Haven’t vaped in a while but wanted to grab something, wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. Todd was great asked me a couple of key questions the first 2 he grabbed I was sold. He is a super nice guy and I really appreciated his help. Also the variety is crazy good. He actually sold me a couple of red star brand disposable vapes and I really really like them. I recommend you come by here for all your vape needs.

Best place ever. My sister and I flew into Phoenix. We went to the Grand Canyon for the day. We stayed the night in Prescott. A nice gentleman and his lady partner that worked at the store were beyond nice and professional. The store has an amazing variety of flavors and what not. Not to mention they are both cuties! The beautiful young lady that waited on on us gave us a tip to go to Copper Basin. My sister and I went for a sunrise drive and I can not express my gratitude! ❤️🌄 I think this journey changed both of our lives. The customer service was beyond awesome! The drive was AMAZING! Not worth your time. The device they recommend leaked so bad I tried changing the coil to see if that fixed the issue and they didn’t even give me the right coils for that vape…. Waste of money

Very happy with my new set up! I went in not knowing very little about the world of vaping, but knew I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. They were super nice and patient helping me find something that I like. I didnt want something too crazy but also wanted a quality product. Ive been to a couple other local places leading up to my purchase with red star, and the customer service is much better here. They also seem to have better prices and than the other places Ive looked into.

Every time I’ve come here I’ve been helped as soon as possible. The people working here are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is very clean and well maintained. Dylan and Jason are experts and highly recommend them. Will for sure be coming back here all the time

Here is why.The associate today was thoroughly trained on all the products and also excited to give me recommendations from what he has enjoyed himself.He was efficient with my time, yet he gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions.The prices are stellar at Red Star, so be prepared to take home extra juices to try more flavors. This place actually has a laminated catalog of their house juices and better prices than I was finding elsewhere online and in my last vape shop.I appreciated that they were adequately staffed so that I didnt have to wait. Had I waited, it would be nice to have a TV screen with some cloud tricks or a slideshow of their house product line to watch.Go in, sign up for their rewards. Come back here and leave an honest review, too.

The guys at this shop (David and Jake) are flippin fantastic. Everytime we go there they treat us like first time customers. They know EXACTLY what my husband and I both want when we come in and know their stuff. I recently bought the Lux mod and o have got to say it is the BEST mod I have own in a while.

The best selection of juices compared to any vape shop in town, and the best service. The house juices they have are better than any premium juice Ive tried. Their iMix juices and bases also saved me a ton of money, and made it easy to mix flavors to create one that fit my tastes. David is super friendly and definitely knows his stuff.

I have been to multiple locations and the house juice is better than most hi end stuff. The customer service is always great at any red star location. The price is the icing on the cake great prices on everything mods juice tanks batteries. I recommend anyone that vapes gives red star a try.

Awesome shop with amazing prices. The Juice flavor choices are insane. I picked up a mech mod (Bonza Kit), juice and some mesh coils for my rda. David was very helpful and helped me find a flavorful juice and even a little information about the company. Ive been to all of the other vape shops in the area and I can tell you this is the best by far.

Very clean and outgoing staff david there helped me clean out my vape and decide a flavor to get without being pushy or self promoting. I got an 18 nic juice called dino bites its excellent. They also are the only store thay seems to carry the IJOY coils from what Ive seen they have most any coil you need and best of all theyre as close to the manufacturer price youll find without having to order online and wait. You guys definitely won me over Ill be coming over regularly!

This place is amazing my favorite place vape juice is great the staff was super friendly i think the 2 that helped my husband and I was Hannah or Savannah and dave i believe. The prices there are very reasonable best prices around so glad we came in.

Just stopped by, David and Savannah were both very curtious and helpful. We are new to the CBD world and they took their time to explain exactly what it was and its benefits. Ultimately we decided on a 1 gram pre-roll of Honolulu Haze and we dont regret it.

Im trying to quit smoking, stopped in at Red Star vapor, spoke with David bought a vape and concentrate. David set me up with exactly what I needed a vape that is not too strong and not too weak. He also instructed me how to use the vape, has Ive had troubles with them in the past. Now I know how to use themI came in later and spoke with Jason, he explained the different flavors and vape concentrates I bought some Muse.Today I came in for CBD concentrate tinctures and a rub on Balm of CBD. I have a lot of nerve pain bone pain muscle pain. This CBD should work very well.Both of these guys have provided excellent customer service and dont sell you what you dont need. Much appreciated.
