I love this shop! The guys that work here are awesome! Always helping me get the right things I need even opening up during their lunch to accommodate me and my busy work schedule! I drive all the way from Tremonton to come to them! Thank you guys for the amazing service! Keep up the hard work!

These employees were absolutely awesome. They explained all the items I was looking at, advising me on their personal and professional experiences. They went through step by step help on how to use what I bought with my permission first. They have tons of accessories and juices. I highly recommend this store for the best customer care. You might even get a few jokes and laughs in the process.

This is the best vape shop in town really that I’ve been to in all of Utah. Always good recommendations on juice. They are cool in here they’ve fixed tanks and parts that I’ve broken and when I completely break stuff they sell me new mods/tanks I end up really liking. Also have great pricing and specials I don’t like to go anywhere else

This is by far the best place to get E-Cig Juice, atomizers, and batteries. Awesome customer service!!! The two guys are ALWAYS eager to help with any issues.. I only shop here for my needs. Keep it up guys your AWESOME!

This store is my favorite and the absolute best. They know me and they know what I want before I even come in. The employees are super friendly and make the whole experience comfortable. They also are very knowledgeable about everything they sell and can help with any issues. I love this place.

John and Thomas both have assisted me when going in for stuff I need for my vape they are both very polite and patient when waiting for me to decide as well as very helpful when asking questions on particular juices and mod setups. They provide a very friendly and welcoming environment.

I love vapor mania- lots of choices, easy to get to, the staff is super knowledgeable and help with flavor choices since they usually have tried them all! John is a great staff member who has helped me numerous times on random problems, and always has a new flavor to recommend when I’m tired of my favorite! Highly recommended coming here :)

When I went here with my sister. The store smells clean, there not garbage or anything on the floor, and there juices are all organizations and easy to look for anything. I love how there is music in the background so its not so quite when you walk in. This store is warm and welcoming with the workers there.

The guy there named Thomas, I think? Hes by far the kindest, most knowledgeable vape shop clerk Ive ever met! Any questions I have he either is able to answer right away or he goes looking for the answer right away! I appreciate that so much more than a know it all who says whatever just to say something! This place rocks! Ill definitely be a lifer!

Best vape shop in Utah! John and Thomas are both extremely devoted to customer satisfaction and service! I followed them from Riverdale and dont mind a thirty minute drive to see them because I know I wont have a bad experience! They know vape and live to provide better service than expected! Both Thomas and John need raises and financial praises! NOTE FOR MANAGEMENT: if I could say that these 2 men deserve raises and promotions! I only come up vapor mania solely for the best customer service these 2 provide! You have 2 employees that provide the best while others leave more to be desired.

Great staff with a high level of knowledge. Awesome juice selection. The manager of this location is patient and genuinely wants to meet your vaping needs unlike alot of shops that are just trying to sell you everything they can and push you out the door.

Unfortunately, made my last purchase there today and wont be going back. Great staff, in house juices, but I bought a 3 pack of atomizers, 2 of which didnt work. Went back in a week later to see if theyd replace them, and was offered to be sold a new one (singular) at $.25 since I was buying juice. What if I only bought 1, Id have to come back and buy another one immediately?.. Kind of a big F you when Ive only bought from them for over a year. While I appreciate the deal on 1, I was still sold defective atomizers by them that they werent willing to replace. If they cant take care of their customers with one of their highest margin items, I dont expect you to take care of them with real issues that might come up.tldr spent about $15 on atomizers, 2 out of 3 didnt work. Refused to replace them. Lost a long time customer over $10.

They always have my favorite juice and are so nice and welcoming every time I come in! Highly recommend you go there ❤️ The juice is even cheaper than other stores !

Will never go there again after trying to get a vape so i could switch from cigarettes and being treated like I was wasteing the guy time and very rudely I left without buying anything. I thought well maybe he was having a bad day so went in a few weeks later and no he is still not very pleasent left again without buying anything. Went to bluemoon instead lady there was wonderful and very helpful.

Super impressed how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. I like a no b.s. employee. Helped me right away, and wasnt trying to sell me everything in the store. The store is nice and tidy and organized. I look forward to going back!

Staff isnt helpful at all with the exception of one guy. They have a bad selection of juices and the girl working today couldnt even be bothered to help the new guy find a coil for me the guy asked he and she completely ignored him just sat on the computer and he was like i guess we dont have those... Really! Horrible customer service also.

They helped me find what I needed to fix my vape so I can start my mission to quit smoking. Great staff

Absolutely worst place. I give it a negative star if possible.Spend 30 dollars on a ecig two days later take a puff and it wouldn’t shut off just ran burning it’s self up spiting juice everywhere I take a video of it self destructing to show them and all they have to say is well there expensive for us to buy them so we can’t help you out. WHAT ??Nothing not even a house juice.Bunch of LAMES..

They’re the only place in north ogden that sells the cartridges I need, the guys in there are always nice and friendly and have good recommendations on juice if you’re indecisive like me or just looking to try a new juice.

This is my second hand vapor store, I buy all my juice from Digital Smoke on Washington Blvd. Between 30th and 31st i think?, on the the west side of Washington. Theyre on Google.

I like vapor mania very much usually go to riverdale location but they were closed at 9. Web site said this one was closed at 10. Got there about 15 min to 10 and they had already closed down and gone home. Almost couldnt find the place it was so dark

My boyfriend went and got me a new smok tank, he paid alotI know him, its got to be good, I opened it up the glass was broken

The current guy that works there all the time is very rude. Every time I have gone he acts as if customers are a huge inconvenience, he has the worst attitude and customer service. Really hope this issue gets fixed soon.
