The staff was very polite and personable. The atmosphere was great! I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure by Shaylan (sp?) She was a great conversationalist and did a great job on my pedicure. The massage was pretty good. I could have taken more pressure, but still better than a lot of places I’ve been over the years. The young lady who did it was a Navy veteran and really nice. I would definitely go back. They were willing to take me early when I showed up and made some recommendations for places to visit while I was here. I really enjoyed my time there.

Been here Twice to get My Nails done. For 2 Different Occasions; My Daughters B-Day & My Wedding. An I won’t be going back. 1st Time: I got Full Acrylic Nails & They only Lasted 3 Days. Thought I would give this Place the Benefit of the Doubt; An give them a 2nd Chance. Decided to get My Nails done here for My Wedding. An unfortunately once again My Nails only Lasted 3 Days.The People & Environment is Nice & Cleaned. But, they need to Fix their Bathroom Doors. Their Bathroom Doors Handles can be tricky to Latch & Get it to Lock

Great rainy day plans after a few busy days of sightseeing. In town for vacation and my husband decided to spoil me a bit. They were able to get me in for next day appointment. I requested a female masseuse and they accommodated me. I picked four services - double massage, soul foot therapy, and facial. The massage was very nice and worked all my trouble spots. Facial was very simple with only 30 minutes. The Soul foot massage really relaxed me. The negative for me was that I was cold most of the time I was there. They offered me an extra blanket but I was still cold - thus four stars. It was very clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. I wouldnt say that it was the best massage Ive ever had but it was VERY relaxing and I would go back.

Nice place, friendly staff. My friend and I received 3 services each. The cleansing facial; my friend received a great facial including neck and shoulders. I received a facial rub only. Nice but would have preferred neck and decollate included. Soul revival; my friend received pressure point massage I received a foot rub with hot towels. Not impressed. Pedicure was good, pretty much same massage as foot rub in soul revival. So like with any place the more experienced staff is preferable. Biggest draw back bathrooms co-ed and door lock is inappropriate. I had a man walk in on me. Fix the door lock would be the thing to do.

The place was very clean and the staff were fantastic. I got a facial and a massage and i absolutely loved it! My experience was very relaxing and worth it. I would definitely come back here if I come on vacation again down here.

Very clean and professional spa. My wife and I got the pick 3 package with the mani, pedi, and massage. I do wish I had sprung for the full hour massage as apparently the 30 massage is upper body only.Hannah was an excellent massue with very warm hands and a friendly vibe.

We had a couples massage and it was wonderful. Kaytee and Kali were awesome. Highly recommend. We got there a little early and my husband even got a hair cut and a beard trim.

This place was the absolute best!!! The staff were friendly and professional and gave the best massage and facial that I have ever had! I will definitely make time to go back the next time I come to Branson!

Very disappointed.. my sister got acrylic nails done by Shaelyn and she never pushed her cuticles down, the bottoms were lumpy so getting a fill will be difficult now, not all the nails were the same length, and she was told she couldn’t get an ombré done because she didn’t know how but still charged my sister 10$ extra for an “ombré” which was actually just some sparkles. And with the tanning I was told to do 5 minutes but shouldn’t I get a say since I’m paying? The ladies in there were nice but $65 for acrylics that look terrible is unacceptable.Edit to add: she sent me a picture and they’re already lifting after ONE day. Yes she was nice because she’s a underage girl and doesn’t like confrontation. This is just ridiculous.

I have no words…..Amanda just gave me the absolute best massage and sole revival I have ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough, WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.

Tiree butchered my hair with shears making it impossible to style. My hair has two spots that stick straight up. I hate going out in public now because I am so embarrassed of my hair. She just didnt stop cutting my hair until she thought it was short enough. I just told her to blend it with layers and clean up around my ears. I have never been so insecure about my hair my whole life. 😩

Had a great facial today. Left with my skin glowing! Amy is great. I also have had Tiree do my hair several times. I wholeheartedly recommend both of these professionals. Definitely check out the wide variety of services this salon spa offers.

We had a couple massage and a facial. Staff greeted us when we first came in, we called in for an appointment a week before and they already know who we are and what we here for which is great. Just need to fill out some forms and we started. They offer other services so just check their website before coming in.

I had the best deep tissue massage ever at this place. The lady was amazing and even offered some good advice to help with my back and shoulder issues. I give them a 10/10 the absolute best massage Ive ever had.

My husband is in construction and he does hard physical labor. When he suggested we get a couples massage I thought it would be a nice treat. Our first one was an hour. Now have been visiting this spa for a 90 minute couples massage bi-weekly for the last several months. Ever since our first visit, we knew we NEEDED this in our life! Teresa is the therapist I request at every visit because she is very thorough, and she has gotten to know me so well, she finds my trouble spots without being prompted. She has many years of experience, she is very professional but also very personable. The atmosphere is perfect- low lights, calming sounds, aromatherapy, and the service is top-notch. If you have not gotten a massage therapy session at Body Works, you are missing out on the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage of your life! They do 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. Theres one for everyone!

I feel so happy about this places , staff is so nice extremely nice , especially Michell that was the one that made my hair in this day that was so important to me . I made my hair my nails and hace some massages I feel like a queen in this place . The spa is a good place to relax and feel like you are having an amazing time .They have good packages that you can combine three or more services for a low price .Thanks so much [email protected]

I got a phenomenal haircut and style! I just gave my stylist (Robyn) a reference picture and she gave the best haircut! Totally recommend it to everyone!

Visiting Body Works has always been a pleasant experience. Their staff is very friendly and focuses on providing the best service for their clients! I always feel pampered and completely satisfied when I leave! I recommend the “Create a Package” option to try a little bit of everything! You will not be disappointed!

Courtney did such a great job on my pedi and nail set. She doesnt do acrylics but I am so pleased with what she did! Great personality and she listens well. I will be back.

I visited Bodywork’s Day Spa last week and got a one hour massage. It was a very good experience. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable about the body and massaging techniques for healing inflammation and neuropathy which I am suffering from. I also have a torn rotator cuff which she worked very gently. I plan to visit again next time I visit my daughter. Thanks for your service.

Amanda gave me the best massage today. I felt so relaxed and freshed. This place is great and made an out of towner feel very much at home!

This place ruined my wifes hair. It was so bad that none of us who were with her even knew what to say. We were just? Speechless. Her hair felt like glue or plastic. And we had to rip it apart and try to get it out. It was nothing anywhere close to the picture. We showed the pic of what she wanted the day before the appointment. Because we wanted to be sure they could do it (it was super simple and they said no problem)... $80 later .. we are trying to figure out how to get that back. We had to wash it out immediately. So it was $80 for 30 minutes worth of hair. This place has good reviews. But I think the individual stylists just rent there. So you never know what youre going to get. Please please beware. We will all take down our reviews if they ever make it right. Im leaving a review, my wife is leaving a review, the 2 people with us are leaving a review, and the people who were at our hotel when we got back and watched as we tried to get this plastic out of my wifes hair are all going to leave reviews. My wife is timid and shy. And she deserved to have one day where she felt as pretty as we all try to tell her she is. We were all so bummed for her. None of us would ever tell her she looked bad, but we did this time. I think because the woman who did her hair was older with the mullet style curls, she uses the amount of hairspray they did in the 80s. Plus this style we wanted was a younger style.but we didnt want to judge based on age. And we were assured she could do it. I wish we wouldve just walked out. We are going to have to pay for a treatment for my wifes hair to seal off all the split ends from where her hair just snapped because and crunched and ripped. Just trust me. Find somewhere else. The lady herself was very nice.and my wife like her as a person. And didnt plan on leaving reviews. But thats how bad it was.

Paid $55.00 for gel pedicure. It literally lasted 2 DAYS. While the staff was very nice, if you are going to provide a service and charge a high price for that service, please know how to to do it! Very disappointing for my sister in law and I. Erin Johnson

I have always had an amazing experience at Branson Day Spa! The staff is friendly and professional, and the services have exceeded my expectations. Branson Day Spa is my go-to for pampering myself and as a special treat for family and friends. Five stars!

Would recommend to anyone. It is a friendly, calming, atmosphere and all the workers are tremendous. All of them care about their clients, and who you are as a person, they seriously do. Michelle is a great friend of mine, and she has never disappointed when it came to haircuts. Again, I would recommend this place for anyone.

If I could give this salon negative 5 stars, I would. When I called to make my hair appointment, I specifically requested a stylist who had experience with doing layers in long, thick hair. I was scheduled with Gary. My hair looked like it was cut with safety scissors. When I asked the stylist to blend my layers and voiced my concern about how my hair looked, he said that it was the texture and color of my hair. I knew that wasnt the case. I have had my hair cut in long layers before and knew that they needed to be blended. He basically shrugged his shoulders. I went up to the reception area and asked if there was anyone available who could fix my hair. I was told no one had time. I paid and left. I have never experienced such unprofessionism. Thank God there was another local salon that fit me in, Simply Red! The receptionist was so kind and said they could fit me in even though they were booked. Cambria was the stylist who took my worst hair experience and turned it into the best. She was so sweet and reassuring. She had the experience and knew the technique to fix my hair. Trust me, go there and not to this butcher shop!!

Tiree has done my hair and eyebrows for over 7 years and I absolutely will NOT go to anyone else! She is wonderful to work with! Give her a call! She is a busy woman but it shows why!

Completely trashed my friends hair on a bug day. I mean annihilated it. Shes too nice to be blunt about it, but I will. Any positive reviews for this place are about pedicures and not even all of them are positive. BUT IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE?! RUUUUUN! Run as far away from this place as you can. We had to break my friends hair to get out the insane mess of hairspray. It looked nothing like what it was supposed and what was agreed upon. We were all sitting watching and just kept hearing and seeing long 30 and 45 seconds worth of straight cheap alcohol hairspray being just doused into her hair. And that happened maybe 5 times. They just couldnt stop themselves. It was a frizzy goopy crunchy mess. Ive been to a ton of salons and I have never in my life seen something like this. They should have looked at her and NEVER made her pay. If not, shoulda paid her for the damage they did to her very fine red hair. This was bad yall. So bad

The spa pedicure was average. They could make it a nicer experience by offering a beverage and more polish choices. The massage was phenomenal. Sarah did a 90 minute Swedish massage and she really has a great energy about her. The massage room was very relaxing, well appointed, and the choice of aromatherapy by Green Envee was nice. I wish they would have the Green Envee essential oils for purchase as I enjoyed it so much I wanted a bottle. This is a no frills spa that does a good job and with friendly staff. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the Branson area again.

Stephanie did my Massage.He did an awesome job, She knew how work out all the good spots, and problem areas. She has a very warm and kind demeanor. I Highly recommendtrying it out. I called for a leg waxing and the guy up front got me in within less than 10 minutes. The girl who waxed me was so nice, personally I do better handling waxing (because I can tense if I think about it too much) if I am talking to my waxer. She was talkative just like I was and made me very comfortable. It did not hurt at all. Not to mention the atmosphere is appealing and welcoming. I just wish I had a nice place like this in Arkansas as I’m here for vacation.I got half my leg waxed and it was $50, a whole leg is $75. Wish I would of done the whole leg because that’s a good price. 😂

I let a friend help me with my hair, ( because it had grown out so much) and do a, as she described, trim and shaping for me. Unfortunately, when she finished, the only thing I needed was a brown paper bag, and new identity!I called body works spa because I have seen them periodically in the past and explained my dilemma, feeling confident to there was no way they would be able to get me in quickly and try to fix it, since this was during Spring Break, but after checking with some of the stylists, 1 was able to see me the following day and considering what he had to work with, did a wonderful job!So thank you Body Works and especially, Gary Dugan! I can at least leave the paper bag at home. 💇💇

I called yesterday and made the appointment for the very next day I was very pleased on how easy and quick We got in.My brother and I went in today and got a 55 minute massage and a pedicure.started off with an amazing pedicure from Trea. she was completely friendly and easy to talk to . She was thorough and scraped The bottom of my feet which hadn’t been done in a long time. We decided to be a little adventurous and I even got the clearcoat lol.when I met Teresa my masseuse she was friendly and explained to me everything I needed to do there was a place to put my belongings and a place to hang up my clothing . There were soft music playing and the lights were perfect it was a relaxing environment. Admittedly at first when I seen Teresa I was a little bit worried because I didn’t think that she would be able to give me a deep enough massage. Boy was I wrong she worked me over just like I like it and wanted . The right amount of pressure from head to toe. Normally when I tell somebody that I want deep tissue they overdo it or they don’t do it hard enough still and I leave frustrated . she was very good at communicating with me.i feel like I got a really good massage ..my brother said his massage was amazing as well he said he couldn’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for a professional atmosphere and somewhere you don’t have to worry about somebody chasing you out the door for another tip then Bodyworks is your place. Also I didn’t have to worry about somebody asking me if I wanted extras and that was a pleasant relief. Nothing like sitting there wondering if there’s gonna be a sting operation lmao !!Next time we’re in Branson will definitely come back and do this again!

I think I just had the best massage of my life! Lovely interior, perfectly soothing atmosphere, and Mary & Karen gave my husband equally fabulous massages—my back feels great the next day too! After our couples massage, we had spa pedicures and my husband loves how much smoother his feet feel (so do I!). Very relaxing time and reasonably priced, all staff was friendly and professional, we would love to visit again!

Being new to Branson I decided to try this salon. I came in to see Jeri for a color, cut and style. I gave her a basic run down of what I wanted but gave her the liberality to give me shades to flatter my complexion, and a cut to compliment my face. She nailed it! Both my husband and I were amazed at her fine work. I had the pleasure of seeing a few others at work as well, and I must say that they arent just your every day beauticians, they are strait up hair artists. The friendliest salon Ive been in. The owner is a pleasure as well. She has a fantastic eye for decorating. Both a clean and pleasant environment to be in.

My husband and I just got back from our valentines day couples massages and they were fantastic! My husband had Sherah and she worked wonders on my husbands overused muscles ( he does landscaping) and I had Theresa. They were both so kind and made us feel comfortable as this was our first professional massages, they were very knowledgeable in what they do and would definitely go back!

Not very impressed! Other than the amazing attitude the two ladies gave my wife and daughter the professionalism and skill were far from impressive. My wife and daughter went in for a pedicure and manicure and walked out with a half finished pedicure and no manicure. They say they can perform certain services then when you ask them they say they don’t know how to do it. The nail polish on both my wife and daughter was coming off within 2 hours and for what services they could do for them, they still over charged for what the prices listed were. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the workers I wouldn’t of even given 2 stars. I Do NOT recommend this spa & salon for manicures and pedicures. As for the rest they may be the best in town.

Have only been to a massage parlor once but had a horrible experience , so I was a little nervous @ 1st . My massage therapist name was Amy , she was great , applied just the right amount of pressure , I relaxed pretty quickly as there wasnt any pain during or after the massage , my wife massage therapist was Amanda , she had a deep massage performed for her back & neck pain & immediately felt better after our session, highly recommend Body Works Day Spa to anyone looking for a nice professional business to get a massage , job well done ladys

My husband and I had a couples massage this morning while we are in Branson on vacation. Both Sarah and Teresa were excellent massage therapists. We left totally relaxed and feeling great. The business is very clean and professional.I totally recommend and will plan to use them next time we come here to Branson.

Both my massage and my waxing were terrific experiences. I recommend this place to everyone. Both times they let me get comfortable without forcing me to chat and just let the conversation progress naturally without forcing small talk. Thank you Amanda and Amie.

To get the boring, yet important stuff out of the way, this location was extremely clean, all the staff were masked & friendly, and they do expect you to wear a mask and maintain a 6 foot separation from other guests. Now to the good stuff: hands down one of the best therapeutic massages Ive ever had. Ashton took the time to discuss concerns and problem areas prior to starting and thats where she focused her attention. Aside from working hard to remove the clusters of knots in my upper back and shoulders, she also took great care to help a massive bruise on my hip (PSA: creek rocks are slippery). I got the Sole Revival as well, which after a massage, was so relaxing Im pretty sure I fell asleep for a bit. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashton to anyone who wants an incredible and effective massage.

Thus salon us fantastic. Crystal did my nails to perfection. Krysten cut and colored my hair the best its been in a very long time. Plus, it was a joy to be there. Both ladies were so fun .Its a definite return.

We don’t treat ourselves very often, but this was a special occasion. Couples massage, mani-pedis, and a soul revival! Brock and Rain were amazing with the massages, very friendly and professional...keenly aware as to allow us to relax. I was amazed at the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of the entire place. It was a great start to a relaxing weekend!!Well worth their prices. Note if you intend to have a deep massage, make it at time of booking.

Had a very poor experience. Arrived on time, taken back 15 minutes past appointment, which was okay, but didnt get done for 2 1/2 hours! All for a full set of acrylic nails. The job was done poorly with awful shaping, very thick and dented, and extremely uneven. Sharon was ill-prepared barrowing tips and not knowing where things were located. Daughter felt she was treated rudely because of her age, and her requests on what she wanted was ignored by this tech. We had another appointment across town at 3:30 which had to be cancelled because of this. It was supposed to be an enjoyable time for a special occasion. Very sad!

Had an excellent massage from Michelle while on vacation. Very nice, very professional. Extremely relaxing. One of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Highly recomend the hour long option. I am just floating on a cloud.

Shawn and Chris are always so welcoming and are amazing hairdressers. Sitting down with them is like having your hair cut by your best friends! I just got a deep tissue massage from Sarah, and she found problems that my previous massage therapist that has 20 years experience and was always booked up for 6 weeks. I was dreading finding a new one, but Im sure glad I did!

What can I say about Bodyworks Day Spa? In my personal experience, its such a relaxing and pampering break. The salon is clean and invokes a feeling of serenity. My stylist, Jeri is phenomenal. She listens and makes excellent suggestions, that make me feel beautiful when I leave. They have packages that you create, for services you would like, making it truly personilized.They treat everyone like a VIP and they are all artists. I highly recommend Bodyworks Day Spa.

Brock (hope I spelled it right) was amazing! He was very friendly, and great at was he does. I received an hour massage and left feeling great! He applied just the right pressure. Just what I needed before heading home. Thanks hun!Also, once the remodel is done, Brock should get the big room. ;)

On May 21 st, I had Carlie put a perm in my hair. From my experience with her I would say she doesnt know how to give one. My hair came out straight even though I waited 4 days to shampoo it after the procedure. From the beginning I was concerned the way she went about it. She didnt shampoo my hair before putting it in rollers. She twisted my hair into a strand, then rolled it. applying the solution. I didnt say anything thinking maybe this was a new way to give perms. But since then I talked to a beauty school instructor about my experience and she told me that this was not a new way and apparently the girl did not know how to give perms. This was almost a $70.00 perm. I would not recommend getting any perm here unless you can get a guarantee of getting it done right.

We were on vacation and decided to get a couples massage,I called and asked if they any opening for the next day, which they did...They were very friendly and nice staff.

Excellent facial but very sad massage. Dont waste your money. Everyone was nice but spend your money somewhere else if you want a good massage. Ive been to many different places & this was the worst massage i ever had. Excellent facial though. The facial was worth four stars the massage a one.

We had a couples massage for our anniversary. The actual massage was nice but the massage therapist theirselves were pretty stuck up. To the point where any small conversation was uncomfortable. I had mentioned that a manicurist gave a great recommendation for this place. The response I got was sideway glances at each other, followed by a long awkward pause, a dismal shake of their heads and a sacastic “That’s great”. They went on about how knowledgeable they were in their trade in healthcare, in fact one was going to school for radiology. I casually mentioned I also was in healthcare, as a Respiratory Therapist. I got an exasperated eye roll and then continued thier lecture on how massage can effect the body. Ladies... I’m not sure where you learned your customer service/patient care from but unlearn them because your bedside manners suck. In a tip based profession it really doesn’t pay to be rude.

I went here for my wedding day. I was very disappointed. My nails lasted for about 2 or 3 days. I had a fill and a French....2 of them broke and the polish chipped off of just about all of the rest of the nails. The woman who did them said shes been doing this for 20 plus years. When I got back home I went to my normal nail salon and they couldnt believe how bad they were. I had to pay to have them redone. The pedicure was good until the polish. The polish ended up on my toe nails and the skin next to the toenails on several toes. The hair was a big disappointment. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted which was an updo where the curls were mostly on top of my head. The curls ended up towards the back of my head which meant the top of my head was basically flat. I have very thin hair and thats why I wanted it all pulled up onto the top of my head to cover the thin spots. I had brought 4 small fancy diamond hair combs to be placed around the updo. She put them all in the back where my veil covered them. You couldnt even see them. That was a waste of money. I assumed she would place them in the front of the updo where they could be seen. I just wanted to look extra special on my special day. The biggest disappointment was my hair. You couldnt really see my toes and my nails held up at least for that day but my hair could be seen by everyone and now my pictures are something I cant change. There was no time to change anything because I had a 9 am appointment and she only finished up the hair going on 1 pm and my wedding was at 2 pm. I still had to go back to the hotel and get dressed and get to the chapel. I really wish if the owner is reading this review that I could be compensated in some way for ruining my day and my wedding pictures.

Jeri does a wonderful job styling, cutting and coloring my hair. Shes personable, fun and wont let you leave until its just the way you want it. Jeri is a natural when it come to hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who hasnt found the perfect stylist.

We had a group that had a variety of different services performed on them. All the ladies are so professional, but also very nice. But please, do not forget to leave a tip. These young ladies certainly deserve it.

Jeri is amazing! She does exactly what I want and thats not always easy! She takes the time to listen and understand what you want before she ever starts. I have thick, long hair, that I keep very blonde most of the time. Thanks to Jeri, its always healthy and happy. She works however long it takes to make sure Im happy before I leave.

My friend and I went for a full body, facial, and foot massage. The masseuse was very good for what she did. After leaving my friend was telling me what all her masseuse did and my masseuse did not do a full body massage, but I was charged for full body massage.

The reason for the 2 stars is simply I am unable to make my peace with the fact they charge you the customer a fee for using a credit card. I went there for a mani/pedi and was charged $60. Gave them my credit card and the receipt came back with an additional transaction fee just shy of $3. I guess I am not used to being charged for giving an establishment my business. This review is strictly for the business and not the technician who performed my services.

I called to make an appt but like most places these days, they were booked. Michaela got me in and cut and colored my hair. It was only $125 for what I had done, my hair was a mess when she started and now its beautiful :) she did such a good job, I will be using her from now on. She was also very nice and communicative.We ended up having to reschedule my first appt Cause she was sick and she stayed in contact with me the whole time making sure we were good for our next appt, even getting me In earlier than my appt time.

Had an appointment showef up and filled out paperwork than was told our appointment was at a total differant time. No im not waiting over a hour to get a massage because your staff made a mistake. Very disappointed
