I’ve been coming here for years. After Covid prices went up.However, I still enjoy coming. I personally haven’t had a negative experience or been pressured to tip more. I’ll tip based on the service I received. Sometimes it’s $10 sometimes it’s $15.The people at the front have been welcoming and nice to me.I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve also enjoyed it.I do miss when they would soak our feet in hot water and give us tea before the massages.

Normally this place is pretty good and the prices have gone up but still reasonable. Im going to chalk it up to it was a off day. my massage was ok the masseuse was very rough if you like that great. I came to relax and wind down. it was very hard to relax when you have to constantly remind your masseuse softer. not to mention he farted and kept burping throughout the entire hour. I was a little thrown off by there suggested gratuity sign the want you to tip 15 for an hour massage. Im sure I would have been fine if I enjoyed the hour but I wanted to leave and get him some tums as a tip. this was not the best

I have been coming here for years. drive 45min is worth it. Great price and great service. $40 is a great price.

I recently visited this massage place and I must say that the massage was great. However, I was disappointed to find out that they do not provide their EIN, which means I cannot claim the sessions through my insurance. Its a shame because their service is of good quality, but unfortunately, they do not accept insurance. If youre looking to use your insurance to cover your massage sessions, I suggest you avoid this place. Overall, the massage was good, but the lack of insurance coverage is a downside.

I want to start by saying DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I use to coke here years ago, and the experience was always great. Decided to stop in yesterday with my fiancé. Paid $50 each for one of the worst massages, and customer service experiences. Not only was the massage horrible, but after they forced us to to no lies then $10 a piece for the horrible experience. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming from the moment they walking in. I am convinced they are operating under ownership. The vibe and decor isn’t even the same. Save your yourself, your money and find somewhere else. Woke up this morning with the worst lower back pain. Smh.

I was at the massage today 6/18 at 11am and I was set up with Vicki. Vicki she did the massage just like what she supposed to do. At the end , I gave her 20% tip, $10 of the service cost of $50 with a thank you and a smile and say see you next time, I can not believe that she shook her head with her crouched face and asked me to give her $5 more for tip. As I believe tipping for 60 minutes massage run about 15% to 20% and I generous enough to tip 20%, I went home with a very uncomfortable feeling and hopefully the management will do something about this issue. I don’t think that will come back for the service soon,

I went to this place today, 7-21, first of all, the lady at front desk keeps asking for a tip, I keep saying I will give the tip after the massage, depending of the service, but she keep saying some people don’t have cash. Better charge from the card. Any way. 50 dollars for one hour I think is too much for the service they offer, some other places charge 25 for the similar massage. I won’t come back to this place

The massage was ok, but the thing that riled me up was how the masseuse denied my $10 tip for a $50 massage. She showed me a chart and demanded that I give her $15 instead.I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

Mary and Wey are wonderful masseuses! I always feel so much more relaxed and less tense. Scheduling is always easy and quick. Just a heads up, the sheets are a bit static.

I’m back again to my favorite massage clinic todayVenus Massage and Spa, to get my tired muscle relaxed and comforted. I’m always fully satisfied with the services that I get from here. Higly recommended the masseuses “vicky” the best! Deserving a 5-Star rating.

Do not go here unless you want to be confronted about a tip and made to feel uncomfortable. My masseuse waited outside my door and demanded a tip immediately when I still had to get a facial. I was thrown off because who confronts a customer about a tip? After my facial, I gave the facial lady a tip, and when I tried to tip the masseuse $5, they demanded I give her at least $15 dollars as a tip! Huh??? The audacity. You should not make customers feel bad for trying to tip you what they can. I will never return.

This place can give a good massage, depending on who you get. But dont overtip 15 to 20 dollars max. A couple of years ago, they were good, but now the massage people pressure for more tips because they are being spoiled by those who overtip. Dont do this. The service has gone downhill drastically because of this. I wont be back unless they act more professionally. Its a bunch of illegal Chinese. They have gotten more rude and greedy. Dont overtip. Some people tip half of what the massage costs dont do this.

I had a $60 massage. It unfortunately was one of the worst Ive had. The entire experience was. But at the end I was still ready to give a 16.66% tip for the effort. The masseur looked at the bill and said the tip needs to be $15 to $20.It was late towards closing and no one else was in the shop. I didnt feel safe not to give him $20 so I did.I’d be ok with that or any amount if it was communicated before we started but it wasn’t.Update: I did call the business back to discuss my experience. The front office was very rude and defensive. I will be going to another shop next time.. as there are so many around here.

Rating went from 5 to 1. My wife and I got a massage with two masseuses fighting with each other right off the bat. Unprofessional. Massage was light and felt like a back rub. No pressure applied even when asked about. Idk what happened, they use to be great and thought the price hike could justify the massage, and I was wrong to assume. Not coming back, found that fountain Thai massage was better the next day.

I really like this place. Ive been 4-5 times on my own and 3 times with a friend (private room) over the past 9-12 months. Everything is clean, the staff is polite, and the prices are very competitive.The most inexpensive massage is in a common room with several other clients but the room is darkened with tranquil music and the tables are wide enough apart that you dont feel like other clients are in your face. If you try it once, youll likely get over the feeling of no privacy and you will focus on the great massages they give. The private rooms are great as well. You have privacy, tranquil music and a great massage. The private rooms cost a bit more but, again, the prices are very competitive.Ive also had a facial done and that was enjoyable as well. As I said, all the prices are very competitive and the staff is polite. Most speak some English though it is obvious that many speak very little, but this is a minor point. With respect and courtesy, the language barrier is irrelevant.Enjoy!

I enjoy coming here. I have been coming here for about 5 years. My boyfriends mom introduced us to Venus spa. I miss the group rooms but with covid, I understand why they needed to get rid of it. I would say most of the times I have come, my massage has been pretty good. Sometimes you get one that doesnt completely satisfy your massage needs and you may either feel like you need another massage or it just wasnt really great. But overall, I have had good experiences here. Everything is clean and everyone is nice. I definitely recommend if youre looking for a nice and cost effective massage, but if youre super picky with your massages, then spend more money somewhere else to get something youll be able to customize.

Highly recommend! I had a sound bath here, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences Ive had. Also, Bea, who works at the front desk, treated me with great kindness.

Excellent place! When I lived in Orange County, I went here weekly for the $25 massage. Its now $40 due to covid & we now need to be in a room, but its still an excellent price! The owner David is so nice & Larry is my fav masseuse. I highly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE. Everyone here is so rude. The massage lady chased my down because I gave her an $8 tip and she wanted $10. Since when did a tip mandatory?? In this case this lady was trying to force a tip out of me when it was out of courtesy I gave her her.

The best massage Ive been to in OC so far (comparing to about 5 more). My wife and I had a couples massage here twice. We both prefer strong pressure and its usually challenging to find a good therapist. They were great here both times and the value is unbeatable. The place is clean and tidy and tastefully arranged. Staff is mostly Asian. Would definitely recommend.

I had gone once before this last time and 1st time i went i had a great experience this was a few years back 2nd time was almost two months ago got a full body massage and ever since i went i been getting a pounding sensation on the bottom part of the back of my head! Dont know what they did wether they pinched a nerve or something because i havent been able to get rid of it ever since!!

I had pain in my whole leg for a month, after massaging at the Venus Spa, my leg has healed. So I want to go there every week.

Ive been going to Venus Spa for over 10 years... even when they were in the old location. David & his team of wonderful ladies at the front desk rock & the massage therapist is always nice. Sometimes your therapist is better than others but really...WHO complains about a bad massage? Not me, I just tip lower than usual. I start at $12-ish & go to 20-ish if the massage & therapist were epic.

This is the nice one near Huntington Beach. The place is clean, staff was courteous. Made appointment for couples massage and they took us in right on time. The price is reasonable considering the amenities. Please tip at least $10 per masseuse (dont be cheap and give $5). They live on the tips as they prices are already low compared to other places.

I have a bad LOWER BACK INJURY and under pain management Doctors care. My wife convinced me to go toVENUS SPA WESTMINSTER. She, her friends and relatives has been going to VENUS SPA for over 10 years.The result was Amazing. My tight and stiff back was immediately 80 % relieved. I thank GINA for the great massage. I will highly recommend her to anyone. She is Professional and knows what she is doing in my case. I get a massage from GINA on a weekly basis and it is money well spent.The best thing is that the price is very reasonable and the facility is very clean. The atmosphere is also very relaxing.

My husband and I visit his brother and family every other year and my sis-in-law recommended we get couple massages with our hubbies on this trip-- at first glance, we werent sure of what kind of experience we would get but with the price and the quality massage we received, we couldnt stop talking about how awesome it was!!!This is NOT your fro fro frilly ooh la la massage if you want to fall asleep! This is a true therapeutic deep tissue full-on get the knots out crack your back type of massage! Im from Philly and if this place existed there, I would definitely go every week if I could!I will surely be making this a standing appointment for every time I visit the west coast... Try it -- you cannot beat it for the price -- I will recommend it to everyone that needs a true deep tissue massage!

I have to give it a five star for the cost alone. Its not Vegas, but they do an excellent job. The massage room sometimes has soft murmurs, but between the music and talking, its just soft background noise - it never bothers me. Sometimes I wish I could pay another $20 just to nap for an hour. My family always starts with a $10 tip and we go up from there depending on how much we enjoyed the massage. You cant beat this place for the price and I find everyone there quite nice.

Really good 1 hour Swedish Massage. Nice, peaceful atmosphere. Reasonable price. No membership required, so no hard-sell...just a good massage. They offer tea at the end. I’ve tried four different massage places recently and this was the best.

BEST. MASSAGE. EVER!!!!!!!!Ive paid upwards of $150 for a massage and by FAR this was the best massage ever. I live in SoOC and someone at my nail salon suggested this place. I was a little hesitate at first but she told me to go see Anne... I told her I carry stress in my neck and upper back and she literally worked out all the knots. I was in heaven. I received the complete 60 minutes. The massage was only $20 and Anne was so good I gave her a $20 tip. Where else can you get a massage for $40, let alone the absolute best massage youll ever have.

Through referral of a local friend, I gave this place a try. I opted for a 2 hour massage in a private room, and paid $80. Vicky was my masseuse and her pressure is pretty good. Not too hard but hitting the right places very accurately on the pressure points. I measure my massage session by if I fall asleep or not thus the 4 star. Most importantly, the facility is very clean. I would come back and try again.

Don’t come here! They force you to tip more. Wish I had read more reviews about this. The lady wanted me to walk to the front desk with her and demanded I pay her more. To avoid conflict, I gave her more just so I can escape.

They actually give a really good massage for super cheap. Its always quiet and relaxing and decently clean, for sure one of the cleanest Ive been too. They massage the whole time and dont kick you out early. I like the bucket of hot water they use and the tea they serve at the end.

Clean and tidy location. 1 hour massage for $25 is good, but if you do a 2 hour message for $70 it includes the tip for massage tech and you feel amazing. If you have more time spare include a facial while your at it!!👍

Excellent place for a massage. If you want a 1000 dollar ambiance, go to Burke Williams. Stop complaining about a service that cost you 20 bucks even if its a little bit too loud. ASK FOR YANG if you want a super strong and deep massage. Hes amazing!

Not worth the “cheap” price for the massage. You barely feel better afternoon it in my opinion. Maybe a little more relieved but you are better off paying a little more and getting a legitimate massage. The place wasn’t the cleanest as well. I guess you get what you pay for

A lot has changed since this place first opened. Due to Covid there are no more group massages, only private or couples massage, and the prices have increased year after year... as everything in Orange County has.

I just got off the phone with this lady I had booked an appointment at 4:15pm on my way there around 4:10.she calls and says they are behind if I can come later on. I said yes then I change my mind because now I have to wait who knows how long I go back home and she calls super rude saying next time to make sure I cancel attitude and all. excuse me I wasted my time to head down then she has the audacity to hang up on me in the middle of me speaking.Im a regular been there many times Im so frustrated I will be calling to ask for her name so unprofessional.

I highly recommend KEVIN! He is very very good! He takes his time and actually gives you a full body massage. Kevin does not rush, he actually goes over an hour depending on your knots. I left him a $20 tip! I think my tip says it all!! However, when I leave him $10 or $15 he is still very thankful and still does an amazing job. Tips doesnt reflect his work skills. He cracks all your bones lol... WORDS CANT EXPLAIN HOW GOOD KEVIN IS! Take him.

Worst Massage Ever, not at one point did anything feel good. If you want to feel like youre having your skinned ripped off, your hair pulled out, and your bones being moved to the wrong places, go here... absolutley terrible. Then they rushed us out the back door when it was over. What a terrible experience.

The massage was painful. The massage therapist doesnt understand simple body mechanics. I now have tendinitis in my elbow due to hyperextension. In the end the massage therapist aggressively demanded a tip. Do not get a massage from Tom. I will never be back.

I love this place! A friend actually showed me this spot and I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years now. The facility is so clean and the staff is friendly. You can let them know if it’s too hard to not hard enough. The tea and foot soak is to die for.

I was in incredible pain and my chiropractor wasnt in so i used gift certificate that i had. It was amazing and 3 days later just feels better and better. Will be going back again very soon.

Best massage for the money. If you want deep tissue ask for Mike he will make you feel like a new person. A little pain is worth it.

I dont know how a massage can make someone worse but it did. Im in so much pain! I made appointment with one person then got another person. So sad about this right now!

I am really disappointed of this place I was there today with my wife for a couples massage and when we left the room I forgot my watch inside left the place and I noticed that it was missing my watch when I call them to ask about my watch they were so rude to me and they just told me IS NOT HERE SIR and hang up the phone On me, so I call them again and same thing no explanation or whatsoever and is not about my watch even though it is expensive I don’t care is just that their service is to but 👎👎👎

I love this place but at times it can be hit or miss but once u find the person u like stick with them I found a couple but I ran into a couple of not so good ones but now I can schedule an appointment with a few of em just in case one isnt available
