Ive been to several vape shops in the area, but none compare to the exceptional service I received from Manny at Vapenado in Prescott Valley! From the moment I walked in, Manny greeted me with a warm smile and asked how he could help. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. He made recommendations that were spot on, and even helped me troubleshoot an issue with my device. The shop itself is well-stocked and organized, but its Mannys top-notch service that truly sets them apart. Ive always been extremely satisfied with the service at vapenado. now knowing that they have four locations, it just increases the convenience of getting your vape accessories. Charles today helped me with getting coils for my vape and as usual the customer service is exceptional and vapenado has a customer for life!!

They have a big selection at great prices. I don’t know an awful lot about the different types of products but Julie was able to help me decide . I really liked the Magic Maze and am looking forward to trying all the flavors they offer.

I Love how Every time I go in the store I am greeted with a friendly hello.I am always told of sales and latest and newest arrivals- Charles is always helpful and knowledgeable. All staff there have been. I thing but excellent and and friendly and professional.

Excellent products, delicious flavor selection, the glass selection is extremely nice, theres something for almost everyones taste and the service from the employees, especially Maya, she was so kind and efficient. She explained all the products well and took her time with me so I can decide on what I would like given that I am a beginner.

I always have such an amazing experience here especially when Maya is the one helping me! She’s so sweet and always knows best when I ask what flavor to pick! And I hate trying new ones I have no idea about!! Definitely recommend it!

I recently visited the Prescott Valley location. I was pleasantly greeted by Dustin, who was informative & friendly. There are many vape stores I drive by on the way to Vapenado. The service, service and variety is why I come back.

They had the exact flavor disposable I was looking for, and Maya was super helpful as always!! Definitely my favorite spot for all my disposable and smoke needs :)

WOW!! What A Selection!! All sorts of disposable vapes…had a hard time making up my mind. Grabbed an Elf Bar and Lost Mary. They had some really cool pipes and bongs. It’s next to Denny’s on the side of the granite shop. If you need a place to get your vapes, cigars or glass…THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
