Sunflower Foot Massage

I had a very bad experience, the place is not cleaned properly between customers.The sheets they use for the massage beds are used and reused for different people and they are filthy.There is not proper disinfection to the beds, tools and whatever they use to provide service.The person in the front desk was very rude and start insulting me in her language when I mention the subject to her.At least what ever she said, doesn’t sound like (thank you for your concerns we will work in it )😂The price is cheap but is not it’s not worth it the risk of expose your self to all kinds on infections.

Giving the mix reviews, we gave it a try and I have mixed feelings about it. The person who massaged me seemed very uninterested and it shows, they did not want to be there. Our other masseuse was focused and attentive to their job (will return to look for them). For the price of $25/hr, I’m unsure what to expect and can’t complain too much. Everyone was very nice. We paid cash so no issues as stated by others. Overall, I’d say 3.5 stars. I can see the potential in the masseuse but dazing off in the middle of a session is lackluster. We will come back and give other masseuse a chance. Note: I’m using neutral pronounce to protect the staff.

I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment for a massage, and my experience was completely unsatisfactory. The massage itself was just okay, but the service was appalling. My male masseuse failed to ask about my preferred pressure level or check in with me throughout the session, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and neglected. Furthermore, I had specifically paid for a private room, but was instead given a space separated from the rest of the area by only a thin curtain. This lack of privacy and peaceful atmosphere made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the experience. To make matters worse, the noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway was clearly audible, creating a distracting and unserene environment.Overall, my experience was not satisfactory in any way. The lack of attention to detail, care, and concern for customer comfort was staggering. I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking a quality massage experience. In fact, I would advise against it. The subpar service and inadequate facilities make it a waste of time and money. I expect more from a professional massage establishment, and this place fell far short of my expectations

My wife loves having massage now and then. Im not a massage person but now I got massaged tonight and felt great afterwards. Hummmm,maybe well both have massages 2-3 times a month. Expensive but gogreat for the body.

This is nasty no soap in the bathrooms for employees to wash their hands . I catch the woman who game a massage using the towels and them putting them on hot machine I also developed a nasty fungus . Cost me “lost money to get better filthy place owners don’t care

The owner can’t wait to get your cash once you walk in. It says $25 on the window but she magically charges you $40! Place is dirty and noisy. They don’t change their sheets and towels and I noticed that when my masseuse foiled the same towel she used for me for next customer!! They talk with each other while massaging the customers and there is an unpleasant oder all over the store. The only good thing was the massage. This was my first and definitely last time at this shop.

Do not go here. Mid massage they changed the lady giving me my massage. Place is dirty and no sort of privacy and not quiet. Thin curtains and they all just talk to each other.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are dirty and noisy and the owner, old lady , is super rude. They use the same towels and sheets for next customers and you can’t event trust them that they would bring you a set of real clean one , if you ask them. They talk with each other loudly while they have customers and doing massage , but the worse one is the fact that they don’t change theirs sheets and towels! I have been there quite few times and it took me awhile to find out about their dirty towels and sheets. Last time I was there was less than a week ago. I went in and paid the old lady that seem mad and can’t even pretend to be happy to see a repeated customer and was taking to a room that a customer just left it. When I went in the masseuse was already there fixing the table with and I noticed that she was using the same sheet and foiled the same towel. I couldn’t believe it! I asked her if they were Clean but she pretended that she didn’t understand what I was asking until I used my phone and translate it for her. She then ran out and came back with another set but honestly I wasn’t comfortable and wasn’t sure if they were really clean. Massage was good but the crazy part was when I was done. I left the room but had to go back to get my hat that I forgot there and I saw the lady was fixing the table and using the same sheet and the towel she used for me was already foiled there. When I left I already knew that was the last time I went there and this incident happened less than a week ago, so I am sure they haven’t change their practice yet. This is really dangerous and I would make sure to report them to OC health agency care agency.

Inexpensive massages at an acceptable quality. The staff speaks little/no English, so communication is difficult. They also accepted our reservation for 5, but failed to fulfill it with only 4 masseurs available. Our 5th member started/finished a half hour late. All messages are given in a common area u less you pay extra for a cloth partition, so low cover sport wear for both men and women is recommended.

5/5 for the massage, feels great. However, the communication is 1/5, they hardly speak English. Either you come in speak Chinese or best to have translator apps with you to prevent any misunderstandings.

Been to many foot massage places. Nothing compares to the expert masseuses and masseurs of Sunflower. Because of their good service, they developed patrons who comes back on regular basis and my family, friends and I are one of them. To save, I buy 10 coupons that gives be 20% savings. For expertise, I give it 5 stars (they have high retention) but the place is cramped so I give it 4 stars. If you come with body aches? you get out feeling relieved and youll keep on coming back because of good experience and you get good value for your money.

Amazing full body massage for a great price! We got there right at 10pm and they still took us for a 1 hour massage! We will definitely go back even though were about 30 mins away.

Like the previous reviewer; $20 for a entire-body massage focusing on your foot, and $15 (if you buy a book of 10 for $150). Need to get to know the masseuse because their ability varies a lot. I recommend Susan and May; theyre pretty experienced. Overall its a wonderful value; you cannot beat the price!

I did a foot massage and hand only. The girl was very nice and did a fine job. BUT... I was disgusted to see they do not change their towels that you lay on or that they put on you!!! Dirty to say the least! This has to be a health issue! It was also hot and crowded in one room with men, women and the workers children.

Need to have people with better english skills answering phones. I had to drive all the way to find out if I could sit up and not lay flat? Such an easy question.My massage was good. But the lack of communication will cause me not to return. I needed 2 buckets for height to alleviate back pain. No one could understand to put an empty bucket under the filled one.No place to change, and no privacy. If you want a good massage for under $30 and dont care about privacy or communication, this is ok for the money. Not real clean in back by the bathroom. Makes me wonder how clean everything else is.

My go to place for a massage. Its $20 for one hour. Plus tip. If you dont tip they will get upset. I usually leave 5 bucks. They do a good job though.

Buy a coupon book for $150 for 10-1 hour massages, which is $15 for each session, the best deal. You can also pay as you go for $20. Other packages are available.

Great service & great price. You can pay $10 extra for a private room or save the $10 & get a common area, which is cool too. I have tried both. I prefer the private room

I can not say anything negative about this place. They may not speak English well , but I learned to use my cell phone as a translation device... I started using a translation app from English to Chinese and have had nothing but great communication..

Today I had appointment with Lili (big girl ), when I came the girl did not want to work for me , so the owner gave me massage , the place before is very good , now terrible service, and I do not want to come back , they are not professional.
