I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Queens Luxury Body Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with Ms. Rhondas amazing smile, which instantly made me feel at home. The entire staff is incredibly warm and friendly, addressing you by name and speaking to you like family.As someone who usually doesnt splurge on beauty treatments, I decided to treat myself and purchased a package, including the Liquid BBL. I wanted to give my peaches a little extra plumpness, and I’m thrilled with the results! Every technician took the time to explain the process in detail, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the experience. Seeing the before and after photos blew me away—I’m so happy that this Asian chick has some junk in her trunk now!I’m also excited for the spas expansion to a bigger and more luxurious location. They truly deserve it with the top-notch service they provide. If youre looking to pamper yourself and experience something special, I highly recommend Queens Luxury Body Spa. Its worth every penny, even if youre not the type to usually spend on yourself. Treat yourself—you won’t regret it!

Ladies..!! Run don’t walk….! This place is amazing…! Queen the owner will literally make a comprehensive detailed plan specific to your body and any areas you want to target, and the knowledge that everyone possesses is unparalleled.. love the staff! Ms Rhonda in the front is the architect of your beauty and wellness plan, and is so welcoming when you enter! Any staff you see will be top notch. Shout out to Jay, and Ms K, and the wax specialist expert!

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE!!!When I signed up with them I was promised that my package would include:•Cavitation (legs/arms/back)•RF (legs/arms/back)•Laser lipo (arms and back)•Red light (all over)•Fat dissolving (every other week)•EMSzone (front and back of legs)•Wood therapy•Vacuum therapy•2 yaniat (the end of my package)•5 Cryo (at the end of my package)I was originally promised all of this in only an hour EACH visit which didn’t sit right with me to begin with so I asked MULTIPLE TIMES for clarification if I was in-fact getting all these services every time I came in and I was promised by the owner that I would be. I went against my better judgement and trusted her when she said it would all work out and paid $6,000 for 20 sessions!After only my second session and the owner personally doing a full session with me, she decided to extend it to 1.5 hours because she saw it was impossible to get everything done. However, out of 20 appointments I’ve had only 2 of them have I received all that I was promised and those two were with the owner. The other girls were never able to make it happen because they are ALWAYS scheduled with 2-3 clients AT ONE TIME.In addition, after doing research on the manufacturers websites for cavitation and RF and also contacting multiple other salons to verify my findings, it has been brought to my attention that a PROPER and EFFECTIVE cavitation appointment should be NO LESS than 15 mins PER sections AND the same goes for radio frequency!So I was sold on a package that wasn’t even possible to get everything done in the time allotted!I nicely discussed my concerns with the owner at session 5 (even recorded the entire conversation as proof I gave this office a Chance to fix their mistakes) and she assured me it would be fixed and I would begin getting everything I paid for…. WELP THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I Never even got the cryo or yanis promise at the end of my package!!!!As far as the staff… in two months they have constant turn over … though All of the staff is very nice, you don’t get greeted kindly by the front check in staff.They make u pay up front and NO REFUNDS and once they get your money you will get half of the treatments you paid for and bad attitudes from the front desk staff!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PLACE THAT WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!!

I am sharing my experience to help inform others. A couple of weeks ago, I went in for a Hydrofacial. It was my birthday, and I wanted to treat myself. I wasnt entirely sure what a Hydofacial was, but I have had many facials over the years and have never really had a bad one. When I was called in for my treatment, the woman who would be performing the hydro facial let me know that she was training two other employees and they would be observing. First off, this is NOT a relaxing facial. It uses a machine that basically sucks your skin. It was sloppy and very wet. The product kept running down the sides of my face, around my neck, and down into my ears. This may be what is to be expected of a hydrofacial, and if so, that is fine. I probably wont ever do one again. But worse than anything was that the esthetician performing the service barely spoke a word to me and was explaining every step of the process to the two other people she was training. It felt very strange to hear all the details about the machine and how things can go wrong (clogged lines, suction issues, etc.). I have had better experiences at beauty schools. Im not sure why they arent training new employees on their own time or on each other instead of on paying clients. When she was done, it had only been 45 minutes and I left with red, hickey-like streaks down one side of my face. She never asked me how it was, or anything for that matter. It was seriously bizarre and not the relaxing birthday treat I had imagined. It was my first time at this spa, and definitely my last.

After a rough year, I had finally started putting myself first and wanted to feel good in my own skin again.. I found Queen’s online and I am so thankful I did! Not only did I see results after the first session, but I have continued to see results weekly since starting in December. I’ve already lost several inches at my waist and hips, and my clothes fit better. Everyone is so kind, warm, and fantastic to work with. Seriously, if you are looking to feel AND look your best, you need to go here.

Waste of time and money. The mini mommy makeover is useless. You will not see any results. This is just their marketing gimmick to get you subscribed into $8000 treatment.

I absolutely love this spa & enjoy every visit. Once you have one visit, you definitely cannot wait till the next!!A must have for one’s relaxation & self esteem & improvement!! Everyone is so professional & the services are exquisite!!

This person knows what she is doing to help you get the summer body and to help you achieve your body’s goals. She helps the working woman that has a family to work within their budget to achieve their body goals. This place is very down to earth with friendly people here ready to help you with your body’s goals. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your beauty needs! Love them a lot!

I absolutely love the ladies that work here, they make you feel like you’re at home with the warm welcoming when you walk through the door. And truly care about giving you the results you want. The Cherry program they have is awesome as well i love the buy now pay later ! if you’re moving or can’t make your sessions it probably wouldn’t be for you ! But it’s a great program.

Absolutely amazing place.. The entire Ora/Vibe is Absolutely peaceful! The staff was so warming and Ms.Queen herself has this warm, energetic peace that makes you feel inspired to be proud of who you are and ready to take over the world!

They very friendly and they make sure to let you knw whts needed ,clean place,I will continue to go to this spot cause their customer service was on point
