The staff is so nice and their prises are amazing. They have so many things to choose from and are always welcoming. Would recommend to new and experienced vapors as well as people seeking to quit smoking. Their house line juices are fair priced and taste great and the same can be said for their premium juices. Overall this store receives a 10 out of 10 for being kind and inviting and a 10 out of ten for being the most helpful when it comes to customer assistance.

This is my favorite vape shop in town! They always have what I need and you cant beat their prices. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner and his daughter are amazing and kind.

They are so great at this place! They always have what Im looking for. I picked up the most beautiful Mi-Pod today and I am in love with it. Ive been through several of these in the past years and this is the prettiest one yet. They have also turned me on to my new favorite salt nicotine brand that I never knew about, and I am so glad they didnt have the old brand I used to use! Theyre also super nice, Ive never had a bad experience with any of the people behind the counter. Much thanks to you all!

Went in yesterday and bought my very first vape kit. Tom was very helpful and patient with me. He helped me pick out the right one, put it together, filled it, and showed me the proper way to pull from it. I love the mod, and the juice has an amazing flavor!

Best vape shop in Prescott valley/ Prescott area. Great prices, great customer service, and great house juices. Had some questions before coming in and the owner responded quickly and was very helpful on the Facebook page. Went in and the other employees were helpful too. Best juice I’ve tasted so far. My favorite juices were their house juices “Cay Pom” and “Master Ki” ! I highly recommend.

Had some questions that went unanswered over the phone. Instead they told me to come in, which is fine. Although when I got there, there were several of what I assumed were employees inside the shop, chatting with each other. I almost didnt feel welcome as not one of the employees said even a hello. They went about their business as I browsed the juices. I was there for about 5-6 minutes before an employee came and asked me if I needed anything. Mind you there were no other customers in the shop at this time. Good selection of juices, little bit too high on prices but no biggie. Customer service was subpar.

Have been coming in since the shop opened. The owner is super cool and cares a lot about his customers. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Great vape shop, definitely recommend stopping it in and checking it out.

Great experience. The owner is awesome. I was shopping around for a new vape. Stumbled apon this store by accident. No pressure to buy anything everyone was friendly. My daughter was running throughout the store and they didnt mind. I bought from them because theyre so nice family friendly and he cut me an awesome deal!! Definitely will come back!!

I was searching for my favorite high quality brand of e-juice called Pop! Vapors, which has the best fruit flavors Ive ever tried. I called every single vape shop in the quad city area. Every shop in town told me politely that they didnt have this brand. One shop owner went above and beyond in customer service. Carl of Mile High Vapors called me back to tell me that he had ordered my favorite brand and that they would now permanently carry it in their shop. I went in to buy 4 bottles when they arrived and felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend this business. I even got a discount because my husband is in the Air Force, so thats an extra plus. Come out and support this family business for your vaping needs!

I went into this place knowing next to nothing about vaping. Tom gave me a great tutorial on a lot of it and I walked out with a mod that I love. I quit smoking that day and havent looked back. They are really friendly here and will spend the time needed to make vaping the best it can be for you. Ive already had times where I went in just to ask basic questions, not even to buy juice or coils or anything, and they have always been totally cool and welcoming. I havent been to any other vape shops in P.V., but honestly, Im so happy with the customer service here I already feel loyal to Mile High because they are just so damn cool. Prices are good and the whole vibe from the shop is awesome.

I decided to try a new vape shop like 2 years ago, all my friends had told me it was a great place to go to, really friendly, just all around a good place for vapes and neccessities. My first time being there I got a cool little stamp card and the girl was very helpful. Sold me the cutest pink and white vape, and also gave me and my friend custom mile high bands for our tanks for free. I believe her name was Jade? I dont remember, but her dad owns the shop and shes really sweet and was very helpful! Ive only ever had one mishap with Mile High when it came to a coil I was sold, but I went back to get a replacement and the guy that was behind the glass cases immediately knew what was wrong and was really kind and helped me out. Bummed me out that I had to pay for the other coil, but it was cheaper than the other one that had been sold to me I believe, and also works great with my stick prince. It hits so smoothly now, better than when I first got it honestly, I couldnt be happier. Not to mention they sell my favorite juice in a 100 ml bottle and I havent been able to find it anywhere else. Since my first visit, thats always been my go to place for everything I need. Much appreciation for Mile High and the workers Ive encountered! 💛✌

The owner of the shop Carl is friendly and informative. I came with a problem on an E-cig problem that I didnt even buy from him and he helped me. I ended up buying one of the many products offered at his store and it is much better than anything from a third party, smoke shop etc.!! Highly recommend going to Mile High Vapors if youre trying to quit smoking and get rid of that smoke smell or just to get into vaping!

I went in for my first vape kit. I had no idea what I was looking for, but the staff was so patient and knowledgeable that they helped me pick out my new vape in no time. I explained to Carl what types of flavors I usually like and dont like. He reached up on the shelf and picked out the perfect flavor for me. This purchase could not have been any easier.

Definitely my favorite shop in town, coming from Phoenix. Carl is a great dude, has great staff. Big shout-out to Haley and Jade. My new favorite hangout spot.

I reccomend Mile High Vapors over JVapes any day, the juice is better, the people are great and friendly and willing to help or answer any question you might have. The owner is also a really nice good guy and the whole place just puts off a great vibe.Theres even ping pong, and a another game you could play while you wait.I would give it more stars if I could.

Ive been vaping for 5 years now, Ive tried all the local shops. Ive been going to Jvapes since I started, however, Mile High is the only place ill go now. Juice is quality with a high variety and not just a proprietary juice. Customer service is a 9/10 which is hard to beat in this market.

This is the only vape store I go to now. It is the best store I have ever been to and the Juice quality is amazing. The staff is incredible very knowledgeable. And the owner will treat you like you are his best friend.

Carl (the owner) is a great guy with a nice daughterThey are expensive but the juice is thick and flavorful35ish for 100 ml(they were this price early covid I havent been since April ish 2020)

I come in all the time to grab a few coils and juice. They have great prices, good attitudes, and wide selection of juice. They do military discount as well, cant go wrong there!

Only put 1 star because I was there yesterday to look at mi pods. Only had pink reflective color Im not picky so I still wanted it. Then grabs juice for me as hes about to fill it for me I had to ask the nic. Level. It was to low he puts it back no harm no foul then asks if I want another flavor I said sure he maybe didnt know but fills my Cartridge with menthol liquid. We buy it n leave I peeled label off looks cool now but I realize later on when I go to hit it again and realize its menthol so I go for my extra cartridge to fill with skittles my girl had already I then realize he took my spare cartridge. So 1 star for lack of choices on mipod color and giving me a random liquid and not asking me if I was ok with menthol. This place was worst vape shop yet.

Came in looking for items I couldnt find anywhere else. Tom helped me out and even bought a new mod off him. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Never have an issue with these guys.

Great atmosphere, Ive never had any issues every time Ive been in there. Everyone is always helpful and knowlegable about the products theyre selling as well as solutions to problems customers may encounter.

Was unsure of what I wanted, Im quitting smoking and wanted something where I can control the nicotine levels when I needed to decrease. Went in today knowing nothing, and left with a nice small vape, with juice, for less than a weeks worth of cigarettes. I really like it so far, and have a good feeling this is going to help me alot. Rada was so helpful and just explained what the difference was between the few I was looking at, and really helped me make an informed decision

This place is amazing, i brike my tank and they hooked me up with a sweet tsnk abd some juice, they really take care if their customers i highly recommend it.

My usual experience consists of “Got anything that tastes like X?” “Oh yeah, we’ve got four.” Great service, I can’t remember a visit where I have had a bad experience, or couldn’t find exactly what I wanted (or could order it!)
