Natasha is the best! Working out hard, in my 60’s can be a challenge, with soreness, flexibility, and recovery. She really knows fitness, and body movement, and gets into those tight spots that we likely don’t even notice, until it’s “WTH is wrong with me!” I gotta get in and see her again, right away!!!
