The man who works here is so rude. My family went here this past weekend and we would have returned daily all 3 of us except for the second I was done and my son was not even done yet the man held the sign that says tips are welcome up and yelled at me in an extremely hostile way you have to tip !! I would have left a tip for all 3 of us when my son finished and we discussed what amount we chose to leave but yelling and demanding is a game changer. I then told him tips are optional not mandatory and he said no you have to and I said are you saying that I HAVE to give a tip and he said yes u have to and kept shaking the sign very rudely in a hostile fashion which destroys any feeling of relaxation. He must not realize that tips are welcome does NOT translate to tips are mandatory. I will never return and I would suggest everyone else avoid this place. The massage itself was painful and not relaxing and he was mean from the start ..a very verbally abusive man . do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have tried different kind of massages in several places . I love this shop . Joanna gave me an awesome massage every time I go. Tommy is also great !

Not worth it I told her to do it gently and she refused to do as I told her and kept pressing her elbow deep into my back, and then demand a tip and wouldn’t let me leave the store without tipping her. Do not go unless you want them to chase you out the door and stopping you, not letting you leave until you give them a tip.

Edit:After my last 2 visits I wont be going back. After my 15 minute neck and back massage I paid and gave a tip. They gave me back my tip and told me that I must tip more than that...I said no, here is my tip and they said it wasnt enough and demanded more. Then told me to go to the ATM machine and get more for tip. So needless to say I gave them NO tip and will never return to this place.

Over the years my wife and I have tried out many, many hotel and spa massage offerings. The massage that you receive here rates with the best you will get at upscale facilities. Many months ago we tried them out the 90 minute couples massage just for the heck of it and were shocked by quality of the massage. We return regularly now even though it is a 45 minute drive to get there. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Have come here 15 + times without an issue over the past few years. Today , they told me a 15-20 minute wait , ended up waiting 30+ minutes just to be told they ONLY take cash now , no credit card. Then they tried to hussle me to the ATM after repeatedly stating I didn’t have a debit card on me and we’re extremely rude. Left with no massage. Poor business ethics, I will not be returning.

My friend and I were walking through the mall and stopped to see what massage services were offered. We ended up going in and getting the neck & shoulder chair massage which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I couldn’t believe what an excellent deep tissue and therapeutic massage we had. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely be going back… maybe tomorrow.

I paid for a full body massage and she spent 45 minutes on my upper back and kept digging in to a single spot. No English and no communication. I had to stop her and direct her to work my legs and feet. The worst massage of my life. And on top of that, they insist on cash and charge 8% if you use a credit card but first they try to hustle you to an ATM machine. Probably tax dodgers. Very bad experience 😕

The Worst please Ive ever got a massage. I toke my Daughter and my sons girlfriend there to get a massage and it was there first time ever getting a massage and it wasnt a good Experience for them it hurt and the next day are backs hurt .will never go there again.. the staff were begging for tips. I didnt want to tip them because are massage were really bad

I went one time for an hour massage and it was great. I went a second time tonight for an hour massage and it was HORRIBLE. I ended the service after 28 minutes. The masseuse treated my body like a ping pong ball, jabbing me with her elbow, crushing my spine, no use of oils whatsoever. Just AWFUL. I spoke with the manager and he said no compensation. Then had the masseuse message me and offer another 1/2 hour service with the same masseuse. NO THANK YOU! DONT GO THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

AWESOME PLACE! Went in because I had pain in my neck and shoulders and decided to do a full body massage! And let me tell you how wonderful it was, the lady knew exactly what to do, she did pressure points and all type of techniques! I left with pain relieve and feeling great!! The only thing I would say is not sure how busy the mall gets on a regular day, today is NYE and I went super early so there was not a lot of foot traffic to hear people talk or outside music so perhaps some sound walls for busier days; other than that I didn’t hear anything, the space is great and the rooms and comfy and secluded, I was able to relax and even fall asleep in my massage lol loved it!! Thank you so much!!

Everytime you come here they want to chase you if you don’t them tips. They will start to demand it

Been coming here for more than 4 years with Joanna as my therapist and she is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable as a massage therapist!

People were nice, hard to understand, persuaded into body massage instead of head neck shoulders, it was ok but it was too deep, painful more than enjoyable...i had a man, my bf had a woman, he did mostly back etc on me, and the woman concentrated more on shoulders n neck....exactly opposite of what we both wanted...odd it happened that way. We wud go back but i wud stick to my guns about what i want and not be too shy to request lighter pressure if it hurt so very much

I called a head to let them know that my two friends and I were on our way and would like a massage in a half and hour. I got there and after 10 minutes of standing around, a man came out and said it would be another half hour wait. So we shopped around and came back in a half an hour and he had taken on two more clients and said it would be another half an hour, so I just left. Completely wasted my time.

Worst place ever... my husband and I went there. There was a guy and a girl working. I assumed they would but me with a girl and him the guy. NOPE. They made him go with the girl and me with the guy. And the whole time he was grunting, Groening, and coughing in my ears.. all he did was dig his elbow in my back and put his hand on my ass for a very long period of time.. when he did my shoulders it hurt so much and when I said it hurt he dug in further.. then he did my feet and rubbed the top of my foot raw while not touching the bottom of my foot at all. Im left sore brused and feeling violated.. mean while my husband was made to strip to his boxers and got the best full bully body massage of his life... side note.. Why was my husband made to strip while I was just told to take my jacket off and lay down???

While I was getting a deep tissue massage the gentle men was on his phone. I left with bruises an I asked him to go softer an he said “to tight”. Never again will I come here

Expected a better massage therapy. The older gentleman who took care of me just kept yelling the word tip tip tip lackluster massage equals no tip not really relaxing a lot of noise people yelling did not feel comfortable there would not recommend it to anybody hope this is an isolated instance but it doesnt seem like it

I injured my back & paid for a 30 minute full body massage & I walked out feeling absolutely great. I would return without question.

This place is very highly recommended. I went there with the shoulder pain and lower back pain , next thing you know it was gone . Amazing ! Thank you Jerry youre the best!

If you’ve never had Chinese massage it starts with pressure points. It was amazing.

Painful!! Dig elbows in back and shoulders. I said too hard 4 times!!! Do not go here!!!

The technique called sopia doesnt press well at all and doesnt add any force at all. Its not called massage at all. It took me half an hour to fool around. It was a waste of time and money.
