The staff was amazing and even though they were sold out of most of what I was looking for we got some amazing pieces I cant wait to use!The staff there were extra friendly and we enjoyed the service. Would come back again and recommend it to anyone coming to Trinidad on a visit.Overall great experience!

Drove all the way down from walsenburg to come pick up a pound of pipe tobacco and 4 tins and a couple pouches of Captain black I seen last time I was in the store a month ago. I brought my son along with me as we have other places to stop and shop, as soon as we step in the dude behind the counter yells hey the kid cant be in here hes gotta go! So I say well ok never mind, im not gonna leave my kid in the car by himself, it was really rude how he just yelled it out made my kid really sad, glad we had other places to go or this would of been a trip really for nothing just a waste of gas. Lost out on atleast 200 dollar sale or more but owell, Ill just keep ordering from online or make the drive to pueblo or springs, the older lady that help me the first time I went in was very kind and helpful, the younger guy the second time very rude didnt even say it nicely with our 5 second interaction.

Dont buy your vapes here I spent over 30$ on a geek bar and the battery wouldnt last an hour the juice was gone in less than a day! When I took it back for a replacement they refused to do anything about it, never again

Dont buy these here theyre trash it didnt work and even the guy I called said they were trash also so maybe try a different place entirely as they wouldnt return/exchange it and are selling products they dont stand behind and even dont work!P.s. The worker there on June 5th 2022 at about 9:15am mst said his manager Lora is a torchnazi whatever that means so Im sure theyve had many problems like this before.

I had great customer service, and the employees are very helpful and friendly with my experience there.

Walked in and the kid behind the counter acknowledges us and says “I’ll be right with you”. We reply ok, and stand by the counter where what we want to buy is located patiently waiting in this kid. Some guy walks in rushing to the back of the store, and when this kid finishes who does he go help, not the customer that he just told he’s be right with. Oh no, this kid, whose rude anyway, goes straight to the guy that rushed in and all but ignores me when I speak up. Customer service is HORRIBLE, and the kid has and attitude like he’s too cool for school because he’s working in a smoke shop. If you have a choice go somewhere else, the I’m better than you attitude permeates this place.

Having spent 100’s at this shop in the past year I walked in needing to pick up a couple cigars and asked if I could take $20 in cash over. The guy from the back of the store who refers to himself as a manager angrily yelled at me, “we don’t give cash back-NO EXCEPTIONS.” I walked out after telling him I would never shop there again. This shop shows 0 loyalty to their repeat customers. I can tell you they have one less customer to ever bother them again. If I have to drive to Aguilar or Taos, or order online from Zen in Colorado Springs and wait, I will never darken the doorway of Smoker Unfriendly in Trinidad again.

The folks at Smoker Friendly are great. They took good care of me when I was working nights down the street. Best place to grab a soda or smoke accessories.

They have everything I need. Prices went up around the time gas did if iirc but theyre back down.

The guys in there treated me like I was a liar cause I didn’t know the age limit was 21. When I asked them to clarify if that applied to all the products in the store they just kept telling me I couldn’t be in the store and pointing at the door. Very unfriendly people. Also the “we are closed” joke upon entry is never funny, always an awkward laugh.

Stopped in for some papers and was met with top notch, quality service from an employee named Part-time Tim. The gentlemen was very knowledgeable in the area and things to do , we took his advice on things to see & do . His recommendations where definitely the highlights of our trip. I tell all my traveling friends to stop in this wonderful store down in Trinidad .

Very reasonable prices friendly faces and has a decent reward system where if Im right you sign up in store enter you phone number with each purchase and get points for discounts off other purchases

Staff is rude and always seems to wanna rush customers to hurry, buy, and leave. Staff is also very pushy and uneducated on the products sold in store...

I want to know what the deal is with not having any evape tobacco flavored juice I dont understand why they have salt tobacco its too harsh to smoke and I have to order my vape juice from Texas they wont send the fruity tootie taste vape juice its against the law but they can send the tobacco flavor to evape juice and I dont understand why smoker friendly doesnt get on board with people who need tobacco flavored juice to quit smoking cigarettes just thought Id let you know where is the tobacco flavor to eat juice you can bet nowhere in Trinidad

Wonderful, helpful staff. Just sad I cant take my toddler in with me anymore. It was way more convenient for me considering I take him everywhere with me but now have to make sure I have someone with me to go buy cigarettes. Have started going to Gas-O-Mat (owned by smoker friendly) because of this and only this issue.

I visited Trinidad in May. I was on a long road trip and needed some fresh vapes. If you need to know anything about vapes and 420 implements, then Will (nickname Diesel) knows what he’s talking about.They also have a full walk-in humidor for cigars. There was a wide variety and most of which were an affordable and reasonable range.I also noticed that they of course sold a variety of cigarettes but since I am vaping now, I didn’t pay attention to the price. The vape prices were great compared to other states I’ve visited. They had several brands and even carry the Cube Zero nicotine which is difficult to locate at most retail stores.Looking forward to my next visit!

I stop by regularly to pick up cigars. The young man behind the counter always goes out of his way to help with every customer that walks through the door. I recommend them to everyone when the subject comes up for a smoke shop.

Dropped in our first night in town looking for a torch because it was way to cold to walk to Wal-Mart as someone had suggested to where to get one. Of coarse they did have torches and other 420 friendly smoking utensils. Corey was exceptionally friendly and helpful not only with our purchases but also local info on things to check out in town. The prices on tobacco was easily comparable to our home state of TN prices. 420 friendly perk...located right next to dispensaries. Within walking distance of Main Street. :)

Other than the fact that it constantly wreaks like an ashtray this place is great because they always have lots of different types of blunt wraps pipes and bongs and the staff is always super nice

Very rude manager Will. Tells customers his name is Diesel? Wont stand behind products they sell. Other employee offered to give me a replacement e-cig and Will yelled at him that he cannot do that.

I called and asked if something was in stock. All I received was a huge sigh on the phone and “I don’t know if we have any more or not”. Okay. Thank you for letting me know to never go back again !

They staff is usally young folks working but very friendly they always say good morningg or at least they acknowledge your in the store.

Great place for smokers of all ages. They are more of a head shop and DO NOT SELL ITEMS CONTAINING THC. They do have CBD related items however.
