Smoker Friendly

I was running errands in a new area so I popped by this location for a pack of cigarettes. The employee stated their manager wouldnt allow him to sell to me unless my literal elementary school age child stood alone outside the building. I was so thrown off. Will obviously never stop by here again.When you think selling me tobacco is more dangerous then throwing a child outside alone, youre a moron.

I regularly go to many smoker friendly locations, and this is by far the absolute worst when it comes to IDs. I’ve had employees stare me down for two minutes straight while glaring at my ID photo and almost not selling to me because I’ve grown my hair out since I’ve gotten my ID photo taken. Just tonight the old bald employee refused to let me into the cigar humidor without holding my ID at the counter and tried to convince me it’s smoker friendly policy. From the smoker friendly locations at 120th and Colorado Blvd, 76th and Sheridan, cigars on 6th and Havana manor I’ve never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by staff like this location does. I’m always happy to let the employees scan my ID every time I purchase cigars at the stores I’m a regular at, but physically taking my ID while I shop and lying to me about company policy is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Everyone should just visit the location at 76th and Sheridan instead of this trashy shop. The employees are very polite and caring and will treat you far better than anyone working at this shop

Refused to sell me tobacco despite two forms of state issued ID stating I was 38 because I shaved since I had my ID photo taken. What a joke. I think it was because they saw my Star of David tattoo.

How you can call this a business is beyond me. Anytime I go here the manager is yelling, the rules change more than the weather, and the manager patronizes customers for not having an ID. Unprofessional to the max.

Worst place to go buy cigarettes! I went in the n Thursday to buy cigarettes and the store manager turned down my ID (U.S government issued) she is if the If don’t scan we can sell anything. She takes everything way too serious, if every government department takes this ID I don’t see what problem is!

Good shop with regular prices.

The older lady was very rude and snobby, the younger girl with all the cool tattoos helped me right away even though the older lady was really mean to her and called her stupid a few times. Not the proper way to run a business or treat employees in front of customers. That older lady needs to be fired.

Love this life saving store lol. I was running late to work and needed an ecig, tried to find anything but a gas station those ones hurt my chest, find this one zip over there its easy to get to and from, lots of parking, nice large,open, well set up, awesome lady I wish I could think of her name 😬 any way she was super friendly, Very helpful and knowledgeable. She got me all squared away and out the door so fast but was very friendly! I will definitely be going back and telling friends! Thank you so much to the woman working last Tuesday morning Im so sorry I cant think of your name 🤦🤝☺️

Ive never had a problem. Ive never had any kinda problem with anyone working in this store the manager always goes above and beyond ordering whatever it is you are needing. Exceptional customer service ,always a pleasure to speak to and the worst is the people who camp outside waiting to hit you up go smokes. Realize what she puts up with every day. In general. Race , Please?!! Nothin to do with it. You couldnt stand doing what she does for like a minute. So be real and kind!! Peace out!!!

Esco Bars are $33 here for 2500 hit? There is no reason for that other than greed. Straight ROBBERY! Worst part is you can get them across the street at MILE HIGH for $19.

Great customer service and very clean store. Ive witnessed some extremely rude and racist customers who refuse to show I.D., expect a discount on everything, steal, and use the staff members as personal punching bags with their vulgar and insulting comments to the women employees. The customer is NOT always right when they treat employees of any business in this manner.

Nice store. Clean and organized. I like this store so much. A nice woman (store manager) and employee helped me, thank you. They are so funny and kept me laughing while I was shopping.

This is my go to spot for wraps. Try smoker friendly brand 2 for less than a buck jungle juice grape and Cream are my favorite flavors. Employees are always helpful and smiling 🙂

My cigarettes are usually expensive but this is the most expensive place for me to buy cigarettes in this neighborhood Im just wondering if any of the cigarettes are at a good price or is this store super expensive

Old lady called me a child to clarify I even let her know that’s offensive just incase it was accidental but there was no remorse

Staff is semi friendly but also stand offish like if you walked in and interrupted something... Good prices though.

I called the had the smoke odor candles..at a great price $10. They saved me a smoking cleaning fee!!@

This owner should be ashamed of the way she behaves, not only as the face of the company, but as a human person. Her lack of self respect is directly correlated to the way she treats others. If a negative rating was possible, SHED HAVE ONE.
