Ive been coming in here weekly for 6 months and have many reward points accumulated. During my visit today I was informed that I couldnt use my reward points towards my purchase. I have spent good money here to get points. What is the point of having points if I cant use them. You have lost this customer for good. Dont shop here if u want a place that honors their own point system.

If you want carts, this is where you want to get them. Cheapest price because they have a contract with Bonanza and Sesh. Also, very friendly and personable staff. They made Trinidad feel like home long before I finally moved here. It wont take long for you to develop a certain loyalty to the shop.Update (To Owner): My wife and I just got moved in here in Trinidad this past weekend. Youll definitely be seeing me regularly and I always recommend you first to anyone who asks where to go 😊

Was in very briefly and bought a half oz of their special peach dragon. Didnt know I was buying seeded bud. I literally have 33 seeds. Guess i might try to make edibles or something after picking through it.. also the lady was trying to rush us the whole time it felt like.Edit: Talked to the owner and is making things right!

This place is great! The workers are so friendly and knowledgeable about strains and their variety of products. They just sold me 2 vape cartridges, one of which didnt work. They refused to exchange it and I have NEVER had that problem at a dispensary before. Cartridges can be faulty. They just made me eat the cost. I will never go here again. You would think with how dead the town is right now with no tourists, they would at least want to take care of their local regulars. Guess not. Definitely just lost my business.In response to their response: NOPE. They wouldnt even EXCHANGE the one that didnt work. Definitely no returns. Didnt even ask for that.Conclusion: the owner is awesome. He got in touch with me in an extremely timely manner and resolved the issue. I feel like one employee needs more training but I have amended my star review based on their quick and efficient response in fixing the problem.

James offered the Senior discount w/o asking (James politely called it something else, sorry can’t remember his term but hey, I am a Senior and have earned those discounts) soI appreciated his consideration. This was our second time visiting Sugarloaf Dispensary (first time was EQUALLY EXCELLENT by the way) sorry no name😟 but came back 6 months later and I’m sold on them again. Very low stock, especially the day before the 710 holiday, and what they did have was of poor quality, full of seeds and stems. You would be better off getting weed off the streets. Dont go there you will regret it!
