I stumbled on this massage place by accident, and I am really thankful. I normally went to Divine Foot Spa on Beach in HB but service was poor. I have received massages from massage therapist Henry. He is amazing, very thorough. The owner is also really welcoming. Please try this massage business. You will feel amazing after your treatments. Thank you Henry!

I have been coming here for about 16 years. It has always been my go to spot, but with the ownership changes over the past few years I have definitely had my ups and downs with them. Benson is excellent and gives a very good massage and really helps with the painful knots in my neck and shoulders. The price is about $30 per hour but there is an expectation of tips of $15-20 so be aware of that. You can specify pressure and areas that you prefer attention to.

Wife and I started going to life reflexology regularly buying 10-pack massages since they were still located off Brookhurst/ McFadden 15 years ago. They had a superb lineup of masseuses that actually cared about listening and accommodating our particular massage needs/ preferences. After leaving Cali to work abroad for the last year, we returned last night to have the worst experience, right off the bat, the new owners said they would only honor 50% of what we paid for the massage cards. Then after we informed her writing down the zones to focus on our bodies, the masseuses were either tired, uncooperative or both, and gave us both a very poor body rub. When I gently reminded my masseuse to focus on my knees and calves while on my back showing her the technique, she repeatedly said no, when you turn over. When she rubbed my feet (plantar fascia only) they skipped actually focusing on the multiple other reflexology technique zones which is way I’ve always came and asked for 30 mins of my total 60 to focus on my feet. To top it off she really didn’t want to use her hands, but rather defaulted to using her elbows and forearms. Why would I continue coming here spending my hard earned money if this sad experience for a massage going to be the new normal with the new owners and their staff?

Customer beware!!! Horrible experience. This was not a massage. The person literally spent 45 minutes using her elbows, instead of hands as one would expect, and trying to manipulate bones and vertebrae just like a chiropractor would. At one point, i was worried she was going to dislocate my shoulder as she leaned in hard and elbowed the same spot 25 times. I left writhing in pain and worrying that she created a problem with my back.

This place is not what it used to be! This will be my last time going and Ive been going here for years! This place use to be a gem before it was recently sold. The previous owner knew what she was doing. Now they charge for every extra thing; water, hot stones and they dont even soak your feet anymore. The massages used to include all of this at no extra charge. The rates went up and they charge $5 for each extra add-on. The experience was so much better too. I tried to give them a chance to change my opinion but I have gone three times after they got sold and every time was a not so great experience. The first time there was no music playing and the masseuse smelled like cigarettes. The 2nd time was very rushed and she ended before my hour was up. The whole atmosphere had changed too. Its not as inviting as it used to be. This last time I specifically asked for strong but she was soft the entire time, I even asked her to please be stronger, just so I can feel it. She didnt seem very experienced. So disappointing especially since I have decided to say goodbye and find a new massage place!A word of recommendation is to increase your rate and just include all of the extra add-on charges, it makes you look very cheap. People will always pay for a better experience. The experience begins the moment someone walks in. Really hope you take my advice and so you succeed as a business. It seemed like the last owner did well and was always busy. Good luck!

I have a 90 minute massage. It was amazing. Charlie was awesome now my opinion when someone doesn’t massage you should tip well I tip $25 cause I thought they did a really good job if you’re tipping less than $10 for a massage just go to the mall and sit in one of those chairs, I mean seriously 90 minutes work and it was only 60 bucks. That’s a pretty good deal.

Great massage for an unbelievably affordable price. This place is very clean in this stuff are always really friendly. Im they are always busy so make sure you call ahead for an appointment and always go with the hour-and-a-half if you have the time. You wont be disappointed.

Overall the massage was good but at the end when it came to the tip he gave me my money back and told me NOT enough. Need $15.00. I told him I thought tip was whatever customers desired he said No! Was not happy.

Under new management, and everything has changed for the worse. You should make customer service your top priority, and you should try your best to offer the best massage experiences. And dont ever complain about whatever tip you receive.

My first time, recommended by my best friend. Front desk lady isnt pleasant. I paid via debit and she asked did I have cash to leave a tip. LADY!! Can I at least get the massage first before inquiring about a tip?? I had an appointment and they took me right away. The massage was decent (I had the full body massage for an hour). The massage therapist seemed to be distracted because every so often the pressure would cease and then come back full throttle. Overall it was decent for the price. The atmosphere and music was relaxing. 3 stars strictly for the atmosphere, music, price and how late they stay open. I gave an $8 tip because thats all the cash had and the lady scoffed. I was done! Probably wont go back.

I was so disgusted about how they ask for more tip!!! My husband and I gave $5 each for tip and the ladies rudely confronted us asking for another $5 for each!!! I was like, wait a minute? TIP IS CALLED TIP FOR A REASON! IT IS NOT A MANDATORY THING! I went to their receptionist/manager and surprisingly told me the same that THEY NEED $10 more dollars because they’ve been working so hard that day. I told them that if their staff are overworked, its should be the company who needs to compensate them more and NOT ROB CUSTOMERS!!! But I was like, you know what, here’s another $10 and you have a blessed day!

This place is not great, the facility not have a proper towel to use on their Clients. The massu ( Lily) is not consistent she only do one area to kill time, be careful if you do 90m massage they definitely take their time.. not really work on you., they skip massage on part of your body.. Not worth it spend your time & money there..

I have been a customer for years! The 4 stars are for the customers that can’t keep quiet! Lol. This is a great place to get a massage, super affordable. Including hot stones, only one type of massages no lymphatic drainage. Excellent place for the money

I came here for a 5pm appointment I asked for deep pressure 90 minute. I wasn’t seen till 5:10, and was left in a room with no instructions ( or therapist), to which I had to go to the front to ask what to do.During the massage my therapist had deep strokes, but I told him to lessen the pressure multiple times but he didn’t.He used the same strokes over and over, constantly causing injury to my body. He encountered bone on bone action alot, making it very uneasy ( and damaging ), Very minimal connection to fascial tissue which is important in a massage. And besides me asking him for lighter pressure, I grunted and seized up around the areas he hurt. As a therapist myself that’s when I ask my client “ does it hurt?” “ would you like less pressure?” But he just went for it. Making for very poor customer interaction.I used to like this place, but this therapist is just totally terrible. After he injured me I left no tip ( why would I tip when he injured me)Then he came to my car before I left, And told me “ YOU DIDNT LEAVE ME A TIP”!I proceed to tell him he injured me I didn’t feel he deserved a tip,he then said he’d call the police if I didn’t tip him…I paid for the massage, tip is for people who did a good job, and he did the worst job I’ve had.If I can give zero stars I would, this place has no class, no talent, the massages are generic and leaves you wanting an ice pack and a therapy session.I could’ve left, and never made this review. But something about the therapist chasing me to my car to threaten calling the police if I didn’t give him a tip; was just the icing on the cake.

I came here to get the 60 minute massage. The receptionist was asking me a question and I could not for the life of me understand her at all. She even wrote it out on a piece of paper, and couldnt understand her writing. To this day idk what she was telling me. She got fed up after trying to tell me so many times. Then I went to go get the massage and it was okay I think I am ready to try a new place after going here 2 times. Not the best experience, but not the worst its just okay. You get what you pay for which is $30 plus tip...

They have so many beds I was surprised because it doesnt look that big of a space from the outside. Another thing its air conditioned which has a heaven sent on a hot day. Very professional. They sell the lavender lotion and oil as well. ALL very low priced. I will be back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was our first time going there, based on the reviews we had high expectations. What a big disappointment. We had an appointment for 930 we arrived 15 min ahead of time checked in an were asked to wait. Two groups of 3 people each arrived 10 ( 925pm )and 15 (930pm) minutes after us and were asked what type of massage and if they wanted a a soft medium or deep tissue massage. At 934 we asked how much longer and the arrogant woman said it would be another 15 min. Another person came in by now its 945 and she also went right in. We asked what was taking so long and the she said it would take an additional 15 min. I asked why the other people went in before us considering we had an appointment and the other people did not and she said because they gave her a name of a specific masseuse. I told her I didnt care who it was , the first masseuse available. I told her we had been waiting for half an hour. Maybe because the others were Asian or maybe because she pretended like she didnt understand English but she kept playing dumb repeating she didnt have anyone available despite allowing all others to go in front of us without them having an appointment. So either they are very racist or they dont care about their clients. Dont waste your money or your time.

Ive had many types of massages around the world. This place is top notch! Full body relaxing massage by strong hands! Very peaceful environment, youll be surprised when you walk in to bamboo, water effects and relaxing music. Its a great price for an amazing massage!

I love massages, but paying $100 or more an hour is just a crime. If I had it my way massages would be free every day. That would be a great world. Maybe when I become rich someday I can make that a reality for now a $20 for an hour massage a Life Reflexology is perfect.There is no shady business going on here. So keep your clothes on. Kinda... A lot of negative reviews state that some guy tried to remove a girl’s bra. This is true. It odd that workers just assume this okay with everyone, but I do know a friend that this has happen too. I think she was okay way it, but why does it only happen with a guy to girl masseuses but not a girl on girl? Personally I would be worried if I were a female also. I think just be specific what you dont like. Dont be passive about it or wear a sports bra.I have gone to this location many times. I have had both good and bad experiences. The good ones were extremely good, but the bad ones kinda made me never want to go back. I am still a fan and I do plan to go back, but I do know now that you roll the dice to see whether or not its will be good. My tip to you is wear shorts and lose t-shirt. I noticed at night time the most is when it very busy and I usually have a shirtless back massage. I dont really care either way shirt or no shirt for guys. Although even in the dark, some guy have some pretty blinding backsides. NO I am not looking. I think its odd when I worker sometimes ask me to remove my shirt when theres a sign that on the way that says dont remove clothing.This is not a private room massage so I do feel weird when this place is full. I like when its less busy.PROS:-I have used the same masseuse for a while based on a referral she is perfect, but I dont know if she quit because I havent gotten her the last few visits.-Call in for appointments and you can make request.-Only one worker was extremely professional and tried very hard every time.-Front desk lady is friendly-When its not busy is the best time to go, but its often busy. I like mornings the best.-If you let yourself go and dont worry too much, this can be very relaxing.CONS:-TIP!!! Most workers expect $10 no matter what. I gave $5 before not knowing this. Dont think of the massage in percentage but $10 for an hour massage is the rate at most places. I dont mind too much if the massage is good. My friend got money thrown at him (bad way) for trying to tip 3 dollars ($15%). I sure the workers dont make much so I reasonable tip is okay with me, but just be prepared if you give less than a $10 tip.-Too soft when you ask for strong. I know I always ask for females, but I dont like bro on bro action.-If 2 girls work next to each other there potential to talk to each other in Vietnamese skyrockets-Time of day matters. Morning is best. Evening is more relaxing for me but the masseuse may be tired and show a lack of effort.-Sometimes the lights inside are too bright-Inconsistency- Sometimes I feel great afterwards other times I feel abused-Some masseuse will leave and walk back and forth during different phase of the massage. I think they should plan ahead and get all the supplies need from the beginning.I didnt want to write a review, because I was a pretty frequent customer here and worried they would read my review but I owe it to my readers to give them advice on Life Reflexology. I have had a experiences ranging from 1 to 5 stars so 3 stars is a fair rating. If you just need a relaxing inexpensive massage this place is great! I recommend that you try it. But due to the inconsistencies of the workers it may not be a great place to become a regular customer. I am always open to other options. I wish the professionalism was better. The massage is fine.

I live in Hesperia, CA but wait until i come to OC specifically to get a massage here (and only here!) The therapists are amazing and the prices cannot be beat! ($25 for an hour, $35/90 minutes)Same massage up here costs me double, the quality is half and the atmosphere not only isnt as relaxing as Life Reflexology, but its small rooms that isnt beautiful, barely has music, and rooms are boxes. Take my advice and Get a Life! Massage, that is!!

Best 1 hour full body massage you can find for only $20 (not including tip). Employees are friendly and the environment is very relaxing. Definitely go for a quick and easy full body stress reliever.

Our appointment was at 9:30 we arrived at 9:15pm. The Asian clerk told us to wait. She let 7 Asian people ahead of us. We asked her why and she said Were busy today, wait 15 more minutes. Were like if youre so busy why do you keep letting other people through. We ended up leaving upset at 9:45 without a massage. Mind you, all the other people who were let through did not have an appointment.Another white guy was also asked to wait about twenty minutes. Hmmm doesnt take a genius to figure out the pattern. Racist!

This is my favorite massage place to go to for an affordable price. It’s very relaxing and if you make an appointment you shouldn’t have a problem waiting.

Love this place! They do a great job and its the cheapest I have ever found around. It doesnt look cheap at all though , very nice relaxing environment and experienced professional people who do a great job! Recommended!
