked on. He only worked on the front of my neck and shoulders. When I woke up the next day the back of my neck felt worse. When I called the manager to let her know she was very rude and defensive. She did not care and acted like my concerns were a waste of time. I work in the service industry as well and am always willing to listen and make the customer happy. I will never be going back to this location! Their customer service and management skills are terrible.

I was the last appointment of the evening and they were so kind and really made me feel special! They even let me add time! Definitely recommend! I think my masseuse’s name was Kristy but I’m not sure.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Whenever you try to make an appointment they NEVER answer the phone. The front staff is always rude. When I canceled my membership a while back they kept charging. We made several attempts to call and speak to the manager Stephanie and of course, she was NEVER there. When she did finally call back, she acted all nice and fake. When I explained why I was so upset, she hung up on me. I called back and told the front desk I was disconnected from Stephanie. She did pick up the phone again after the disconnect and I asked her if she hung up on me and she said yep, I did and kept carrying on about how she didnt have to listen to an upset customer.Dear Corporate Massage Envy-The lack of customer service and the quality of care your employees show is a direct reflection of your leadership. If I was the CEO or president of this big corporate company I would be ashamed. So sad when this is a place of alternative healing and relaxing and clients are treated this way. Please think twice before you sign up for a membership here.

My wife has a monthly service here but they are completely booked on all Saturdays and any weekday after 3. Since we have children there is no way she can use the monthly services that we are paying for. They stated they will not refund us and the only thing we can do to use the service we are waiting for is get in their waiting list. Last time we had an appointment the masseuse cancelled on us and we had to reschedule (which we couldn’t do). Im frustrated as to why they are offering services they can’t fulfill.

*Zero star review* The whole experience was bad. The massage therapist didnt allow 1 minute to go by without talking to me. (I had an hour appointment) And when we had issues with the wrong card being ran for payment they were extremely rude to my husband and argumentative. Never going back. Took what was supposed to be relaxing - to a very stressful situation.

I have been going to the Riverdale Massage Envy for over 5 years. I can honestly say that the therapists are top notch. A big shout out to Jeanette who goes above and beyond as not only a very thorough Massage therapist, but also sprinkles in some mental health care.Stephanie kept the place running during the chaos of the pandemic which goes to show her acumen and motivation. She runs a tight ship indeed! She is professional, courteous, and friendly.I can hardly wait for my next visit!

I cancelled my membership with one credit left. I scheduled a massage and wanted to let my wife use it as a small surprise. Instead we were surprised by the front desk denying us use because our benefits had been cancelled and we couldnt transfer a credit. This tacked on with other lame excuses. We lost the credit and were charged with a fee for a no show. Were done

Okay I love my massages. Getting in this last year has been kinda hard, but I get it. I also feel I pay for a 50 min massage and lately the time is being cut back. (Therapists slow grabbing from waiting room and ending quicker). Then they have suggested tips, that are kinda outrageous. I tip decent, but not 30 bucks.

The therapists great. Admin side has a couple issues. Still havent resolved me getting online to make my own appointments for 6 months and only say they will try again when I bring back up. No actual invoices available to submit to insurance and statements dont reflect an accurate cost billed for the monthly massage.

I was given a gift card for Christmas for an hour massage. I told the person on the phone I had a gift card. And they knew I wasn’t a member. After my massage, I was SHOCKED when they told me my massage was an additional $50 on top of my gift card. I will never go there again. I have had better experiences at day spas and didn’t pay near that much. You have lost my business.

My mom got our family massages for Christmas and we all absolutely loved our massages. My masseuse, Cody, was so great at explaining the process and was very respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the conversation we had. I definitely recommend him to anyone going to this Massage Envy location. He knows his stuff and is very personable.

I signed up for the year long membership, but once I signed up they became impossible to schedule with and cancelled appointments on me, I tried to cancel my membership but it is impossible and now I’ve paid for all of these appointments that I can’t use. Whatever you do, do not sign up for a membership with them! Also I made an appointment before my membership and when I went in, the price was way more than they originally told me it would be. This place is way too expensive and hard to work with and they are sneaky with prices and contracts. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get a massage

Alyssa was extremely amazing and professional! She gave me the BEST facial that I have ever had. She was so thoughtful of my skin and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was so polite and knowledgeable about her job and what she could do to help my skin. She didnt push me into buying specific items or upgrading my sessions. She was willing to help me understand the best products for my skin that was within my budget. Also the front desk ladies are always so kinda and address me by name every time I stop in, even if it has been months before my next visit. They are so willing to help me reschedule appointments or answer any of my questions!

Massage Envy provides affordable, high quality services. I have lived with chronic pain since my twenties & my therapist Lindsay expertly finds the specific areas causing my pain and relaxes the tension. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk is pleasant and professional.

Excellent customer service, from the phone call to set up the appointment to the tranquillity room I was put in to complete my paperwork to the most important massage therapist that ensured pressure and areas of concern were addressed upfront. The business was very clean and serene. The massage room temperature was just right, sometimes my feet get cold. I have already made my next appointment.

Mindy is wonderful! She is able to get to those areas that really need the treatment. I have had much needed rapid relief from trouble spots after her massages!! Everyone there in Riverdale is very nice and accommodating. I always look forward to my monthly massages!

After a car accident I started seeing Richard to get some relief from the stiffness and soreness and it has been a wonderful experience! Being a woman it can be intimidating to have a male therapist, but he is very professional and very careful to make you feel comfortable. He is very talented and knowledgeable and I always l fr feeling so much better! Rosemary is always super welcoming and amazing at the front desk! I cant say enough good about this place!

I bought a membership but I’m extremely frustrated with trying to book an appointment. They are booked out two weeks to a month and now they are closed Sunday.They have bad communication because they give you the much needed reminder of your massage (booked a whole month out) on voicemail! My voicemail is completely full of robocalls who uses voicemail anymore? How about using text messages? Then they charge you for the full massage.If I could actually get a massage I would probably love this membership. The front desk is helpless and defensive. Bottom line is they took on too many members and can’t really deliver the service. They raised the monthly rate but never added availability. I’m trying to use up all of my massages so I can cancel but I can’t get an appointment time after work hours.

I really did enjoy my massage membership here until they cancelled my appointment without even notifying me! When my wife had told me we were no longer on the books for our couples massage, I was so mad! My wife asked the manager why and what happened and there was no response. Management totally sucks here. The therapists are awesome but dang, management (Stephanie Deck and Kim Gunlock) youre the absolute worst! Get it together

I LOVED my experience at Massage Envy today. Me and my fiancé went in for massages. I have had headaches every day and nothing I’ve tried has touched it. I went in for my massage with Lindsey and she was able to work my neck and shoulders so good my headache is totally gone all while making sure I was completely comfortable. The front desk staff was also so sweet they made sure I had water the whole time I was waiting for my fiancé to be done with his massage. They also made sure we were getting the best price by offering the wellness program to us. Overall amazing experience from every single person we came in contact with!!

I love my Massage Envy membership! I feel so much better when I am able to come in for a massage once a month, and I have found so many therapists at Massage Envy that do an excellent job! Lindseyis so knowledgeable, personable and does an amazing massage!

Member for nearly 10 years. I should have left them a review years ago. The Ogden location isn’t much to look at on the outside, but very pretty and relaxing in the inside. I like shaking it up trying out different massage artists. All have their own strengths. You’d be sure to find one just right for you by asking some questions and describing what you’re looking for while booking.

We arrived 5 minutes late, what we weren’t told was how basic this massage experience was to be. A few things that didn’t sit right was the quality or lack there of, with the massage, lotion and rooms. Other places you can’t expect soothing oils or long lasting lotions, aromatherapy, and a detailed massage but not here. Not only was it unpleasant to hear the massage therapist burping, but her massage was lazy and lacked creativity. There was nothing I couldn’t have done that she did. The lotion was cheap and dried almost immediately after skin contact. No they don’t use fancy oils or anything just a cheap lather. And they stopped the massage 5 minutes before schedule! They claim to do prenatal massages, but thats not true. There is no table appropriate for that, so I felt uncomfortable getting a side massage when I could’ve have gotten a deeper more relaxing massage if there was more accommodation. I had high expectations given it’s a massage salon but I am not surprised. And do not recommend. If you want a high quality massage I’d recommend going to a birth doula, a doula trained to do massages will treat your body better and her hands will know what you need and where. In the end the couples massage which was to last one hour was only 40 minutes of actual massage time. My body doesn’t feel any different nor did I get what I expected.

Loved the massage but their business constantly try’s to up the prices even though I set up prior to hand a free massage with my account and a free massage with a friend. Every time I try to set it up they try to change it and charge me full price as if I don’t have an account or transferred over my points.

What can I say - Ive been a member of Massage Envy for years. This is my favorite location. The staff is friendly, its clean/stylish and my therapists have all been wonderful. Ashley doubles as my therapist and sometimes when I cant see her Ive gotten others whove been great too.I dont think Ive ever had a massage here that wasnt amazing.Obviously Im happy because I dont even think of cancelling. We had one mixup with scheduling that was a big pain years ago and they made it right. So I know that they care even when things dont go perfectly. I was even finishing a massage when a tornado hit close by. Everyone was watching together and it was kind of bonding.Ive gotten one facial and need to do that again but mostly I go for the no-nonsense, quick, professional, therapeutic and relaxing massage. Perfect if youre busy and you never get around to scheduling or dont have time to get a full spa experience. Still, it has a spa-like atmosphere. My only complaint is they dont have an Android app for scheduling yet. Only iPhone. But you can make appts online now (it did take them way too long to offer it - just this year - but I forgive them).I used to go to the Bountiful location and Ive been to the Sugarhouse location and one random one on vacation (dont do that, stick with someone you like or you risk getting their worst therapist like I was).

This review is based on a 60 minute session at Massage envy Riverdale area. 5 stars for Emilie, she did a great job and focused on areas that I had asked her to pay special attention to. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment because I could have sworn it was confirmed for 2 but today I found out it was for 1:30. I didn’t receive any appt confirmations via text or email so that didn’t help. They still saw me through today, although I forfeited the time lost during the session.

This is absolutely my favorite place to be pampered in the Weber County area!! Not only are you greeted by the friendly front staff, but your massage therapist is extremely professional at all times! Also, very clean, and relaxing environment.

Massage Envy has an exceptional masseuse in Haley. She was able to find and work out all the areas causing tension and headaches in my upper body and I left feeling like a new person. I’ve had hundreds of massages over 25 years and she was professional and top notch!

EDITED REVIEW:On my first visit to Massage Envy I did not have a great experience with the massage I got. (It was wayyyy too soft and I did not feel like I got my moneys worth). After writing a detailed review here on why I gave them 2 stars they contacted me and asked me to give them another try.They got me in for a comp massage and paired me with a masseuse that would be a much more heavy handed than the first masseuse (as I said I was looking for a massage to get all of my knots out of my back/shoulders).They had paired me with Lindsey - and that women has MAGIC hands. Now only did she do what I had been looking for, she also managed her time greatly. After doing a thorough job on my back/neck/shoulders there was still time left over and asked me what she should focus on next. Lindsey was amazing and 100% saved my review with Massage Envy. She did such a great job I may go back to her for another massage in a month or so.

I love having a membership at Massage Envy. The monthly appointments ensure that I’m taking time to give proper self-care...mind, body, and soul. Therapist Lyndsey is amazing!! Great staff+relaxing setting=Massage Envy Riverdale!

The massage was pretty good except for the fact that everytime the therapist started talking(which was a few times), he would stop the massage. Therefore I didnt get the full 30 min. Burn. If you go there, ask the therapist not to talk during your session.

Hannah is an excellent therapist!! I’ve gone to her a handful of times and it’s been what I need every time. Today specifically, I had a different issue and she accommodated and focused on exactly what I needed with the perfect amount of pressure. She is talented!

Experienced my first massage here and was unimpressed. Actually I was upset with how terrible it was. Front staff was kind and professional, but my massage therapist didn’t seem to have much knowledge or training. I was massaged through a bed sheet. Not sure how typical that is or if it’s just policy, but it seemed strange. The therapist did not put any pressure into my massage. It was more of a 45 minute light graze. Very disappointed. I should have asked for my money back.

I have been seeing LaTonya at Massage Envy for close to a year now. She has always been professional and definitely knows how to interact with the customer. She is a very talented therapist that knows how to provide the right massage for aches and pains, or just a great relaxing massage. I would have no problem referring business to her.

My massage there was very factory like. They were very busy but the woman that gave me my massage didnt say anything and it just felt like I was a task to get over with. Very unusual experience, I had a gift card too that they had some trouble with so it was very uncomfortable

Amanda, as always, takes time to find out exactly what areas need to be taken care and plans out each session perfectly!! My shoulder neck and chest pain were all relieved and I feel great!! Thank you Amanda for taking such great care of me!!

Super hard to get an appt. They are always booked-even a month or more out. Even though I have a super flexible schedule, I havent been able to use a lot of my credits because of this. I wish I could cancel, but they wont let me until I have been a member for 6 months.

Amazing experience. started doing massage therapy in conjunction with physical therapy and have not felt as good in years. Jenny is very professional and is very good at her job. I have been treated well and made welcome.

I get massages very often. Last nights massage was best so far. Hailey is very skilled. I will be coming back to see her. Always as great experience st ME.

My husband and I have been going for 6 months and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the masseuses they have been friendly and accommodating. I tried a variety of people and have been satisfied. While my husband found Daisy and was very contented and pleased with her throughout.

Love this place. When I request a therapist with certain skill set like neck work or deep tissue they always match me with a great person. Kole did an amazing job tonight. I feel so much better. Can’t wait to come back next month.

Richard is my go to massage guys and has been for over a year. The reason I go to Richard is because I go for massages sessions every other week for health/ past injuries, not relaxation. Richard is great at finding injuries and working those areas. I find comfort in knowing his knowledge of the body and individual muscles.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Linda did an excellent job with my massage, I would recommend her to anyone!! And the receptionist was very friendly and fast. This is a great place to get a massage.

I used to have a membership with them. I canceled in December 2019. Covid came in 2020 and once they opened back up, they started harassing me with daily calls and texts to pay them for a membership I canceled. Ive told them repeatedly that I am no longer a customer of theirs and to stop. Now they are threatening me with collections on a service I didnt want, dont use, and they havent even had my cc card info to charge me for. Massage Envy is recovering from COVID by preying on people. Terrible practice.

Having had hundreds of massages and used dozens of therapists, Amanda is the best! By far my most favorite. Very knowledgeable and very skilled in her craft. AMAZING!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Ive never cursed at anyone in any service job before in my life but I did this time. They messed up and then tried to charge us for our cancelation and then just kept making things worse and worse by implying we made a mistake by not calling the day before to cancel (Sunday, I guess theyre open.) I asked for a manager, got put on hold and then the same person came on to say the manager waived the fee... dont even warrant 2 minutes of the managers time for apology and waive the fee. The person I was talking with started saying things like they are going to put notes on the account like a threat, and thats why they call the day before. Implying its our fault. Long story short I lost my cool and shouldnt have, there is no excuse for that so I even went into the store to explain my frustration to the manager, because I never talked directly to a manager I have no idea if they even knew what happened. I also wanted to apologize to the person I cursed at but the conversation with the manager did not go well so I just stormed out. Ill admit me loosing my cool contributed to the overall mood of the conversation with the manager and it probably made the manager defensive to begin with but through the whole thing they didnt apologize one time. There is more but this is already too wordy. Canceling membership and wont go back to massage envy.

Was lied to about the contract😟 My girlfriend was the one who signed up and then we found out that she had breast cancer and tried to cancel the contact it was a total nightmare. I would rather pay 💰 $300 for a massage 💆 then go there. One of the women who work at the front desk said that they don’t explain everything about the contact and felt it is miss leading 😐

The massage was very nice. My masseuse worked well on the areas I asked for. Only problem was having to rebook as a our masseuse called in sick and we played phone tag with Massage envy to get rebooked.

At first this place was great! But NOT anymore!!! Every time I find someone who does an amazing job, they quit! They changed my appointment without telling me and put me with someone who was 10 min. Late calling me back! And she was awful!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They are absolutely terrible to work with, not worth the money at all. Given the money you spend on memberships, you can never book, and they wont let you gift credits that youve paid for.

To be honest, I was very unsure about trying a chain massage business, but I love this place. The staff is crazy friendly and helpful and the therapists are just amazing. I always feel so good after leaving. I highly recommend!

This is the best Massage Envy ever. Richard is so knowledgable about the body and how to help problems that I wasnt aware of. I came out feeling incredible with the knowledge that the healing process was continuing beyond just the time I was there. Best run Massage Envy Ive been to!

Buyer Beware!!!!!They store and will charge your credit card without permission or authorization!!!While visiting for my first time I saw several posted signs about using your FSA account to pay for your massage.When checking out I asked about this. The manager Stephanie told me that Yes, you could use your FSA account to pay for this! I specifically asked, Really? you havent had any issues with this? she said oh no, you can do it! So I signed up, mind you with my FSA account card. At that same time I used my bank card and paid for my daughter and mother in law to also have a massages. Little did I know they would be storing this card without my knowledge or permission.Less then a month later I found out that my FSA was not going to pay for it. So I went in to talk with Stephanie about this and asked her to please cancel my membership as I can not afford if the FSA isnt going to pay. She told me that I would not be able to cancel. I complained and asked her why they would hold me to something that they falsely claimed. They could have very easily suggested to me to check first with my FSA before signing up and making sure they would cover it, but they did not.I asked to speak to the owner, it took her two weeks to get back to me only to be told the same thing. But it was in the most condescending way I have ever been treated by a business that prides itself on having excellent customer service. So I asked to speak to a person above her, she laughed and told me she would have to have them get back to me. It never happened.The next month when the FSA card would not pay, they took it upon themselves to look up my visa card that they had stored in their system without my knowledge or permission and charge me. They charged me not only for that month, but for the next month as well. Im assuming they did this because they knew I would be upset and would attempt to stop them from charging my account further without my permission or authorization. The charges are in dispute at my bank at this time.I would just say again buyer beware, and if you do decide to go here make sure you only pay cash!!!

They were amazing from beginning to end. Lindsay was my therapist and she was absolutely perfect, it couldnt have gone better. Thank you ME! I will be back!

The massage wasnt good. He did the same stroke with his forarm almost the entire massage in the same 2 spots,

I bought my husband a 1st time massage online. I modified the massage to what i thought might suit him. I requested his upper body- head, neck, shoulders arms and back not deep tissue. The lady massaged his entire body. The online payment was gliched. So for his valentine gift it wasnt what I ordered and became awkward after the receptionist called him personally requesting a payment. Lol all in all though he is grateful..

I love this Massage Envy location! They are so nice and personable and they just have it together. Even though its farther, I always try to schedule my massages here because they are the best!

Lindsay is the best! I dont love membership options for massages and because Lindsay is there (she does really great deep work) the membership makes it really affordable.

They are always accommodating, have never had a therapist that I didn’t care for. They are warm and welcoming and always answer any questions you have. Big bonus...open on Sundays for those of us who don’t work bankers hours!!

Amazing! After having a horrible birth with my last baby I was left with severe hip and back pain. After three months of intense massage I can finally sit on the floor and play with my baby. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Whatever you do NEVER EVER EVER get a membership to ME. It is a TRAP! I’ve been trapped for a couple years, I hate it so much I want to scream, if you cannot 100% go every month, don’t do it, if something sounds too good, it is!!I get 8 or 9 credits, you are limited how many you can give to family members and it cost you $10 to transfer to them, if you try and cancel your membership you have 30 days to use your balance, you know the balance you didn’t use for 8 months cause you can never get in. You can freeze the account but that will cost you as well, and you can’t freeze it till you have 6 credits. ME hopes you will finally give up and cancel and they make bank off of you. The memberships have NO benefit what so ever only benefit ME. I hate them so much, I can’t begin to over emphasize to anyone reading this, don’t sign up for a membership!!

Every time I go in I feel so welcomed. They treat me with respect. My massage is great and the front desk people are great.I will and have recommended Massage Envy to eveyone.

Make sure you read all the fine print, otherwise they will steal your money and not give you the service you paid for. Also, their therapists are not very good and will talk your ear off. I would not recommend them at all.

Dont get into a contract w them. Period. Its a nightmare to get out. They are under staffed and cant keep appt times but they expect you to keep your end of the deal... Its a costly nightmare...

Very disappointed that they close during their regular business hours and do not respond to phone calls. In the last four days, I’ve gone there twice (during their business hours to drop off some paperwork they requested) and both times they’ve been closed.
