The Luna Vapes family is the best. The bar setup is a great experience. Being able to sample flavors is the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. Kevin led me through my first buying experience and answered all my newbie questions. Connie supports the local business that I work at and Im happy to support hers.

I adore this place. So friendly and its the only vape shop that I go into where I feel right at home. They are incredibly knowledgeable and so accommodating. They change my coil and clean my tank every time, free of charge. Their juice selection is insane too. The owner Connie. is incredibly sweet and knows just about everything. Her husband, Tony, is also quite handy and has helped me troubleshoot my vape problems many a time (even once over the phone!) I cannot recommend this place enough. Worth stopping in just to chat and hang for awhile. Def check it out.

Really helpful and friendly owners and staff, lots of discounts and specials and a huge selection you can try before buying. Always bringing in new flavors, but never giving up the juices youve grown to love. Great casual conversation with the employees while you are sampling. A relaxed setting, never had a bad experience here and learn something new or discover something awesome almost every time I go.

This is by far the best and friendliest place in Ventura to get your vape supplies. Relaxed environment, excellent selection, customer service is fantastic. They do get busy and you may have a wait time but they always apologize profusely and its worth it. Her prices cant be beat especially when youre supporting a local family business.

Ive been to this shop a few times and each time Ive had a pretty great experience. I believe the owners were the ones who had helped me each time. A couple of weeks ago I went in to check out some devices as I was looking to purchase one; myself and my partner were bombarded by the two staff members that came off a bit aggressive. They immediately asked for our IDs (which is fine) really rudely as they were ranting on and on about some proposed vaping ban in Ventura that required them to ask. Then when they realized I was actually looking to purchase something they changed their attitudes real fast. Not the most welcoming experience given the fact that previous experiences were beyond pleasant. Definitely just made me want to avoid dealing with them..

Ran in to grab coils and ended up chatting extensively with the owner. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about all things vape. Their prices are great for a brick and mortar store, and they even tried to get price as close to what I was paying for ejuice online. If I didnt live so far away, Id never go to a different shop again!

Connie is awesome! Her store is a very comfortable place and she and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped my husband and I pick out the correct equipment for us and is so patient with me picking out my oils. A lot of times she knows what Ill like before I do! We are now 77 days cigarette free!

Excellent Service. Great staff. Knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Compared to everything in the area, this shop is definitely on its own level.Bonus: it’s not the “vape-bro” enviornment where awful music is playing way too loud. The store sells photography and local art. Class and again, fantastic service as well as a very wide variety of quality flavors and devices.Check them out. It’s worth the visit.

I love this place, free tastings , so I dont get stuck with something I dont like. They are also really good about helping me troubleshoot my personal vapes. Price wise they are definitely worth it because the taste is better than anything else I have tried. Thank you guys, I appreciate you!!

Been going to this shop for about 2 years. The owner Conni was the first person I met when I went there the first time. Her patience and knowledge helped me understand what I was getting into. As I learned more about vaping I had a lot of questions about the juice that comes into the store. Knowing Conni has such high standards for the juice she will sell saves me time and trouble researching brands myself. All the juice Luna Vapes sells is clean juice from reputable companies. Im an avid traveler and have visited many other vape shops domestically and internationally and Ive seen some bad ones and some really good ones but none have been able to answer questions about the juice being sold the way Conni and her employees have. No matter where my travels take me, Ill always come back to Luna for my juice and other vape needs. Need a build? Kyle is your man!

I came in to get new coils, took them home and realized the older man sold me the wrong coils so I went back to the store. He grabbed my vape, tried screwing on 3 of the wrong coils so hard and stripped the threading on my tank, then told me it was stripped and I’d have to pay to replace it. He broke my tank and then made me buy a new one. Horrible business practice I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Whatever you do do not let that man touch your vape.

The best place for vapes! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. As a newbie they showed me the right device to help me quit smoking cigs. Its the only place I go for my vaping stuff -- and the bar is a really cool place to just hang out and vape. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with Tony - he was patient and very thorough with us while we sampled flavors, picked a vape pen, and asked a bunch of questions. So glad we visited and this will be our regular shop!

I first started coming to this shop because they made me feel at home. Relaxed atmosphere happy, educated, staff. Never pushy or try to make you buy something.. Then my vape broke and I found they are smart and educated on how the mods work and can fix things you thought couldnt be. then i dropped my vape and it stopped working. Im broke and only get paid once a month. I would have to go until September to get a new one. I took it in and the guy says he never saw what was happening to the vape before and offered to take it home to investigate. Yesterday he called and unhappily states its no use. My vape is unfixable. Its my birthday this month, Im flat broke already, I live in my car, Im slightly depressed and since I stopped smoking vaping was my one and only thing that made me feel all isnt lost. Sounds pathetic but its hard being broke homeless tired dirty and alone all the time. Anyway they know none of this about me though. People treat you different when they know. I go in and we talk normal stuff its great.Back to the vape..I go in to retrieve me dead vape, he explained the problem and hands me a new different vape and say you can have it we appreciate your business, sorry we couldnt fix yours. Tell where in the world would that happen?? Well not to me anyway. So they now have me for life. My birthday os on the 14th this was the best gift I have ever gotten. Anyone not a customer here is missing out! Thanks guys!

Really nice place, its fun and easy to go in and try the e-liquids before you buy one. That way you dont get stuck with juice you dont like.

By far the greatest vape shop I have EVER been to they are an actual lounge with a full bar a wide variety of devices, parts and vape related items the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly they truly care and take the time to answer any questions and let you sample anything your interested in they have a very pleasant atmosphere with a lounge couches and dartboards the owners are the kindest people you will not be disapointed for choosing Luna vapes!!!
