Its my favorite vape store. I used to go to one in Ogden and I went there exclusively for 9 years until they changed a bunch of staff and got rude. This place has an awesome staff! My husband accidentally found a new juice he loved and we couldnt find it anywhere, so I asked someone here and not only did they have it, they order it weekly! They carry many different juices AND puff bars. They also sell other things here.

I love this place. They are always happy to help in all ways. Their loyal so am I.

Stopped here on a whim when my regular store didnt have smok coils, not only did they have the coils in stock they have the newly released v12 prince strip coils that are just amazing. Their prices are comparable to other stores in the area but it doesnt matter if prices are similar if one has in stock and the other doesnt. Staff was knowledgeable and chill. Will be back to this store to make purchases when Im in the area.

They were so nice and help me find the best mod for my needs and gave me a recommendation for juice. I really like it. (I told him what flavors I like and dislike. They have SO many flavors I couldn’t pick. I got Zen Haus Nirvana-mango-passion fruit-strawberry- I love it)Even showed me how to use it. (I’m clueless. And kinda intimidated to go into a vape shop)VERY friendly!! Highly recommended ❤️

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they never give me bad advice (sometimes the employees are a bit much but people have those days.) plus the In house juice is great. I’m a someone who doesn’t like to change flavors often and the razzle dazzle dew juice is by far my favorite tends to keep the flavor profile no matter how long you’ve vaped it

Don’t buy their disposables. I’ve been coming to this location for a year and I haven’t had any problems with there disposables. Till yesterday when I was sold a broken Hyde in the Peachy flavor. I didn’t find out it was broken until I tried using it this morning and nothing came out, totally broken, unusable and all that works on it is the flashing lights. So I figured to stop by and see if I could get it replacement or at least something figured out. Nope. Unless you figure out there’s a defect while still in the store or in the parking lot, they won’t exchange it or come up with a solution. Which they have that in place due to others switching out old and used up disposables and trying to get another one for free or for a refund. Though in this situation, mine was still full and not used since it was broken. Either way I’m now out $25 with a Hyde that doesn’t work. I suggest getting your disposables somewhere else.

I will no longer give Vapor-Mania my hard-earned money and I hope you will not either.I have been coming here for many years. It makes me sad to have to adjust my review from 5 stars to 1 star but I have been increasingly dissatisfied with this establishment. They are asking customers to pay more than 50% more for their products than they did even one year ago. They have been slowly getting rid of their discounts. First, they got rid of the atomizer for free with the first bottle of juice (I understand that this was for legal reasons but there are ways around product cost and discounts if you value your customers). Then they got rid of the 25% off happy hour and replaced it with 10% off happy hour. I was told that they are no longer doing the two 60ml bottles for the cost of a 120ml bottle in 0.6.If inflation or the cost of business increases, you raise the cost of a product, please do not get rid of discounts that patrons have become accustomed to.The markup on e-juice is absurd by their own employees admission, even with deep discounts, it should be highly profitable with a sound business model.Brand loyalty and consistent patronage are the only way to survive.

Been going here for 3-4 years but this place is garbage now. The employees have no clue what theyre doing at this location and sunset location and just plain suck. They dont carry the same products consistently anymore. I went to both locations and at both locations they tried to pawn me off onto the other location. Theyre like deers in headlights with helping find something else and just dont seem to care. Also they dont even vape because the second I left they were out chain smoking cigarettes. I say steer clear and go somewhere else now peeps! Good luck.

I absolutely love this store and it makes me sad to have to give a 1 star but for some reason yall dont make shock therapy in 6% anymore. That is my absolute favorite juice yall make and I cant smoke the .9 its hella harsh FYI and makes me hack up a lung every time I take a puff. As for the 3% I go through an entire 120ml bottle in days rather than my normal time of about 2 weeks. Please please PLEASE 🥺 make my favorite juice PLEASE!!!!!

Ive been using this location for months, enjoyed their selection of juices, & generally had a good experience every time. Today for the 3rd time in 2 months they didnt have my wifes go to juice, when I asked if they knew of any other local vendors, the salesman I was talking to went back into the back, & could be easily heard mocking and joking about me with his coworker.Immature and unprofessional sales staff and unstable supply chain.

I use to go to this vape shop all the time but their staff are just rude and unhelpful I just went in to get new glass and a coil for the Zeus nano I walked out to my car and open stuff to put it on my tank and the glass was right but the coil was wrong so I went back in (no big deal people make mistakes) I informed the gentleman that helped me (white goatee and wearing a hat) he told me I’d have to pay for the new coil and said I had told him Zeus tank. IF that were the case how did he give me the correct glass for it. He absolutely refused to admit he made a mistake and blamed me for his fumble. I would strongly recommend other vape/smoke shops in the area like Angie’s smoke shop in Roy and and for the best service and knowledgeable people go to cloud X in clearfield because these vapor mania guys are just un knowledgeable and arrogant.

This is a horrible establish that operated by dishonest youth. I had a terrible experience where they constantly changed the prices and didnt give me a receipt. I quickly returned to get my receipt and asked about returns and exchanges. They assured me I had 2 weeks and specifically clarified for both exchanges and returns. My mod was absolutely terrible and died quickly and required 6 hours to charge. I returned to the store to return it and they pointed to a sign on the wall saying all sales are final: no returns or exchanges. I turned my audio recorder on and the store manager who is the individual responsible for lying admitted he was not truthful and would not let me speak to the owner nor even give me their name. Instead he got my info and said I would be contacted. I still have not been contacted. This is by far the shadiest establishment and I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I could not give them 0

Superbly awesome customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and insanely patient staff. Willing to answer any possible question you might have on mods, and help figure out the exact setup perfect for you. Wide selection of juices. They will help even the most indecisive of flavor junkies find the perfect juice to satisfy whatever theyre craving at the moment.

These guys are really hit and miss. Super friendly some days, super flakey and unhelpful other days. They also have a bad habit of showing up for work late. I have had some days where they dont show up until half an hour after opening

Awesome shop!! Wish they had more variety but I dont know the laws..... customer service was on point and the dudes here know what they are talking about! The only thing I dont like about this place is that it looks closed ALL the time. I can understand why they have the blackout stuff up, but it just makes it appear closed and confuses people I think. Other than that.... 0 complaints!

Every time Ive only been in here handcuffed couple of times and it just seems like Im putting them out there was a really heavy set guy that worked there he was super cool and he was the only reason why I went there but I have been going to vapor Lock and Layton for probably 15 16 years that place is the best

Zero Stars would be better. Just barely walked in and I walked out not understanding why I just gave this place my business. They customer service is TERRIBLE. How about instead of being bugged that you have to take time out of your conversation with some girl to help a customer, you actually help them? Also, drop the attitude when someone asks a question. I would NEVER recommend going to this location. Maybe Sunset is better but the staff at Riverdale ruined it for me. Wish I would never have given this place any money. Absolute worse shop in Utah.

I was recently in the area and stopped in to get some things for a friend. Nick was super helpful and patient with all my questions! He made my shopping experience super easy! I would reccomend this shop to anyone because of him!

I go to the Riverdale one all the time! The staff is always way nice and knowledgeable. Theres only been one time when one of the staff was a bit rude but I honestly just think it was because how busy they were that day. I live right by a vape shop in west haven and still drive out to vapor mania any time I need juice etc. They are always willing to show you how a product works and their recommendations are always spot on. I have friends that work at other vape shops that could give me discounts but I still only go to vapor mania. You guys are awesome!

I only give 4 stars because the last few times Ive been in here, the staff wasnt very friendly from my point of view and didnt act like they wanted to be there. I give 4 stars because the products I buy are the cheapest in the area and they offer a good military discount - making it my go-to place.

Before I have went in and got my could and juice and I usually have the employees clean and put the new coil in well this guy says they aren’t allowed to touch mods and stuff but to me it just sounds like he don’t wanna deal with it good reviews come with good custies if I ain’t happy your register ain’t happy

They were amazing. They all how much Im willing to spend and made it work. They are awesome and helped me learn how to use my vape and to fill it up. Definitely will go back. I dont know what the guys name was that helped me but I felt bad for him with his leg thing. But he made the experience awesome

Freaking love these guys, despite looking 12 they still know me and know that I’m usually in there for a coil cause I suck and never fill my tank. They are so awesome they actually talked me into a new mod..which I love btw. I talked to the heavyer set guy (not being a dick just don’t know his name sorry dude, I still love you 😂) today and told him I wanted a strawberry kiwi, he told me they have a couple different kinds and gave me 100ML of the one he likes more cause it would last me longer and he says it would be cheaper than doing the smaller one. So I bought it of course and it’s awesome, love the juice and love the people ❤️

I dont know why people are saying it has bad service - Ive always gotten great service there. Its open on Sundays, and their home-made juice is amazing AND super cheap! Id veer away from the premium juices they have there, unless you make your own cartos.

Listen to others when they say this shop has horrible customer service. Ive been going here now and then ONLY for my coils. They are the cheapest around.When I was new to vaping I asked if they sold the DRAG.They told me they didnt carry that mod and they never would. I was told the DRAG was a piece of junk and they would never sell that brand.They instead offered me a $200 mod. So I went to another shop and purchased the original DRAG. Now about a year later they sell a couple different DRAGS.They do have the best prices on coils. But the two gentlemen that run the shop are rude and always act like they would rather be somewhere else. If you ask them a question they are rude and not very helpful at all.I never buy juice from them because its a bit over priced.There is another shop that sells the same exact juice for $4 less. And its a much happier atmosphere.These guys are rude and seem very lazy and unhappy.Goggle needs to add options for negative ☆s!I would change my review to a negative starAlthough a couple of the guys who work here are ok but the sqrawnee boy obviously is as miserable as he looks. He needs to find a real job because he should most definitely not work with PEOPLE. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. The heavier set guy is very sweet and just about always very helpful and friendly.The only time I go to this shop is when Im in the erea and desperately need a bottle of juice or a new coil. The rest of the time I go to a vape shop on Harrison blvd that is open 24/7.Who sells my juice $4 cheaper.A couple of days ago I was in the erea. I decided to pay the extra $4 for juice. OMG what a horrible experience this turned out to be. I bought my favorite juice. Got it home and couldnt taste it. Changed coils and tanks but still nothing. I know about vapors tongue so I brushed my tongue extra good. I had others try vaping it and they couldnt taste it for more than a minute either. Took it back the next day and the newer guy who works there gladly exchanged it for me. Got it home and this juice was the same. Im positive it wasnt me and the juice was defective. I had a partial bottle I could taste just fine. Took it back the next morning. The sqrawnee boy told me he couldnt exchange it because it had been opened. Well DUH! He offered me a 10% discount. He even had another customer taste some on her finger for him. Ya well I could taste it that way too. But I couldnt vape it!!I paid $26 for a bottle of juice. 1 employee exchanged the bottle but this dude said he couldnt.Really do you think I make it a habbit of bringing back open bottles of juice minus a tank?? Just to pull one over on you?He suggested what I do and what I try. Which I did try all of the above. The only reason he exchanged it for me was because he was the only one working and had other customers waiting. It was against his will thats for sure. He told me he would only allow it this once.I did ask that he give me a different flavor.Now why couldnt he just do it in the first place? Say he couldnt but then turn around and do it.Sooo if anyone buys Aqua sour melon from these guys. BEWARE!!VAPOR-MANIA I do believe you have a bad batch and you should look into it.

The Riverdale location is HORRIBLE for anything other than buying juice. If I could find the flavors I like from another Vape store, Id stop going here. On two separate occasions I have gone in to buy a new mod and gotten one so far from what I asked for and/or defective within the fourteen day manufacture return window. I tried to go in for help with the latest on three days after I bought it and ended up having to buy a totally different new mod so Id have one that works! The staff doesnt seem knowledgeable about the products and would rather sit on their butts behind the registers than get up and help you look at different things. I feel so ripped off and will definitely be looking for q new shop!

Awesome customer service! I got a Uwell Caliburn, with what turned out to be two defective pods (leaking everywhere). Went back in and they replaced both pods, for free! THATS how you keep a customer coming back! They also have tons of great flavours! Thanks guys for your help!

Absolutely love the Riverdale Vapor Mania. We drive from Layton and pass I dont know how many other vape stores to get any and everything we need for our vapes :) HANNAH always makes our visit the best possible experience she is so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I’d give this place a 5 stars if it wasn’t for a dude named nick. He is rude doesn’t know anything about mods or tanks. Doesn’t know any of the juices. I refuse to go in there if he is there. Told him 3 times what I wanted and still got it wrong and had to point it out myself. Total joke

I came to the area on vacation recently, and noticed that this shop was close by. I needed juice so I decided to stop in and check their prices. They, I will admit were good, but the customer service was horrible. I walked out and went to another shop in the nearby city.

They had misplaced some suorin drop pods and then when they found them they game me an amazing deal for having to come in twice. This place is definitely my go to vape shop now. Thanks again vapor mania!

Would not accept a temp paper ID even though it is a legal ID that was used to purchase a firearm, but I cant purchase vape juice with it? Ridiculous went to another shop they had no problem with it anywhere else.
