They’re really professional at there work. I like the vibes, super clean and relax music. They do hard pressure massage which is amazing. You can also ask them to reduce the pressure and they will. I’m glad that I found this place. I’ll be coming here once a week.

Its my low cost massage go to place. It offer whole body massage in an open or semi private space. You will be sharing a bench to lay on for 1-2 hours with 15 others, so its not your luxurious, white linen, scented room with candles, robes and soothing music. Its where you go in and out when you dont have time to book an appointment, but want to get a nice deep massage. You can ask them to adjust their hand pressure and work on the areas you need to relief the most. I have been going there monthly for 4 years and whenever I travel through. I love massages but can not afford to go to my OC local massage center on a regular basis for $90 per hour plus tips. So I love to get additional massages at Bamboo for $25 per hour, especially when you find a masseuse you like. Enjoy you massages....its so good for you!!!!

The place is not that bad. 20 an hour full body massage is a good deal. Just hope that you get a good masseuse. You can try different masseuse/masseur til you find the one you like. I am happy with Liza. My first time there, she massaged me. And I never picked anyone else.

I like my masseuse, always good at what she does. The only negative part is that you are separated by curtains, I like privacy, but sometimes you can hear the next person few ft from you.

Notice to Women: This establishment appears to be frequented by mostly men (at least the one time that I went). While the value of a Groupon (if you have one) is great for the massage you received (my girl was excellent), the overall vibe and ambience will deter me from coming back. You are in one big room with a bunch of beds next to each other. This is fine but its a little too close for comfort in that you can clearly hear snores, conversations, grunts, massage slaps and body stretches, talking in the lobby, cell phone sounds, etc. Also, they pull your underwear down halfway down your butt for the entire room to see, with the masseurs and masseuses walking away from time to time to get towels and hot stones. I also found the front desk to be a little pushy in asking for a large tip.

First time here, experienced with massages. Masseuse was great and gave strong pressure to entire body. If youre tall like me, I recommend the 90 minute massage so they can take a little more time.

They referred me to their sister location because they did not have any appointments left. Not a good experience. I was over charged on top of them complaining about the tip and the masseuses were laughing and talking to each other the whole time. I reached out in regards to the over charge and didnt receive a response.

My husband and I purchased the Groupon deal and came here today expecting relaxation. We walk in and an African American couple is coming out of the back room and immediately get swarmed by 2 of the workers about the tip. We were in shock! Tips are NOT part of the service. And if someone doesn’t tip, they shouldn’t be harassed for it! When they said they didn’t have cash, they were asked for their debit card. They just walked out, which is EXACTLY what my husband and I did after our massage (which was painful and sloppy). Well.. two of their co workers proceeded to CHASE US to our car! Screaming tip! Tip! We were creeped out to say the least! We drove off and my phone started blowing up! It was them calling me to harass me over the phone about the tip! Needless to say, I respectfully put the person in her place and here I am warning YOU ALL not to go there! And Groupon should really screen these kind of places that they send us to!

The towels there have a weird smell, and more importantly no one is changing out the used towels with fresh ones. It feels very dirty. They also used the same towel that was just used to wipe the feet to also wipe the back. Reusing those towels made me feel so disgusted and I dont plan on going here again.

You won’t find a better massage at this price! 30 dollars for a full body one hour massage with private room is almost unheard of these days. Highly recommended.

Please spend some money on detergents. I dont want to leave a massage place stinking a rotten towel. The masseur also didnt want to change a dirty towel when I came in. Very rough rubbing as if she is cleaning a dirty table.

The masseuse was skilled but keep trying to fondle me instead of actually working I left feeling disgustedI came back at new owners request but it was worse, they wanted $50 tip for a $55 massage .

Massages are dirt cheap. $20 an hour plus tips. The service non-existent but heck, its $20. Privacy: none; but hack its $20.

Cheap but very rough massage. Lady doesnt understand English too so no words could help her get it that she was hurting. Not going back.
