I will NOT be returning here again. The massage itself was basic. The beds are dirty. The ambience is not relaxing. But most of all, when it came down to pay, the manager told me it was mandatory to tip. I offered five dollars because really the service was not worth a tip. The manager got upset and said tip was a minimum of $10. I told her the tip is always optional! She replied by saying they accept credit card if I didn’t have more cash, and repeated that tip is a minimum of $10. I had more cash but I was not about to pay more for this massage that was NOT worth it. She was so argumentative. I ended up leaving the five dollar tip on the counter and just walking away. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go somewhere else!

I truly love this spa and Im so glad I found it. I have been trying to find a place that would work out the knots in my lower back and Ive finally found it. Linda and Monica are both amazing and Im grateful to them both. I just wish there was a membership or some kind of program because I come weekly. I recommend it to all my co-workers because we work in a very physical job and this helps make us ready for the next work week. Thank you

One of the best massage spas experiences I have had in all. of Southern California from LA to Ventura. This local spa is excellent. The combo massage for $35 is worth the upgrade. The hot stone treatment was an amazing surprise. My first reaction was a bit frustrated as two women sat chatting on the phones but I am glad I hung in and gave it a chance. The massage began with feet and ended Ina room with an excellent body massage with hot stones. My therapist Lily was awesome and I cant wait to see her again soon. There were many spas in the area but I am glad I chose relax n spa. Make an appointment for ease and there is plenty of parking. Treat yourself today.

Linda was fabulous 👌 I had the 90 min deep tissue massage done. She had worked out all of my knots (there was many) and was super sweet!I will be back for 100%!

Massage was Okay but price was too high especially since there was an older women SCREAMING in another language at her workers. Honestly I thought I was in trouble. NOT very “Relax”ing

My wife and I both love going here and the price for quality is amazing. This is better than the pool side massage I had in Hawaii on our honeymoon for 1/4 of the price. They use hot stones here and it was included so its not like theyre asking you for add-ons during a massage. Also compared to other places they do a full hour and some places are like 50 min is the hour massage. Excited for my massage in 2 weeks that I just booked.

It was recommended by a friend. I took my daughter and got our first massages ever. Loved loved this place. When I first got there they did ask for tip i responded I tip depending on service provided. I made that really clear they said ok is that a problem they said ok that’s fine. About 5 mins in I said I will be adding to your tip you guys are amazing! I will definitely be recommending to friends! I will definitely be returning in two weeks!

My sister referred me to this place and she was right. Great massage Ive ever had. Monica was my Masseuse and she was excellent, professional, cares for your health. She is very nice, gentle, strong, and knows how to apply the right amount of pressure. I felt very comfortable and felt great getting my massage here. I recommend this place to anyone.

Another amazing 1 hour full body massage, now $51 without tip. Monica was my masseuse who was excellent, very professional, and wore her mask the entire time. I skipped the hot stone this time, and had her work on my sore legs, which was great. She is very strong and applied just the right amount of pressure. They are taking all of the proper safety precautions and I felt very comfortable getting my massage here. I had to wear my mask when lying on my back, which I was happy to do. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went for a couple massage and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was serene, I liked the music, and just felt completely calm the entire time. They 100% know their methodsHonestly such a nice and pleasant experience which we will definitely be returning for. If youre reading wondering whether or not to stop by, look no further really :)My lower back was killing me before we went in and Im sitting in absolute comfort now very stoked and appreciative!

I would give 5 stars IF they had anyone speaking English running the front desk. I have been there 8 times and have always booked through claspass. Every time I call they have no idea what I’m talking about even though I have booked services many times through this app. I have a pending message on the app for tomorrow and I called and asked them to approve it if they could. They have no idea what I’m talking about and tell me “no English” it’s very frustrating for all the business I have given them. 👎

Got the fully Body Massage and they were able to use the $5 off coupon on the flyer I got in-store to discount my massage to $60 for a whole 90 minute massage! Lily is an excellent massage therapist. I really enjoyed the heated oils, they helped a lot with relaxing some tight overworked muscle groups I had, since I have to me on my feet all day for work, especially in my traps and lower back... I will definitely go back again. It was a truly rejuvenating experience!

**In response to the owner, yes I was at your establishment (next to Lalos in the Vons shopping center). No you do not have complete walls, they only go up about 8 feet and there are no doors, just curtains, so clients can hear everything during the massage.**This was the worst massage I have ever received. I have had numerous massages in the past and decided to try this place out...what a mistake. The masseuse did not know how to massage, it was though she just watched a movie that showed someone massaging and she guessed how to do it. She rubbed too rough and fast. It was not relaxing and I ended up bouncing against the table. She then hit me several times, which provided no relaxing or therapeutic element.The facility doesnt have individual rooms, they are only separated by curtains. When the receptionist answered the phone, I could hear the conversation and it did not help the masseuse yelled to the receptionist during the conversation (and during my massage).I usually dont write reviews, but this experience was so horrible, I decided to write and warn others. Do yourself a favor and pick another place for a massage.

Im given this 3 stars because my friend really liked her massage. I went here yesterday with my friend for a 1 hour combo massage. My friend had Lucy and she was very happy with her massage - 5 stars for Lucy. I had a different experience. The massage started off with feet soaked in water bucket - luke warm. While feet were being soaked the masseuse rubbed my scalp and pulled on my ears - Ouch! in no organized way. She lathered lotion on my shoulders and neck but didnt actual rub the lotion in anyway that felt good or massage like I finally spoke up and told them this person doesnt know what they are doing. Finally, Coco stepped in and finished the massage with very deep/fast painful strokes. She applied too much pressure but did back off a bit when I told her too. The massage was painful and not relaxing at all. She didnt work out any of the knots just pushed so hard on my back and caused bruises. Ive had many massages so I know what a good deep tissue massage is suppose to feel like. The finish the massage with hot stones which is a nice touch if used properly. Everything about Cocos technique was too fast, too strong, and sloppy. 2 stars for Coco . I would not recommend this place unless you request Lucy as my friend was happy with her massage.

ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY! the lady made me tip her more because she wanted more. She began telling me that tip is required to be higher but there’s no sign or anything! They took advantage because they saw me as a young girl & all the employees were just looking at me made me feel horrible so I pulled out my card since I didn’t have that much cash & charge me more than what I told them to put! Will not be coming here EVER AGAIN!

The current owners took over the business about two years ago and transformed an ordinary spa into a terrific establishment. Friendly, welcoming, experienced staff in a clean, professional atmosphere. Got the best massage I ever had.

Thought I would try a different spa from my usual place nearby. Got a great deep tissue full body massage from Coco. Price was more than reasonable, especially for the quality of massage that I received. Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. I think I just found my new place!

It’s absolutely the best massage anywhere for $50 for an hour. These wonderfully strong little ladies use hot rocks on your back at the end of the massage. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always the best.

This place is cash only and there are no signs posted very irritating 😒. They are over priced. There work isnt worth it. Its very hot and uncomfortable 😫. Not a friendly place at all. The owner didnt say hi when I walked in there was 4 of them there took a while for anyone to approach me seem like they didnt care if they had or kept my business with them. My teenagers girls were not happy at all. Will never go back

This place needs to be shut down. I filled a complaint with BBB for forcing young people to leave a 20.00 tip. This is optional. Not legal!!!!

Lucy was fantastic! Prices are very reasonable and service was so relaxing. Will be back for weekly foot massages.

I recommend a two hour massage, it was heaven. Lucy was my masseuse; she has very strong hands. I recommend!
