We contacted Haven about doing a girls retreat at our house in the Ventura/Oxnard area and they SERIOUSLY delivered for us!! Emily arranged for two masseuses to come and give massages for 6 of us throughout the afternoon (at amazing rates, I might add), she provided snacks and drinks for all of us, and then ended the day with an amazing soundbath that ended right as the sun was setting. It was absolutely incredible customer service, and the most epic girls weekend ever. THANK YOU, HAVEN TEAM!!!

I have had the luxury of many massages in my life. I booked a 90 min with cupping and cranio/head massage for a total of 2 hours. My experience with Emily transported me to another level of relaxation. It felt like time stretched or completely didnt exist in that space. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Most relaxing massage Ive ever had, and I almost never relax 😂😂. The room was extremely peaceful, perfect temperature, and the pressure during the massage was just right. Highly recommend adding a scalp/face massage to your experience.

I booked a massage with Emily. She called me a few hours beforehand and asked if I could reschedule, which was no problem. We booked for the following week at a mutually agreed upon time. When I showed up for my appointment, Emily was not there and I was “not on the schedule”. I asked if they could get in contact with Emily since she had booked it with me herself. She was contacted and stated that she did not have an appointment with me. I left my phone number and asked her to please call me. She never called. I sent her a text a few days later, since I had her number from when she called me to reschedule, and she never responded.In the meantime, I booked with someone else and had a great experience. I just can’t believe how unprofessional and rude the owner/founder is!It’s been three weeks since my original scheduled appointment and never heard from her.

I had a delicious massage with Emily! Emily is knowledgable, professional, sweet and welcoming. The ambiance was tranquil, relaxing and I immediately fell into a calm meditative state. I had a wonderful first experience at Haven! Highly recommend!

I cannot tell you enough good things about this spa. My masseuse was Esseance and she was killer!! My IT band didnt like her, but I loved her!! She has such a calming presence and a great aura. She found areas I didnt even know needed attention and she made me feel so relaxed. The best part.... She read my body like braille!! I didnt even have to tell her anything about pressure because she could tell by my body if she needed to go lighter than I specified! I havent had a massage therapist read my body that well in decades!!! I will def be back to see her!!

Best massage ever! Emily is very pleasant and professional. She takes the customer experience seriously. Her studio is cozy and beautifully decorated. I was was so excited for an appointment today since I finally have a day for myself. I talked to boots. She scheduled me a 90 minute massage. I drove 20 minutes to have an appt with Isabel. I showed up only for my appt to be cancelled. No show! I am so disappointed. Boots was amazing on the phone and apologized, but very unprofessional for no showing a first time client.

Emily is AWESOME! I have never met a therapist like her. Her treatments are intuitive, stress relieving and effective. Her space is relaxing and you feel like youve walked into a personal haven. I recommend to everyone!!

Haven is a gorgeous studio and a little nook of peace. The massage therapist Emily is amazing, she has really great pressure. She sits down with you in the beginning and not only helps you to relax, she really listens to your concerns and incorporates it into your massage. Definitely get the CBD treatment, she makes a personalized blend that takes pain relief up a notch. Definitely will be back.

The attention to detail here is unmatched! You have to book an appointment to experience it for yourself. I’ve had massages with Emily and Essence before and highly recommend both.

Emily is amazing! I was in a car accident several years ago, that resulted in several back surgeries and eventually a spinal fusion. My back was always the primary focus because it was the worst of my injuries, but my neck has also bothered me and nothing has seemed to help. I got the Haven Signature Massage, and she used CBD massage oil, and it truly made such a difference. I left Haven with more range of motion in my neck than I have experienced since before the accident, and that alone will keep me coming back to her, not to mention that the aches and pains in the rest of my body were nonexistent as well.She is so sweet, attentive to your needs regarding how much or little pressure, and the entire experience was so relaxing. I truly couldnt recommend her more. Her massage room is very relaxing, and I cant wait to go back! Best massage I have ever received.

I purchased a groupon for a CBD oil massage and I am so glad that I did! Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. I signed up for a monthly massage and cant wait to go back. Cozy studio and close to my home and work is a huge plus for me too. Thanks Emily
