I have gone to max relax for several years now off and on. I have always had amazing massages there. I am a certified massage therapist myself and i have always respected and appreciated all of the massage therapists who have worked on me there. Always polite,professional, friendly and listen to what I need with the right amount of pressure, and finding my tight spots. Please tip generously to show your respect and appreciation for these therapists. They are amazing and work very hard and the price of the massage is very affordable. :)

Such an amazing relaxing experience. Right when they started I immediately felt relaxed and so did my wife. I had a huge knot on my neck and he got the knot out without me letting him know.

Not good. Wanted 30 minutes. Lady tried to upsell me to 60 3x .. finally got into the room .. 20 minutes (had the phone stop watch on) and not a very good massage later she asked again “1 hour?” .. I said “30” she said it was “finished”. When I went to pay she demands a tip which of course wasn’t happening since I didn’t receive what I paid for, showing her the phone stop watch of 20 minutes. Obviously upset and scowling she used her hands to wave me off and tells me to leave. Not recommended. Will not return.

Very noisy ladies while doing massage. One of them sneezed and did not clean up after herself when she sneezed. It wasn’t very relaxing because of all the chit chatting. Then I was complaining about how hard the massage was and she didn’t adjust. Worst part was they were demanding a higher tip! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

Was looking forward to a nice massage I walk in cash in hand lady asks me which massage. I said the sweet special then a guy comes out and tells her something in thai or Chinese. I couldnt understand what she said to be honest and turned me away. Dont know what the reason was for but it made me very uncomfortable. Thats fine I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Wanted a massage after a long work week. Walked in and was on the table in 2 minutes. Got a full body hour massage for 45$. Amy is an expert and took great care of me. 5 stars!

Best foot massage I have ever had! He knew what he was doing, unlike some others that just rub your feet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The place was very clean and organized. The staffs professional demeanor made me really comfortable. I will definitely be going back and using them from now on.

I call in advance for 3 of us to get massage. The Man on the phone said what time. I said in a hour. He said they are busy I might have to wait. I said thats fine. When we arrived the 3 employees said we didnt call them. What number did I call. I googled the business and went to the website link. The number at the top of there website. The Man said no not the same. I was told to call the number off website. I put it on speaker and Man answered said he is on his way now. The Man at the business I asked if he knew who was speaking on my phone. He said yes. Then they show us the prices and options on the paper posted on the wall. This is different than what is advertised on the website. Its more expensive and doesnt have all the options they offered. This was way we came because of the verity of options. We ended up leaving. I was beyond upset. I was in pain with my shoulder. The amazing menu online wasnt what was available in person. This place is a scam. Its faults advertising on there website. After a few more phone calls and driving around we got to a awesome location who helped me with my shoulder pain.

Fantastic 1-hour full body massage for $40.I went after a 100-mile bike ride, was feeling sore, and my masseuse was great. He seemed very aware of how much pressure my body needed without me telling him. I would definitely recommend this place.

We love Max Relax! It’s a great option for an affordable massage in Ventura.For the people upset though about the website confusion, THERE IS NO WEBSITE. Lol, for some reason the website that google has linked to this business is NOT actually affiliated. So if you want information just call the 805 number listed. Do not go to the “website” or try calling the number on the website unless you want to commute to the unaffiliated max relax in Lake Forest or Orange County.

Havent been here in awhile many changes since I went last. The two men I use to see are no longer there that were really good. I had a lady this time and she barely used her hands kept digging me with her elbows really hard and it was very uncomfortable. I went in to relax but it was not relaxing at all. When I got up this morning I was so sore that a needed to put a ice pack on my back and shoulders and it was very hard for me to sleep. Not sure if I will go back. They have all new people now so you dont know who to go with and they dont understand you because they dont speak English. I will be looking for another place. They also use to do your feet separate but now with the combination they do it while the massage

PAIN IS GONE !!Place is clean,quiet, and comfortable atmosphere. The price are decent.Good customer service and friendly workers.My back spasm disappeared right away. I found my favorite massage place.

They are improving and much cleaner than before. Also a lot more beautiful. Will also listen carefully to the suggestions of customers.

Worse massage I have had. I could not communicate with staff, they keep yelling over the wall between clients, and both women were sick. They would blow thier noses mid massage and there would be a pile of used tissues by your head when you got up.

Been using this place for about 3 years & I love it! Great price for a good deep tissue massage.

If your looking for a great massage you have to come here. I allow leave satisfied and super relaxed.

Different... Chen, massage therapist gives a very interesting deep tissue massage. Excellent in squeezing out the lactic acid trapped in your muscles. Love it \ (•◡•) /
