I decided to leave a review now because Ive been a customer here for a while and have never done so before. I come here basically for the PRICE.I wonder if the towels are changed between clients and what makes me most irritated is that there is no minimum level of professionalism or respect for those who are lying there, receiving the massage.Many employees walking around the place and talking all the time, others lying on empty beds, using cell phones WITHOUT HEADPHONES, there is no way to relax at all.Its very frustrating that you are there to relax and the staff all dont allow that to be possible and in the end, with all this bad service they want a FAT TIP!!!

My husband and I both felt a 5 star review was in order! We did the $25 one hour massage and left feeling like jello! Amazing job by Jon and Angel! The large room was semi private and very clean. We tipped $30 each because the workers were very good and did such a great job working out the aches and pains! Were coming back several times a month!

Don’t visit this place even if it’s cheaper than other massage spas. Therapist has poor service and skill quality and finished earlier than the 60 min paid. The first impression upon entry is a rough spa place with low quality service attitude. Although they replied they don’t ask for tips to “Mercedes Oz”, it is not true. Normally I always tip but I was very disappointed with my first massage so I did not want to tip, however the therapist and receptionist asked me about the tip before my exit…so I reluctantly tipped the 20%. This place lacks training overall, save your money, don’t come…..

Not great. Tipped almost as much as the session rate and the masseuse asked for more. What?????? The skills were not that good either. No return for sure.

My coworker recommended this place. He likes it so much that he drives from Cerritos to get his regular massages here. He and I are both highly anxious, tense muscle kind of folks. I tried it today, and was able to get a same day service at the time I wanted! Will definitely be returning! Such a great massage for such a low price and my masseuse was professional and kind. Some advice: you’ll probably be sitting on a massage bench first for an upright neck and back massage, facing the wall for modesty (I assumed I was supposed to lay down immediately and had to be guided otherwise). Please also tip well to compensate for the amazing value of a great massage at extremely low prices.

One female therapist asked for more tips! I had been here several times and was generally satisfied with their service, but unfortunately, this particular lady did a below-average job. Despite that, I still tipped her 25%. However, she made the situation very awkward by asking for a larger tip in front of all the waiting clients. She even commented that the tip was too little. I was taken aback by her audacity and explained that I didnt have any smaller bills. Another employee had to fetch change from outside the store using my $20 bill. To appease her, I gave an additional $5, but she still wore an unhappy expression. This experience was by far the worst Ive had and has made me reluctant to return. I hope the manager will closely monitor such incidents to prevent them from happening to anyone else in the future.

Service was not the best. When arriving there was not greeted but told right away to pay and guy was rude. Was directed to tte back and just left there standing with a bucket. No instructions on what to do. Overall massage was okay, however when done and walking out was told to stop by like 3 employees. Was told that we forget to tip. The sign said no tip can be added to credit card and then they told us that it could be added. Doesn’t take much to be friendly and polite, wouldn’t return.

My husband and I had a couples massage at this place. My massage was average and his massage was poor. He said it was like someone just rubbed some oil on him. After the massage we gave 17% tip for an average and below average massage and they were insulted. They were making faces, hand gestures, and were visible upset. We were shocked at their attitudes. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Suggestions: learn English, say hello, ask where to focus, do an above average job, offer water or tea, and be grateful for customers and any tip. Perhaps then you will get more than 17%, which is already generous. You are lucky we did not take the tip back after you were displeased with 17%.

Massages were ok. We felt very rushed. Management needs improvement.There were two sweet lady masseuses though

This place is 💯% absolutely certified ✅ I have had 2 absolutely flawless amazing 1 hour full body massages from Nana in a open room for ONLY $25 given other massages are nowhere else this cheap im more than happy to tip her $15 she knows exactly where to work on and the right amount of pressure to apply to you sore areas without you having to tell her the place is spotlessly clean and they use all nice smelling products 👏

This place is a quiet and clean awesome massage. My go to Masseuse is Sophia, she is very nice kind and knows about massage. She asks questions at the beggining to see what you areas that need massages. This place has friendly staff, is very quiet and clean. Staff ensures the best treatment and very good prices. Thanks been coming for about 1 years and this is a place can count on. Be back again.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now! I always feel great after my foot massage they will also massage your arms, hands, head & back to get rid of stressed muscles. I hope these masseuse who I always requested to do my massage are still working here.

So for the 1st after the pandemic I return to this place to find it quite a bit changed. It must be under new management or something. I called to make an appointment which usually I never do. Its walk in. They call me back 3 times to ask me where in at when I told them I was not going to make the original appt. Im gonna be 1 hour behind. Then I get there. I was asked to pay upfront. Ok no problem. The prices were like double from what I remembered. Then the man who gave me a massage was not very good. Then as I walk out the man who gave me the massage was standing by the exit waiting for a tip..ok fine. I gave him an $8 tip for a $35 massage and he complained to the receptionist who then said....do you have anymore money. Huh?😳 No I dont have anymore cash on me but $8 on 35 is more than 20% I believe🤨. The massage guy complained and I walked out. Wow. Not going here again.

Friends of us brought us there. The massage tooked place in a big light dimmed silent room where also other people get massaged. At first it seemed a bit weird but you get used to it realy quick since you see very barely you don’t even recognize the other people and they too. The employees were very nice and the massage itself was great and for $20 of an hour massage you can’t complain. I would recommend to every body!

With such disappointment I leave this review....I went in with the exact cost and tip in hand....so for the regulars normally you pay the cost and tip later. So I went in with a 20dollar bill to pay for the tip at the end of the massage. During the course of my massage. One of the massage guys took it. I had one person next to me getting a massage so I imagine either it was the guy massaging me or they both were in on this for taking my money from the basket they give you to place your items. Thankfully it was only 20 bucks and not a larger bill or my wallet. Please be careful when going here. When I tried explaining myself they kept saying I dont know English and would laugh. I told them you took my money...this is why Im posting this I would hate for another person to go through this.

I usually get the 90 minute massage to work out the tension and knots in my neck, shoulders and back; includes a little bit of hot stone. Be sure to leave a good tip if youre satisfied! $30 for 90 a minute massage plus tip. Not going to say how much I tip, but if youre going to complain about tipping $20 for a 90 minute massage, $50 total, then just stay home. Yes, tell them what you want, areas of concentration, etc., before you get started.

My first experience here was incredible because my masseuse was really really great. My next visit was not horrible but not nearly as good as the first one. I think the bottom line is there isn’t a ton of consistency here but overall the price makes it worth it. I would definitely go back.

Great therapeutic massage. Back feels much better. Male and female therapists both were great. Was worried that female may not be deep tissue enough but ask for high pressure on muscles and was great! They do have private room if your shy about getting massage in main area.

Value for your money. They have a 90 minute full body massage for $30 which includes hot stones. You can request strong if you prefer that. They provide a robe like cover that ties in the back as a top so that they can work on your back. I would definitely go back!

The massage lady tried to keep me warm, but it was hard to do with only thin towels and concrete floors...On top of that, the place seemed very run down and I honestly did not see any sanitation protocols happening at the end of my session, so that’s scary.Also, I had no idea the the 1 hour full body massage did not include feet at all??? That doesn’t make sense for a reflexology massage place. I am SO COLD and feel like the massage stressed me out more than anything. I won’t ever go back.

LOVE this place. Always very kind and considerate of exactly what kind of massage you would like. My wife and I always look forward to returning.Also, keep in mind that these masseuses are working hard for a tip as well...dont be stingy!

Absolutely love this place! Ive been going here for the past five years after a major accident. Staff is friendly, technicians get straight to the job, and I leave feeling wonderful every time. Highly recommended, a must-visit. Pricing is the best in town!

When the public option was available, it was about a good massage. Since covid, the $30 4 an hour &1/2 is gone and well Happy endings R what is being offered & probably the best part of the massage now.

Thought Id give them a try based on other reviews. I was extremely pleased. Lucy did a fantastic job. Very relaxing.$20 for an hour foot and leg massage.

Today I visited this place for the second timeThe massage was very goodThe first was a 70-minute massage.I had a 62 minute massage.The second was a 60-minute massage.Massage ended in 53 minutes.Accurate massage timeIf you guess it right, I will be 100% impressed.I think it will work
