I wanted a juice but wasnt sure which flavor. The guy showed me pictures of the ones they got, as it was only drive thru at night and helped me select flavor. made things easy. Much appreciated.

I shop here often and usually love it, but I was just refused service at the drive through and told I would have to return in the morning. As a return customer its pretty upsetting making a trip to a 24/7 business and being turned away with no explanation.

One of the best smoke shops in town they have great prices and the workers are very nice and helpful recently one of my vapes didnt work straight out of the box and I went back 2 days later because of bad weather and they happily changed it for me as long as I tried the new one on the spot and i was more than happy with that and such a vast wonderful stock nothing in there is junk all great things I highly recommend for any vape or smoke needs!

Best store and best collection ever I love this store. You can get everything here either it’s vapes or juices or the best collection of glass along with huge variety of wraps and papers too and the employees here are very friendly and cooperative ❤️ Even if they are out of anything you just tell them your need and they will get that for you as soon as possible

This place is the worst… shop elsewhere for all of your vaping needs. I have been vaping for at least a decade and never experienced a whole box of coils to burn out within 6 days. The guy working refused any kind of discount on another box or a refund. Told me I was using them improperly instead of taking accountability for a product that’s made in a factory and on occasion has been known to be a dud, I got a whole pack of duds. Will never do business there again and will not refer to anyone. Go to smoking glass in Kingston, they hook it up and care about their clients.

I love this place! Friendly workers clean store fair prices. More then just tobacco products at empire so if your near by stop in take a look around you might find something you like?

Use to have a great selection of vape juice, but it seems like the new person that orders doesnt know anything about the juice. I feel like he seems one juice is in stock he doesnt think he needs to order more, while it will be a high nicotine that not many people will buy, This is why that juice doesnt sell. The vape juice cabinets are quickly becoming only one level of nicotine juice and no one is buying it. I wish I didnt have to go here, but some times its the only place open when I have time.
