Went in last night looking for something specific and the young man running the store was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I told him what I currently use and what I’m looking for, and he explained the pros and cons of the item I selected. He also thoroughly answered every single annoying question that I had. In the end, we decided what I’m currently using is better than what I was looking for, so I didn’t buy anything—but they remain the absolute best vape place I’ve been too, and I’ll continue to get my other products from them. 10/10!!

Today was my first time visiting this location, I was greeted immediately by Willy and his other associate. Willy then asked me what brought me in today, which is awesome because I don’t know much when it comes to the ins and outs of vaping. He was patient and explained a lot of information in order for me to make a confident purchase. He listened to my likes and preferences when it came to juice and he recommended products and juices that were right up my alley! His customer service should not go unnoticed as sometimes when I enter vape stores I feel embarrassed asking lots of questions. He was so helpful and always had a smile! :) I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to seeing him again on my next visit! Very polite very friendly ! Very chatty and welcoming staff which I loooove! Had to stop there for juice on a whim while driving far back to my town (my hometown local shop charges me $15-17 for lava flow juice so I stuck with them. It was a whopping $27-28 More than any other place possibly because of taxes so high and BIDEN draining our economy most likely. Not her fault, I Def said something ! Hence, the one star deduction for price inflation! Yikes like BAD! However it was convenient and she had one bottle left and that’s all I needed so I made the purchase and loved the staff!

These folks are great. They have a pretty big selection, good prices and frankly some of the best customer service Ive seen anywhere. Never had a bad or even sub par experience there.

Go to spot for my vaping needs. This location always has my juice and atomizers in stock. Prices are decent. I will say that they do not like to honor there warranty. They do whatever they can to get out of replacing defective items. Other then that a great place.

Awesome staff ! With exceptionally high communication skills and all around happy vibes. Very Nice selection of juice and just about everything ya need ! Unfortunately, this is my dreaded very last resort, but only reason is due to the price inflation doesn’t seem to line up with todays prices but more so when the product first hit the market MSRP top dollar $ prices, way too high on the price tag for my juice imho, I get it for about $17-20 at most at many other competitors, but a few stores still seem to be stuck at that high dollar and not budging or price checking. Ehh if the store manager were open to improving to a 5 star review by many, Id happily suggest being open to price checking in the areas to see that it in fact, is being sold at many many nearby local shops for a fraction of the cost 😬 just saying, it is true and it would greatly benefit them! But as for kind and professional they take the cake 👏

Good selection my only complain is a teal haired employee. There were times where her response to my questions were rude as well as her demeanor. Like she didn’t want to help or be there.

I have been vaping the past 2-plus years and have visited all of the shops in Westminster (and other cities Ive traveled to across the US).Hands down, this is my favorite place. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable about devices and the hundreds of juices they carry. Theyve got a great rewards program. And the store is spacious and well laid out.All of this adds up to a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Its a great place for neophytes and experts!

Definitely sells fake stuff. Bought some coils here for my crown 4 and the barely lasted a day each. Bought a pack from an unrelated store and theyre lasting weeks. Will never shop here again. Changed nothing with my setup but where and who I was buying the coils from. EDIT: its interesting youd ask for the box, because whenever I did come in for coils employees could easily open the bottom of the box for the coils without breaking the seal, so the fact youre asking for the box makes me think youre switching fake coils in to authentic boxes. Very suspicious.

Excellent customer service. I was having issues with my tank and he knew right away what the cause was and took the time to explain ways to avoid it happening again. This is why I go there. Its service like this from all of their staff that makes going there a breeze.

As Ive posted before, this is a great place to buy your vaping necessities. Everyone in this shop {Westminster -Right off I-140 across from McDonalds} are very helpful as well as courteous to each and every customer to walk through their door; Everytime Ive been in this shop (which is a decent amount of times recently) I have seen the workers doing the best they could do to assist their clients/customers. I have nothing except good things to say about this shop, I also especially 💕love💕 their selection of vape juices, and also the selection of all the different mods and tanks💥 they carry. This shop is great and have decent 💲pricing👍🏼 too!!💯 🤗😃😎

I seriously love the staff at victory vapors in Westminster Maryland .. they are the best and always wonderful .. I just gift some of them scentsy products since I sell scentsy. But I love them they are amazing

I went in for some coils... They noticed something was wrong with my tank assembly and went beyond normal customer service helping me fix it. I have always had great service here but today it was outstanding

Total disrespect to a 100 percent disabled veteran. accuses him of stealing a vape mode and not just that but claims it to cost $140.00 but less then $1,500 but I know for a fact owners cost is $40.00 cause thats what My Camo Aegis then tank and batteries only costed me a total of $64.00 for the mod, battery, and tank out the door

They always have the parts and equipment and fuels i am looking for there hours are reasonable along with there prices and a large selection with a helpful staff will vist again when im in the area.

My husband recently decided he wanted to vape again. I told him to come here and get some new juice. When he vaped years ago, his go to juice was Cereal Killa. We asked if they had anything similar because most places don’t carry it. The salesman said “we have cereal killa” and handed him the bottle. My husband looked like a little kid on Christmas and his smile was ear to ear once he dripped it and tasted that all too familiar taste again. Thanks Guys for the awesome service.

Ive been going to Victory Vaporz for a few years. Kevin was extremely helpful when I chose to quit smoking. All staff is courteous and helpful.

Was looking for a roll of SS wire, but all they had were premade coils. They wanted $7 for a *single* premade SS coil. LOL! Still the same ol SS Rape...I mean Vape.

Had exactly what I needed. Very nice people and super knowledgeable
