Had such a great experience here the employees were very generous thoughtful helpful and informative. Their attitudes were awesome which is a HUGE plus for me! Rhet helped me pick out a vape which I currently use mow and absolutely 💯 love i!! I would recommend coming here if you are big on great customer service and they have plenty of options as well. I absolutely love this store. The premises is always clean, tidy and organized, but most importantly they have a very laid back and friendly atmosphere. I can honestly say that I think they are the friendliest business Ive encountered in all of Prescott Valley. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their products and ready to give recommendations or any helpful advice. This is the only vape shop for me. I only wish I could give them more than the 5 stars that google allows!

Ive been coming to this exact location since it first opened & its been my only place for vapes or juice since! Ive watched the growth & its truly amazing. All the employees are friendly & helpful with any silly questions I may have and their patience is unmatched. Dakota helped me today & was able to help me locate a disposable I had only heard of & I was in and out within 3 minutes when I would have been there a lot longer. Shout out to Jvapes! Although Im not a huge fan of the new point system, I remain loyal to this place & I hold faith that the new owners carry on the greatness that has been established here in Prescott Valley!

Absolutely the best vape shop in town! Great prices and the workers are always so helpful. Dylan usually helps me when I go in and he is so knowledgeable when it comes to products/flavors! I love the reward system as well! Last time I went in I got a $5 discount! I always go here when I need a new vape. Other shops just don’t even compare to Jvapes. The service is always friendly which is so helpful since I have social anxiety. I wish I could give a million out of 5 stars.

J Vapes has a customer for life in me. I don’t even have to say a word when I walk in to the store. Dylan knows my order so well, I only need to confirm to finish my trip to J vapes. Dylan and the rest of the staff are wonderful in how knowledgable they are about the products and how patient they are with customers like myself who don’t know all that much about vaping.

JVapes has it all, great products, the newest/latest disposable pods, and most importantly, amazing customer service that is friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re not sure about flavors/brand name products, ask Alyssa she has been able to recommend some awesome flavors the last few times I’ve shopped at jVapes. Great products they guarantee work, and have replaced pods on a few occasions because of manufactured defects. I highly recommend shopping here if you vape, or need smoking devices. Lastly, I’ve been shopping at jVapes for the past 3-4 years, and can honestly say I’ve always received a 5 star service, plus your can earn points if you sign up for their rewards program that can get you additional savings $$$.

Jvapes is by far my favorite vape store in pv and Prescott, Pete was very patient with helping me find a flavored vape that I would enjoy. Alyssa and Dakota have both helped me in previous transactions and have always been a pleasure as well.

Very disrespectful and power hungry employee. I drove 25 minutes to come to this store, only to be treated like a cockroach. I work at a mens center and was going to bring them all down here because they have the vapes I like, but now I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Go anywhere but here.

This shop is always so helpful. We had an issue tonight (with a product, nothing to do with the shop) and they immediately tried to help out, find the cause of the issue, then rectify it. Anytime we go in they are professional, courteous, friendly, and honestly one of the best businesses in PV. Kudos for still having excellent customer service in a time when thats hard to come by!

I am so sorry I forget your names, but it was a gentleman with a beard and 2 women. And it was a Saturday afternoon; thank you for how you treated me today. you went above and beyond.

The customer service here is amazing. Theres not many errands I enjoy having to run around town...but this place is always a nice place to stop by. The vibe is incredibly positive, the prices are great, and the people who work there all make you feel so welcome.

Always friendly staff working here. Made an odd request and they fulfilled the request. This is where I shop for all things vape in the area. The house brand is clean and has every flavor profile your heart desires. They also have the standard 3rd party brands too. No complaints.

I needed to look at new vapes because my geek nano is not working correctly... Connie was absolutely amazing and she spent a lot of time with me and my daughter and was very knowledgeable, polite, and Im a satisfied customer. She also helped my daughter with her needs and even helped us split the charges for us. (My daughter doesnt usually buy items from any vape shops but while I was having Connie help me and my daughter found a new dab rig and Connie was absolutely amazing with her needs and we put it on my account and we got a 10% discount on everything)... she definitely deserves a raise... I was going to redstar but Im definitely going to be choosing jvapes because of my wonderful experience

After the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on vapes I realized that vape stores are crooks! The amount of defective items I bought and can’t return is insane. U have to buy juice too without even knowing if you will like it, and when it’s disgusting you can’t return that either. I’ll never buy another vape product again. Waste of time and money and I’m disappointed in the service I receive. Best advice, dont waste your money bc it’s not worth it.

This is my go to place for buying a vape and vape juice. I love the pink lemonade. I was having a huge issue with getting my vape back together so I took it in there and the girl working there went above and beyond helping me figure it out.They do wear masks because they respect others.I sure wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise. I would definitely go back.

They have fantastic juices. A huge selection and the best prices I have saw for a vape store from Pennsylvania all the way to Arizona. I wont go anywhere else to buy juices. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. And they have a rewards programs

Awesome service, I went in one night thinking I might have to buy a new tank and the girl working was able to find the extra part and get it working for me. It was the best service Ive ever had at a vape shop, used to go to cloud slingers but now will be shopping at J vapes. The girl had dark black hair and blue eyes, the rest of the staff has been helpful as well but she went above and beyond which I appreciate since I have worked in retail and the service industry.

Came here looking for vape juice and didnt quite find what I was looking for, but the staff remained friendly and helpful with recommending another shop to go to. They were also very nice to our dog and made us feel very comfortable. All in all a good experience.

Sold the wrong replacement parts and had to pay again for the correct item. In my opinion you should stay away at all costs from this business. You have lost a loyal customer that has only bought my vape products exclusively at this store.

Mason and the entire crew were very helpful and have excellent customer service! Their E Juice is some of the best on the the market and I will continue to use them as my go to vape shop.

Good shop. Never felt pushed or anything. most of the workers are down to earth. They have a decent amount of dripper items but no 100%vg juice... I started ordering juice getting high vg good flavor and its cheaper. I might go back if they start stocking good juice for drippers.

Cleaner vaping, better tasting, easier on your coils -- and NO respiratory effects of the cheap liquids. With all the vaping panic lately, I did my research and decided on using a little of the extra $ I save on NOT smoking to continue to reduce nicotine intake as safely as possible.

The employees are very polite and helpful. Place is clean and decorated nicely. Lots of products from e-cigs to some clothing. Ypu can also save points to get e-juice gor a special price.
