What a great experience. This is my second time. Leaving a review for a red star vapor. They did such a great job today. I am in Amputee who needs help with refilling my tanks, and this person went through to make sure everything I was buying would work perfectly with me. I don’t remember his name but it’s 415 on a Saturday he was the only one there. Give this man a raise. Also, continue hiring great customer service

This place is honestly an all-around great shop. They have their own brand of juice that is cheaper (and actually really tasty) and affordable and also they have a stock of classics and new juices from quality name brands. Always stocked, and offer reward points for every purchase. It’s hard to praise somewhere that you can walk in and out of with everything you need in hand. You go somewhere to get what you need and forget about it, the way it should be at stores. These guys deserve a shout out though. Cheers!

Always great customer service at this location! Then I walk in today and they had their own line of disposables on display and you could even try them out! They provided a silicone tip to dispose of to prevent cross contamination so dont worry about that! The price of their disposables compared to main brands is unbelievable! $21.99 for 9000 puffs and a badass display of juice life! Kevin was a huge help and even suggested their own flavor called Frost Dragon which is amazing! Come check these guys out for a great selection and price!

I haven been going to this vape shop for almost 4 years at this point. Its still the friendliest place with the best house juices. I often interact with Kyle and Kevin, they always get what I need taken care of. One time, I had an issue with some failed coils, And Kyle was able to take care of that for me quickly. Very good solid store and service.

Ive grown to hate the fact that my go to juice happens to be a Red Star vapor house blend..Found Red Star about 5 years ago in Loveland when I was in a pinch and needed some juice while I was out and about, and can count the amount of times Ive bought juice else where on one hand since.Pros-Good juice selection, reasonable prices, rewards program, convenient location.Cons -The service at this location has quickly gone downhill to the point I bulk buy to avoid having to step into this shop (would make the drive to boulder to avoid this location if that shop was still open).To sum up my last few visits:1) Obnoxiously loud dubstep to the point you cant hear an employee / ask a question.2) Employees rushing from the back trying to clean white powder off his nose before greeting me.3) Lack of product knowledge. Incorrect fitment recommendations for devices and coils they sell.Have spent thousands of dollars at Red Star, have loyally vaped their juice for years, but am about to the point of finding a new shop..

Redstar vapor is my go to vape shop. Ive been coming to this location for a little over 3 years the staff are knowledgeable and they have great in house juices to choose from my favorite is the blue french toast.

So, I honestly have to say that I have never gone to any other vape shop in Colorado and its solely because I have only heard mixed reviews with some pretty terrible reviews about other vape shops and I just dont want to waste my time.My dear friend shops here almost religiously and recommended this place to me as my one stop shop vape place and ever since my first visit nearly half a year ago I have never gone anywhere else.The staff is very knowledgeable and nice, they have a very extensive selection in multiple sizes, doses, and kinds (i.e. with CBD and/or menthol).If youre just a beginner, they have all the right tools to get you on your way to vaping correctly, and if youre an avid consumer they have all the best tools to keep you happy.I have never had an issue with this vape shop and I cant imagine ever giving my money to anyone else.Look no further, Red Star Vape is the place for you and everyone else you know!

Chrissy was awesome and amazingly helpful last night! I broke my tank, have only used that for years (everything has changed!) and Chrissy acted as a professional guide into the new world of vaping. She got my set up with a new tank and some replacement cartridges for it, and then even showed me how to take it apart, put it back together and fill it for me.So thankful for you Chrissy! Ill see you guys again, but hopefully not too soon ;)

Don’t go here. Sold me 2 disposable vapes. 1 of which didn’t work and upon my return a few days later, they would not exchange it (was not looking for a refund, just an exchange for the exact, but non-faulty device). Either “try it in the store or no exchange”. At $31 each, this is unacceptable. 1. is it legal to vape indoors in a business? 2. It’s easy enough to weigh it to confirm it’s a faulty device and still full. 3. Can look at the device and see it hasn’t been tampered with. I was told they are out of the money if they exchange the item after it crosses the door, but had no answer when I asked “so it’s ok to be out of money if it doesnt work while inside the store?”This has happened once before months ago with a device from Denver Vapor, and they easily made an exchange. I recommend going there for logical customer service at this price point

Dope little one-stop shop for all your vaping needs. Got some juice, coils, and batteries at pretty standard prices. I havent been to many vape shops since Covid slapped the world in the chest but Ill probably be visiting this location more often. First and only vape store Ive been to, in 7 years that has slim to NO selection for 6mg juice.Out of hundreds of different brands and flavors, about 6 (of the 200+) of them were 6 mg.🙄👎Boooooooooo!So if you vape anything OTHER than 3mg, go somewhere else. Dont waste your time like I did, after a 12 hour shift. 🙄👎👎👎👎

Super helpfull and nice. Very cool people working here. However... The juice was terrible! Not sure if was the flavors I was recommend or the juice they make. But hands down gross and had to replace my coils because I couldn’t get rid of the taste. Not saying I won’t go back. But if I do it won’t be for juice.

I have always had a amazing experience in this shop until I was unfortunate enough to meet the Assistant manager with the pink hair my wife went in to exchange some coils we purchased on New Year’s Eve and she was told that since he was not the one that sold her the product that he could not exchange them so I went in and asked to just purchase the correct coils and he said I was being rude so he banned me from the location I have worked in retail management for the last 20 years and this is not how u treat customers especially if they have spent a lot of money there I love this place and wish this didn’t happen but I guess we will have to find a new spot

Bought a nice box mod and exactly 2 day after the 1 month store warranty was up it caught fire. Took it, and was told to email the manufacturer. Yeah they are in Japan .... woulda been nice if they offered to email them and since they have an account and most likely get expedited service

Husband and I were in almost two weeks ago and bought my vape. I dont know much about them but the hubby does. We both managed to quit smoking off of them! Orion sold them too us and he was fantastic. Dealt with me wanting to try every flavor in the book. We went home and my tank was leaking. Lost a full tank of juice! Orion was there when i went back and couldnt have been better!! Not only did he help me and show me how to fix the tank he also hooked me up with some juice for my lost tank. Incredible customer service Orion! Stay on point!!
