Cozy Massage

I should have read these reviews before sending my wife the recommendation. She booked an appointment for 9am the day before the service. She arrived early and was told that she needed an appointment. After verifying that she did in fact have an appointment she was asked to pay in full before hand, sure no problem. They do not take credit cards, cash only business, Including tip before services rendered which is ridiculous. My wife, being polite, offered to leave for an ATM and return in 5 minutes, she was in a lot of pain and needed the massage. She was then told that it was too late and she would need to make another appointment. The masseuse clearly did want want her business and now will never get it.

I had a very enjoyable experience at Cozy Message. I had some lower back pain and leg pain that needed working out. They use scent free oils and just the right pressure to work out the knots. Please use their service and book an appointment today!

I went to cozy massage with 2 friends. I had Jenn, she was so amazing! A very talented masseuse. I live in Houston but I will book an appt with Jenn every time I come to visit here. My friends also had excellent massages. It’s a lovely peaceful place. Clean and professional. Thanks Jenn, I’ll see you again soon!

This was probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I would rate 5 stars but I had one thing happen. I went off the pricing on the website. When the massage was done I paid accordingly to the pricing I saw on there + tip. I went to my car and the woman from the front desk came out and said I owed them $100 + tip. I showed her the website and what I went off of and said ok. But I was taken a back when she said I owed her more than the website and I owed them a tip. I always tip but to me a tip is completely optional, not required. They also only accept cash, no card and don’t have an atm available so I was glad I called beforehand and was known of that cause I never keep cash on hand. I don’t know, while it was a fantastic massage that alone kind of set me from wanting to go back.

Ive been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. The environment is clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Cinderella did a great job with deep tissue, I was ready to get back to working out after she was done.

I recently noticed this location near my house and decided to check it out because I have a lot of back pain.The location was spotless when I walked in, comfortable, and very well put together. I was treated professionally and they listened and worked on the areas that bothered me.I feel much better and will be coming back, this location lives up to the name and is absolutely cozy.

Take the time to look at thier menu. I had a great time getting an ashiatsu massage. She knows where to apply pressure and will get you sorted in no time. P.S. thier foot massages are great too

Asking for tip before services are rendered? Since when did this become a normal practice? Also apparently cash only. That sounds kinda fishy. Good massage but people here lack customer service skills.

I went in the other day to get my back worked on and when I told them I wanted to be worked like a ball of dough and they did I was very happy! With the pricing of this place I am more than happy to come back monthly.

I like having a deep tissue massage, but its hard to find a therapist that does it with the right amount of pressure. I had a great massage today and I will definitely come back.
