Terrible service, the individual working (tall woman) was high and when asked if I could purchase some juice and told them to surprise me with the flavor I was denied service. Told me since I asked to be surprised with a flavor they decided I was buying for a minor. I work for a security company that operates at a dispensary and even we are willing to accommodate and don’t refuse service so quickly. 0 stars never shopping again.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Great customer service, and amazing hour. I appreciate that the employees are always honest about the flavors of the vapes. Obviously if you wait a week to let them know a vape tastes burnt, they can’t just give you a different one for free….however, the 2 rare times that there was an issue with the vape, I was able to bring it back within 24 hours to swap out for another one of the same brand and same flavor. They don’t accept tips at this location so I think it’s important to remember to leave reviews of positive experiences :)

So yesterday was my first time coming to this Cloud stingers. I stopped in to buy a tfv18 tank but after getting some really good advice from Kaylee I decided to spend just a bit more money and get a valaryain 2 pro and Im soooo glad I did. Not only did she give me great advice on tanks but I picked up some super yummy house juices. The house juices are great tasting and a heck of a deal especially cause my tank really drinks up juice. Jesse pinkman and Walter white were the two I went with and then after spending a hundred dollars I was able to spin their deal wheel and I managed to score a third 120ml bottle of juice for just 6 dollars. I left yesterday feeling like I got great service and a great deal. Thanks Kaylee and Cloud stingers Im a regular customer from now on.

Bought juice and a vape, the employee had not worked there long and seemed new which isn’t her fault. She didn’t tell me the strength of the product and I noticed right after I paid, while still in the store I just wanted to get the right strength and some other extremely rude girl says “no returns or exchanges” even though I hadn’t even left the store yet. She said that’s their policy and weren’t willing to do anything to fix THEIR mistake of not telling customers what they’re buying. I won’t ever be returning which is sad because I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store and would have continued to do so.

Been in clouds lingers a few times and every time i go the staff are always fantastic. They answer any questions you have especially with the mods. Terrible prices and rude staff. They told me I cant buy batteries for someone else, even for Christmas, since its illegal to sell to anyone under 21. Last time I checked, I can buy the same batteries online without an ID check, and have never had this issue at other stores that sell vapor products, so thank you for wasting my time.Oh and the comment Maybe next time just dont say theyre for someone else! as Im leaving, was a real nice touch by the old lady behind the counter. Id rather go to JVapes any day of the week than spend my money at this dump.

People in store are pretty good . Flovors for house juice are a real hit and miss. Some are just no tasting or little taste. But the premium juice are really good and pricing for all juice are fair prices. Hardware wise,they have allot of mods and tanks. They dont focus on rebuild item to much so steer clear if your looking for that but if your a person that just pop a in coils to your tanks then this is the place for you.

She knows the product like the back of her hand and had us in and out even with all my questions. She’s spot on with all of her suggestions and definitely keeps us coming back!
Refused to sell to me because I was on the phone told me I couldnt come back as long as he was there and would refuse me service every time because he couldnt determine if I was buying for a minor or not because he didnt know who I was on the phone with. I offered to video chat and have the person show their ID he said no and that I needed to leave.

When I went in the employee David was very informative, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and even helped me figure it out since Im a new vape user. Very nice! Currently Im visiting from out of town and forgot a back up coil so I was just needing something easy. The woman who helped me was nice and friendly. My mother decided randomly that she is going to give vaping a try and the woman behind the counter gave her a good run down with a basic mod. Decent price and a package deal to go with it. She helped my mom understand what she was doing, how to tell when her cool was going bad, how to clean it, change it, fill it, charge it, all while making sure my mom got it. I would say one of the better vape shops Ive been in the last few months and states. She even invited my mom back for tasting when she was ready for it and said she would have a sit down with her to help her figure it out. To me that it pretty awesome.

I came into the shop needing help on what to purchase to stop smoking cigarettes. The man at the counter was SO incredibly helpful and got me all taken care of with a couple different products. I was weary before I came in about how it would all work, but I am so happy I went. Already been almost a whole day without smoking a cigarette which is a huge accomplishment for me. Definetly will be back to the store for more juice (which is delicious by the way), and other items as well!
The best vape shop in town! The staff if friendly, helpful and knows their stuff. House juices are great, and I like how they usually have a sale going! Hardware selection is superb with lots of current mods, RDAs, squonks etc in stock.

As a manager of a auto center. Receiving the service from Dylan was above and beyond any company stand I would ever expect from an associate of mine. Dylan was inviting, greeted me and welcomed me in. It wasn’t all smoky and there wasn’t too many people at the time. Dylan excused himself from his conversation and came right over to assist me with my needs. Dylan was professional, listened to what I needed and also offered to assist with anything else I might need with my vape products. Before the transaction was conducted, he asked me to show my ID which was totally kool with me. And we continued to finish the transaction. Plus he also offered me my points and explained exactly how to use / to load my point via text message. In all I would give my experience a 10/10. I would give a higher score but beings 10 is the highest. Cloud Slingers definitely surpassed my expectations. As I stated earlier, I am a manager my self and Dylan showed that he pays attention not only to rules and regulations. But the member them selves. I would def consider giving dylan a consideration for a raise. I am not talking 4 or 5 dollars more an hour. But I would def consider another dollar or so how you see fit. It is very hard to find someone that is capable of doing a job well done. Thanks again for the great customer service and I will keep returning. I have been a customer for a year and 5 months her in Prescott valley. I never use anyone else. And like I said I’ll keep coming back!!!!!!!

They never rush me, theyre so nice, and you can tell just how much they actually care about their customers. The selection is unreal. They make their own house juice but also sell name brand stuff. Yeah my name is Christopher and I was at Cloud Slingers yesterday evening and I bought a the piece that you put the liquid and stuff in and the coil and all that so far seems to be working pretty well is there anybody were to ask me about what good place to go to 4 Vapors I would recommend Cloud slingers Ive heard a lot about a good things and I had a very good experience there yes they ask for your ID every time you go in but its well worth it and theyre not overly priced either so if anybody wants to know a good place to go I would recommend there

These people overcharge for what they so my girlfriend and they did not give her receipt and she said they gave her a different price verbal but she didnt since she did not get the receipt they paid a lot more than what the girl told her not a good place to shop
