Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. A lady with spiky hair butchered my girlfriends hair was super rude about us being “5 minutes early” even though we went to wait till the right time. They made rude remarks the whole time we were there and just chopped at my girls hair didn’t even try to do a good job. And worst of all she was blow drying it for 15-20 minutes I’m not a professional but I know that’s why too long and she was staring at me tho whole time like she was waiting for me to step in, which I had to do because it had gone to far. I would suggest anyone trying to go to this place to re think going there are plenty of better salons in Trinidad this one is by far the worst I’ve seen. They also charged $40 for something I could have done myself horrible place

Very dishonest. I came in for highlights the beginning of January. After a few weeks when toner and such started to wash out the highlights became very brassy. I also found this line where the highlights melted through the foil. I reached out to the salon and this was her response No charge. It’s a simple fix. Sometimes the bleach melts a bit out of the foil. We will correct it. No worries at all. I went up yesterday to have it fixed and they fixed that spot and then they also did toner to help with the brassy highlights. When I went to leave I was informed that I was being charged. When I asked about it I was told I was being charged for the products used. If youre going to charge people to fix your bad job then you need to let them know youre going to charge them, if I would have known I was going to be charged for them to try to fix it I wouldnt even dared have gone back given how horrible things went the first time. The gal that did my hair was very nice and understanding and I really appreciate her efforts. The owner Liz is the one that was very dishonest about what a free fix was going to be. During them trying to fix it I could hear Liz whispering in the back to the gal that was trying to fix my hair, that should have been my first clue something was going on. A little advice to you Liz, you dont whisper very quietly. I also didnt appreciate sitting in the salon and hearing Liz use the f word and A-hole while visiting with another client. Very trashy! I will never be back they are very dishonest. After everything I got home and saw their repair job. Its not fixed at all. Its a shame that a salon couldnt have a little more dignity!

This salon is me and my daughter’s fav! They are amazing. Super friendly service and they always do a fantastic job!

Called to verify an appointment that was set yesterday for today, and got told that there wasnt an appointment made.

My Husband and I both had appointments today, and our experience was awesome! First of all the prices are very reasonable, but aside from that Sheila did an amazing job on my hair cut. I have very tight curly hair, and she was able to deliver what I needed perfectly. I havent had a hair cut this nice in a long time.Also, she waxed my husbands eyebrows, and they looked perfect. We definitely intend to come back.

Whitney was great. Took her time and knew what I wanted 👍🏼... After coming home my grandpa told me who Liz Torres was. She used to come to do my grandmas hair before she passed. I was young but remember her being such a caring woman. Love the Salon, very cute niche in Trinidad! Will definitely be coming back

Whitney was an exceptional stylist for my wedding updo and makeup. Not only did she do an excellent job at following my direction and imagery but she was a warm, calming presence on my big day. She did not skip one beat even as a last minute replacement stylist for the event. Ask for Whitney if you want good pricing, great styling and excellent service!

Made an appt for my daughter to have a perform on her hair for 9:00 am. I arrive 30 minutes early, leave 20 minutes after my appointment time because they shop did not open. There was no. Call to me canceling or rescheduling. Totally disrespected, I dont care who you are. I will not refere your services to anyone.

Liz has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. Moved away and I still go back for my hair cuts and highlights/dye because she is the best there is!!! Beautiful person and salon!

I have wanted to go to get my hair cut here, finally I went today and I love my hair cut, so I will be a regular customer. I met Liz when she was giving a class on nails. I think they are absolutely the best any where. You get exactly what you ask for. Five stars.

Wont be back to this place. The lady at the front was sitting in a chair and didnt get up to greet me. I asked if they took walk ins she leaned over to a girl that was doing someones nails and said do you have time for a haircut the girl said no not today im overbooked. All I was wanting was for someone to fix my daughters hair that she cut. Went to a different salon and it took less than 10 minutes to fix. I could understand if I was asking for a total makeover, but I wasnt. I just needed my daughters hair evened out.

Sheila was absolutely amazing ! This woman took me from dark brown to the blonde hair of my dreams !! Seriously the best Solon I’ve ever been to ! Worth every penny thank you so much !!

I’d give it three stars for environment. I went to Commercial for a haircut. I’m generally clueless when it comes to knowing how to ask for what I want in a hairstyle, but I usually receive some prompting from a stylist about photos of hair I like, or where my hair naturally parts, but not so much this time. I’m growing out my hair, and wanted a trim and some bangs. I ended up with alright bangs, and a pretty standard trim. Then, thrown in hastily at the end, the woman chopped in a ridiculously obvious shelf “layer” unevenly around my head that is literally as short as my hair was a year ago from the last haircut I had. Needless to say, and I’m sure we’ve all been there once or twice, I was devastated and wept as soon as I got back in my car, and then the whole ride home, and then at home, just to really hone in on my distress, haha. I paid a dollar a minute for a half hour, not to mention the tip, for a woman to wreck a year of substantial hair growth. Sure, it will grow out, but that does not negate that it even has to in the first place. Just now, an annoying rando short piece of hair that is not the length of any other hair on my head fell in my face. It keeps happening, like I cut my bangs myself. I’m going into my displeasure this much because, well, my heart still aches a little from the ordeal, and also, being completely new in town, I went to the salon with the most five star reviews. This a caution to those that are new or just passing through town and don’t know the area, salons, or stylists. This could be a one-off badie, as she did seem distracted, however kind-hearted. This isn’t an attack on the person who cut my hair, just on the haircut that I literally have to bare until I pay someone to fix it, or I just complacently let it grow out.

Liz is the best hairdresser I’ve found in a long time and in this region! I highly recommend all their services!

Owned by my family since forever and has always met me and my family needs on hair nails and eveything in between. I always recommend and they never disappoint.

Did a terrible job trimming my hair. Took her three minutes to finish and completely butchered my head.

I got my bangs trimmed and they are too short and uneven. Probably wont be going back.

I will NEVER be back to this place the staff are really nice but its too over priced I paid $140 for my hair to look the same I thought it looked ok but when I got home I examined it more and Im completely unhappy the highlights were not on the roots, my highlights look more like grey hair more then they look like highlights Im very disappointed I had to pay all this money for my hair to look this plain 🤦‍♀️

You have to know them personally in order to get any good service and the cut is not the best a quick hack job at best.
