Smokers Choice

Id once been a LONGTIME customer of several different locations of Smokers Choice, mostly being this one until the staff decided they no longer felt like ordering something Id been going there for, simply because they instead felt like socializing rather than actually working. Turns out, once I began going to Sams Place Lottery & Tobacco Id mysteriously found that being customer-centric still existed in our world. I noticed that the owner reads and replies to reviews here. GREAT! But I dont want to hear it. Your people at this store failed me, which is a reflection on YOU.

Really cool guy knowledgeable about products works there. A bit expensive, but SO much there! Good location as well.

Cigarettes are more expensive here!! I paid 60 cents more per pack!! Ill stick with Smoker Joes on Route 309 in Wilkes Barre Township!!!

The sales people are fine and very helpful the manager is understanding and helpful I would recommend this place to everybody in the area

Person there sold me CBD instead of Delta 8, you dont even get a response back from corporate from this company, theyre pissing location bunch of great guys working really like to help you. I recommend traveling to the Piston location

Its sad that this place has to card you for everything including a soda. And that when you go in the workers would rather be on there phone than help customers.
