Anna is the whole reason I keep coming back to smoke n fly. She keeps me updated when my vape flavor comes back into stock and we always have a good time together while picking out new flavors. Thank you Anna for being so helpful, kind, and funny!

I definitely recommend coming here. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good prices. An employee working while visiting the past few times has recognized me and immediately asked if I wanted my usual. I was surprised to know that she even recognized me as I’m sure she sees many people every day. Great customer service is what I call that! After that, I decided to purchase hemp products from there, as well.

I had been struggling to locate a smoke shop nearby. The moment I stepped into Smoke n Fly, I received a welcome. The employee I inquired about - Ana - was exceptionally understanding when I couldnt decide on a vape among the numerous choices. Typically, I face impatience or rudeness from staff from other smoke shops when inquiring about products, but Ana was different. Her expertise and helpfulness were truly impressive! The prices were also much more reasonable compared to Planet K. Be sure to seek out Ana on your visit if you need guidance; shell assist you without a doubt!

Arrived at about 10am but doors were locked even though open sign was on. I saw a man come up to the door and tell me to come inside. Quickly got in and asked some questions about disposable hemp products they had. The guy gave me a lot of options and helped me pick one out. Working just fine too. Will definitely visit again.

Used to come here all the time, but unfortunately they recently hired a rude over weight woman who is racially profiling people. I encourage any person of color to not shop here. There are many other smoke shops out here, this one does not deserve our support.

I purchased a vape here and within 30 minutes of leaving the store it stopped working. I went in and they would not replace it. Most stores usually do but I guess Smoke N Fly doesnt care about customer service. The employee sat behind the desk and didnt even stand up to greet me. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience because she had to stop scrolling on her phone. I will never shop here nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware!

I only come to this smokeshop because of how nice and helpful Anna is. She is really knowledgeable about all the products that are available here.

Y’all, it’s 9:45 when they open at 9am. Gate open and sign is on, but doors locked and no one is here.I’m surprised these people still have this location. Literally every review outside of two is about them never being around when they’re open.

OUTRAGED I WILL NOT BE BACK went here for help the guy with dreads had little to no customer service! Then after a while of searching for my item I bought it. Literally right after purchasing the item he tells me I can try it out. Also stating I can’t return it (AFTER I BOUGHT THE ITEM)Being that I already bought the item I felt scammed! It was too late to return the item even if it wasnt what I was searching for. Help Me!
