They sold me a broken vape and then refused to exchange it with another one (the next day) because I didnt have the box. I suppose I shouldve kept the box but I wasnt expecting to be sold a broken device....

Cleanest place on earth, smart polite employees who are happy to see you every time you walk in. I enjoy going in, I miss that family, everything is good vibe.

Do not shop here. I bought an item, and when I bought it I was told that I would be able to return it for store credit. I come back later to return the item as it did not work for me. I am told that I must choose an item to buy with the store credit at that moment, or within the return window, as the employee there cannot give me a gift card. He tells me to come back the next day when his manager is there. I return the next day and the manager says that they have no way of giving out gift cards or receipts with credit on them at all. I was given no choice but to keep the item, or to choose something at the store in that exact moment. There was nothing in the store I was interested in at that time, so I leave, extremely dissatisfied with this terrible business practice of lying on your receipts.The receipt states: While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in the event you would like to return you unused and undamaged product(s) for any reason, you may do so within 48 hours of the purchase for full in-store credit. Now maybe I am just a dunce, but this seems to imply that they would have a system in place to grant me store credit, but they do not. If they cared about customer satisfaction, they wouldve just given me my money back at that point.Ill miss having a smoke shop so close to my home, but I hope that it will be worth biking the extra mile to Smokers Paradise, maybe they care about their customers there.

I was having a bad day & came into Wildside to get some vape juice they were so helpful on picking out my coils. They greeted me right when I walked in & even inquired about my bad day. Then I 🔒 locked my keys in my 🚗 . I was freaking out thinking I was going to have to spend $ on a locksmith. Then Anson & Enrique came out & immediately started helping me. They went above & beyond their job. Im so thankful I chose Wildside to go to. That made my bad day which turned worse into better. Thank you! You guys are awesome. I hope someone does something amazing for you both when you least expect it!🙏❤️

I had a gentleman by the name of daniel from this smoke shop provide excellent customer service. He went out of his way to have a genuine conversation with me and he definitely deserves a huge raise. If he doesn’t get one I’m sure he’s going to be getting offers from other places all over. I would personally like to recruit him just to be apart of my business. That’s how excellent this guys customer service is!!!! Wild side obviously treats this guy very well. He is so kind.

They have a great selection of products from smoking/vaping (although no cigarettes) and kratom products. Unfortunately everything is very overpriced. Ive been to smoke shops in LA and I can say with certainty that over there everything is about 20-30% less than here. Kratom extract shots are $20-$30 here, while online, you can get them for half of that price.

Went in for a travel pipe, came out with many more treasures than I had planned. Cool staff, really mellow dudes. And if you want to pick up on the finest bongs youve ever seen, this is the place to go. Ive never seen so many cool water pipes and such, truly amazing, shelf after shelf.Next time Ill take pictures.

I always have the best experiences at this store, but today took the cake. The young man working there was so kind to me when I really needed it. And I was trying so hard not to cry that I forgot to get his name. But this guy deserves a raise. My car wouldn’t start because something’s wrong with my battery. He saw me struggling, closed the shop and used his break time to quickly jump my battery and then I was on my way home. Needless to say I will keep shopping there!!!

Hey guys, if you haven’t checked out this smoke shop yet, do yourself a favor and get there this black Friday because they will have one of the best sales on glass going on that day period. It’s a BOGO for $4.20 on any glass in the entire store minus I believe a few select pieces, otherwise everything else is a go. I come to this spot religiously and not just because of this one particular sale, but because they have the most friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. With that said I’ll just end this with a big thank you for the guys over at Wild Side Smoke Shop!

I only shop at Wild Side locations! Their shop in downtown Main St. was the first location I visited and the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. I moved closer to Victoria Ave a few years ago and now this is my go to shop. Everyone working is always friendly, knowledgeable and they’ll give you some space if all you want to do is look around, no pressure whatsoever to buy. I try to only shop local and support our 805 community. Highly recommend.

Great smoke shop, Ive been going here pretty much since I was legal! Anson and Laura helped my dad and I out today, super chill and patient people, helped me pick out a piece I knew Id be happy with! Definitely recommend Wild Side to all my friends and anyone who need some good glass pieces :)

I should have read their reviews before I bought there.One of them said the same thing I went through.Even word for word response of what they said.Other mentioned defective products.When I bought my vape mod and tank, they were friendly and helpful. After one day my tank started to leak. I called the shop and told them that I just bought my tank and vape mod there the day before and the tank is leaking. The person said I should bring it in so they can take a look at it. They never told me that there was a 48 hour return policy, and when I called the person never said anything about the 48 hour return policy. (Was this to avoid the return?) I went two days later as I don’t live near there. When I did go. I was passed on to two other workers, one says he will call the manager to see what he could do. The person then gives me the phone to talk to the manager who said the same thing. Sorry we won’t replace it, but we will give you a discount on another one. I explained that if they had told me that there was a 48 hour return policy, I would have gone that day. The manager said, even if you did, we wouldn’t have taken the return.So they replaced the coil saying that was the problem.The problem is that the tank would leak randomly.Buyer beware

Rip-off, rude and unprofessional!!! The store promotes an item that, contrary to their advertisement, is a nightmare to return. It came with a written warranty, but trying to return the defective item has proven to be impossible. Not only does the store not want to answer any questions or give any assistance in returning it (they just point you to website), but both the warranty info and the website itself instructs to return defective items to the same address as the store itself. Is this a scam? When brought to the managers attention, they just said its a mistake and hung up and wont answer anymore calls. I will have to call my credit card company up. THANKS Wild Side for selling junk and not at all backing it up! I guess you got your money and thats all that counts to you. Satisfied customers mean nothing to this place, stay away.

Over the past few years I have bought everything from $800 dollar rigs to $40 pipes and they have been nothing but exceptional. Even the $600 custom Simba that I got which had a piece detach from the inside they let me return no hassle and I was so happy I ended up buying a different piece that I still have today. Main point of this review is to ask for another location in the collection in oxnard! Great shop great products and great people!

Always a pleasure going here. The employees are super polite and full of information. They keep up to date on their sales and events, as well as inform you on their order schedules. The owner is extremely nice as well.

Ryan helped my friend and I find exactly what we needed, he was incredibly personable, informative, and totally deserved the tip he got from us. Definitely returning to purchase more items, especially since he gave me a courtesy discount on an item I didnt want, but did want the container it came in. The employees here are easy to deal with and seem to give good advice on their products. When I asked about nic salt juices legal in Ventura, Bold by Ripe Vapes was recommended and it has turned into one of my favorite flavors (even among non-tobacco flavors).

This place has really gone down hill. The most recent manager is rude and argumentive. He actually called me a liar which in and of itself is rude. They hire bottom of the barrel employees then make them manager with little to no management experience. They have had some amazing people in there but they never stay. Thats a shame!

Love this place! Clean... Trendy... Well decorated! These Local guys are taking great care of us in Ventura County! Go in and ask questions about anything from Kratom to edibles and let them guide you!

Darian helped me out today and Ive got to tell ya, HE HOOKED ME UP!Helpful and patient he reminded me what great customer service looks like. He was very knowledgeable about all his glass pieces. Once he let me water test the piece i was eyeing i was sold, he even threw in a free banger. I came in with a budget and left without exceeding that budget. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Awesome selection of high quality glass, accessories, and many other things. A little on the expensive side but you have to pay for quality. Almost always running sales promotions so take advantage of those as well as their raffles.

Its a good place to buy glass.. and they have black Friday deals tooo. Got me a nice roor there a few years back.. all different sizes 2 footers 3 footers and 4 footers for only $100 bucks bomb deals .. Im thinking of going back this black friday see what they have..

Customer service is horrible they no nothing about what there selling or what the product they have is any good or works. They sold me something that it wasnt what they said it when I called to talk to the employee he jus hung up on me. Would not recommend to real medical patients that need real input about what they r buying.

Bought a replacement nail for my oil rig. Got home and its to big, Took it back to exchange it. Said they cant because its used. All i did was heat it, i never got to use it! Never going back to that place with there shoddy merchandise!!!!

My lady and I always go into the mom and pop shops to give local bussiness our money and the guy in there was so kind and hooked us up with a discount us 20 percent the next time.We will return very nice people there.10-25-17 Bought a vape pen cuz my first one broke..So the second one didnt work went back got another pen but different and that didnt work.(Had to eat the last 2 pens)Bought another pen and in time the screw on part expands when it gets hot and warps out!!All I got to say is there products are TRASH!!!Ill be going elsewhere now but thank u and next time tell me its trash so I can purchase the better one!!!

Wont ever go back. Be carefull. Too bad having been buying e-cig supplies online, nice to have local place to get stuff. Bought a battery that didnt work. When I asked for replacement the next day the clerk pointed to a sign on the wall and said sorry no returns no exchanges. Out $30.00 for a defective product. They wont stand behind what they sell.

I BOUGHT AN AWESOME BUBBLER FOR 75.00. JUST WHAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. NOTICED THE BOW WAS LOOSE AFTER THE FIRST HIT. TURNED AND TWISTED IT DIFFERENT WAYS. IT WAS LOOSE AND RATTLED. TRIED 3 BOWLS I HAVE. ALL WERE LOOSE. TRIED THE BOWLS IN MY SIMBA BONG..THE FIT WAS PERFECT. CALLED NEXT MORNING, THEY SAID MANAGEMENT WOULD ONLY GIVE ME 50% CREDIT. TOTAL BULL#@$*. THRY CANT SELL A BAD BONG.........FUNNY THING, I TOLD MY SON, HE BOUGHT A 75.00 ONE LAST WEEK. HE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. MAYBE THE SUPPLIER? Update: The rep from Wildside called and said he would honor a return. It was the right thing to do.

Yea I went to buy a scale and I told him I wanted one that went to the hundredth and right off the bat he trys and sells me the most expensive one I ask for a cheaper one so he gets me the wrong one when I get home open and find out its the wrong kind I go back and ask him to swap it out and he said no the best he can do is sell me another one for ten precent off in other words he is still just trying to get his Commission

Employee sold me a chromium crusher grinder for a $50 deal and it was broke before within the first two months . I was going to get a $40 dollar one and he told me about a more expensive one that he could get me for a discounted $50, but it didn’t last.

Been going there for years now , but lately staff is not friendly at all. Gave me cards to use as discount but now theyre saying it doesnt work, and its for other location. This place is over priced and they just lost a customer.
