This is by far the best vape shop in Branson!! Jessi and the crew absolutely rock! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and helpful!! If you’re visiting town or a local (like me) this is the vape store to visit. The store also has a huge selection! Jessi is my favorite, but all of the employees are amazing and super sweet.

Went in to buy my first vape, Javier and Kevin were super nice and very knowledgeable. I was very indecisive but they were both very patient with me and giving recommendations. The store was also very clean and organized.

Went in and bought a disposable vape here the woman working did not have me open to box to make sure that the disposable was in working condition. After leaving I opened the box and realized the juice in the cape was dark black and would not hit. I went back in and there was another man working and he told me that there was nothing he could do and they would not make it right. 0/10 recommend to anyone.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but after my last visit here, I will not be returning. I also work in the service industry and will never recommend it to any guests that ask me.My manager let me run to the shop really quick after I could not find my vape at work Saturday night. A really sweet girl greeted me and I told her what I needed. I made sure to tell her I used universal disposable tanks because I liked them because I tend to break tanks. She got one that was the same brand as my old one and we went to pay. She rang me up and as soon as she was giving me my change, I said, Oh, this one doesnt fit the tanks I use. I think Ill have to get a different one. A guy walked by and asked what the issue was and I said I just wanted to get a different one because it wouldnt work for what I needed. I had not even touched the product at this time. It was still in the girls hand who helped me. He said he was sorry but unless the item was defective, they had a no-refund policy. I told him I was going to get a different (more expensive) vape. I also reiterated that i hadnt even touched the product yet. He said it was policy.He could tell I was frustrated and said ,Have a better than average day! The girl looked embarrassed and apologized. Instead of making a higher sale and have my repeat business, they got a 45$ sale and lost any future business. They probably do not care, but beware if you think you might want to change your mind for any reason!

Bought a vape and informed worker it was EXPIRED AND TASTED BURNT OUT!!! They called the boss and the boss apparently said there’s nothing they can do. I spent 20 dollars on something that is EXPIRED and they said they couldnt switch it out or refund me!!!! I’m out 20$ because they decided to sell expired products. I’m livid! This is absolutely ridiculous! Check products before paying cus they are screwing people over on purpose!!!

First time visiting the store and probably the last time !I arrived to the store to purchase a vape after purchasing they open a vape 4 times because all of those were burnt out finally for the 5 th time they found one that was not burnt .After 2 days only the one that I got got burnt out ( something that is not supposed to happen cause it’s supposed to last at least a week if not more ) upon calling the store the agent was rude unhelpful and just told me he has nothing to do and it’s my bad luck so in other words I payed for nothing !Definitely wouldn’t recommend nobody to purchase over here !!!

Literally my first review ever because I’d consider myself a forgiving guy, after working in the service industry for a decade. Unfortunately I began vaping, and because of my little knowledge on products I figured I could trust a professional right. NOT. My first experience was one of abrasion after knowing exactly what I wanted because I figured I’d just get the exact setup my friend had. They made me feel stupid, and heavily tried to push me to another vape. My second experience I was almost ignored and made to wait while the kids behind the counter had a conversation, and my last experience I ran in real fast to just get carts. This young man was the nicest one I met yet! So I showed him my vape so he would get me the right carts. I got em and left. When I get home I learned they were the wrong ones. Luckily the day I bought em their receipt machine suddenly froze and wouldn’t print a receipt. I was actually made to show them my Chase app to prove I paid for them. And was asked to promise to come back, and pay had it not gone through which I did. After going back exactly 7 days later to exchange them for their mistake. The skinny kid made it seem like I was asking for something unimaginable by requesting they swap em out. He said unfortunately because i didn’t have a receipt his hands were tied. And refused to help me. After some pleas for justice he reluctantly called the “owner” to no avail. After explaining how this was not my mistake he agreed and shrugged. To which point I laughed and said you think a business would cover a mistake they made especially a 10 dollar expense to do whats right. So I ended up paying for them because 10 bucks wasnt worth the fight, and the principal was more my concern than the cost. Long story short If you want to talked down to by a bunch of high schoolers look no further revenge of the nerds will not disappoint!

Javier help me to select very nice glass pieces was very knowledgeable about his glass work both workers in there at the time was able to help my wife with her vape overall I was very pleased with the satisfaction of my purchase and purchases I would recommend vapor old to anybody thank you Javier

This location has gone through a lot of staffing changes recently. My first experience with the new manager Taylor was phenomenal! Ive worked retail management before and this was by far the best customer service Ive ever received! Leo has also been very helpful and knowledgeable enough to satisfy any questions I have had.

Incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Zero stars if I could.Asked for a battery for a pen, was talking with the guys while being wrung up, and didnt notice the clerk had grabbed the wrong component. I didnt notice until I had hit okay on the card swipe.Literally, standing right there at the checkout, no one else in the store, and asked if they could return it and provide what I actually needed. They said, We can get what you need but we have a no return policy. I hadnt moved a step. This guy was treating me like I had left the store and came back or something. They seriously refused to credit back the charge.Is it my fault for not trusting the clerk to grab what I asked for because I was distracted by having a somewhat enjoyable conversation with them? Absolutely, in a way. Ill own my part in that.They were sociable and polite, and we were having a decent and enjoyable conversation, up until I asked for a refund and then they became incredibly rude and inconsiderate. He was even smug about how he said, We dont provide refunds. Very snarky and essentially mocking the fact that I purchased the wrong item.When I stated, So I cant return whatever this item is because I asked for a battery for a pen and you grabbed the wrong item, which I went ahead purchased while we were talking and wasnt paying attention, he states, with a very snarky attitude, Yep, like I said, we have a zero return policy.Needless to say I didnt buy the battery I needed. I told them to keep the battery they did sell me and sell it to someone else. The clerk literally picked up the brand new battery and chucked it with force into the trash can.

I am having an issue with the sugarbar vape Ive only had it 3 days & I cant get it to charge & keeps popping... So sad to be changing my review from 5 to 1 star. After 5 years as a loyal customer, I won’t be coming back. The customer service is HORRIBLE. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Inventory is never constant, I understand that, but when I call to ask before driving from Forsyth to Branson to check, the guy was rude & sarcastic & said he didn’t owe me looking to see if they had what I was asking . Service inside the store has been the same, if not worse. Loosing my business & this review probably won’t mean anything to them, but at least maybe I’m warning someone else not to bother spending time, or gas $ going here. The guys at the Ozark store have great customer service!

I stop at a lot of different Vapor Worlds and other vape stores and this particular store has the best customer service, hands down ! Most other stores I feel unwelcome and rushed- not this one. I wish I could remember the name of the young girl that helped me today- she was wearing glasses and I think a bandana but KUDOS! She was so patient with my indecisiveness - not once did I feel I had to hurry- she helped me in more ways than one/ and I actually left with a juice she recommended and I love it ! KUDOS to the owner of this particular store, because each time I’m here I get great service !

I always have a great time here. The employees are really cool and really helpful. I only bit juice from your shop so Id like you to please order some different things. I looked up the best ejuice flavors on the internet and the number 1 rated juice is called Boosted. I know Id love it by the description so please order some! I come in like 2xs a month at least and I bring new customers all the time as well. Please check out that top 10 list and see about getting some of them!

Went store to store in branson today and when we stopped at this particular one we immediately noticed how clean the store was and shortly after we notice that we have Never had such good customer service somewhere. Thank you to andrew at vapor world in branson for making mine and Joshs expierence in the store amazing. We laughed the entire time and he was super quick to answer any questions we had. And lets not forget he has great hair!(: 10/10 recommend for all your vaping needs.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store. And its a fine place to purchase small things. But DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING. Period. We purchased the wrong coil for our vape. We had to try to figure out which coil ours needed ourselves, because the staff has no idea and honestly didnt even care to look. They were too busy on their phones. So we bought the wrong one. They will not exchange it..........On the BRIGHT SIDE, there is an AMAZING Vapor Shop in Hollister, right next to ye old wash house laundromat. AND THEY ARE AWESOME..... and less expensive, more selection, and amazing customer service. They will even order things for you if they dont have it.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.... AVOID VAPOR WORLD LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! For your vaping/smoking accessory needs, Drive a few miles down to Hollister, and give them your business.

Not only will they sell you items they know are garbage, but they will not return anything. The return policy there is the most ridiculous thing iv ever seen. I literally bought coils. Went outside and noticed they were not the right ones, and what do you know, I cant return or exchange them. Thats just the tip of the iceberg with these idiots.

Good selection, but they ripped me off with their points I earned, every dollar u spend u get a point, and if u save up 400 points u get 50% off any item , I saved up over 400 and went to get a nice vape mod but when I told them my phone number to look up my account they said I didnt have one. It took me 3 months to save up those points.that means I spent over 400 there, so they lost a customer who spends a good amount on vape stuff. Besides that I really liked the place, it makes me sad they did that to me, cos I really liked the staff and the atmosphere there. Its sad, but I couldnt in good conscience good give them 1 star, cos if they didnt screw me over on my points they would have gotten 5 stars.

Make sure you open the product and verify the item your buying is what you think it is. The employees like to switch stuff, and when u bring it back for it not being what you think it is, they tell you sorry, you already left the store. There is nothing they can do. You loose your money. Open your merchandise in the store and verify ever transaction.

Ive been to VW many times and normally its ok. But the last few times have been a waste of money. I just bought some e juice yesterday and the first bottle I opened didnt taste like it was iced even though its supposed to be. When I realized this they were already closed so I opened the other bottle and the taste was terrible. When I called today to tell them they told me there was nothing they could do because I opened both bottles. This was a manufacturer defect and I am out e juice and the money. Their non return policy protects only them and not their their customers. Bad business!!

I use mostly rtas and rebuildables they have a very limited selection but I will say the employees there were very helpful and very nice the only reason its getting not getting a full five stars is because the fact of their limited selection on rebuildables but they do sell coils Clapton coils the prices arent too bad about the same as you can buy them online for and they do have a couple rebuildable tanks but all in all Id say if youre looking for something and you need something quick go grab it from there they do have a pretty good selection and like I said the employees are knowledgeable and they are all very nice

Found myself in vacation and I forgot my favorite juices at home. This place carries all my favorite brands: naked100, humble, pineapple Express, etc. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didnt even try to upsell me on anything. Great experience!

Sorry I had posted this review on the wrong address. On vacation in Branson last night I went into purchase an item. I realize that I went in 30 minutes before closing, but the young man working was very rude and acted like waiting on me was a bother to him.I felt very disrespected by him.. and if I lived there..I would never go there again.

Its a vape store that stocks the obvious things that vape stores stock. The reason i rate it so lowly is because its staff is completely unknowledgeable and their behavior is generally unprofessional. Asking their opinion on anything vaping related is like asking someone who started vaping a week ago. The only reason i go there is because theyre close to my house, but after my last experience, that isnt going to persuade me from going elsewhere.

Rudest staff member I have ever come across. Making fun of a customer to get laughs from others is totally unacceptable. I recommend shopping anywhere but this store.

Purchased one of these and it was solid burnt cotton. They would not refund or replace. Said that Id have to buy another. I get the return policy for vapes is weird but it was burnt on first puff. Wont buy this brand or spend money at this store again.

Very quick and efficient service

I had a small issue this weekend that to be frank made me a little upset and I let the community know. Once it was brought to the attention of Dereck the owner he immediately reached out to me to find out the situation. If you look up the meaning of customer service you should find Derecks name. He was very professional and handled my situation as such. He really dug in to get a understanding and then went above and beyond for me to make things right. Its the reason that I will shop NO WHERE ELSE for vape products, and will continue to be loyal to Vapor World!!! They have the widest selection of mods/tanks/juice than anyone in town, they also carry a wide array of CBD stuff as well. Thanks again Dereck!!!

I am a regular customer at Vapor World in Branson, MO. This is solely due to the superior customer service that I receive from Malcom, Silas, and Wyatt. These are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable salesmen in Branson, with their extended knowledge of CBD, Disposables, Kits, Kratom, and other tobacco merchandise. Vapor World in Branson will always be my #1 stop for anything I need as long as those guys are there.

Im not sure bout how good this store is because I came all the way from cape fair to this store in Branson all because it says that on Fridays u r open till 11 PM an wat do I get wen I arrive at 914 PM. I get nothing the place is closed an the guy working is jus now locking the doors an it does say on the door that u close at 9 on Fridays but thats not wat it says online. An it sucked big time to drive 30 miles from where I live to Branson where u r located jus to have to turn right back around an go home with nothing cause ur not open till 11 PM wasted my time an my gas for a 30 mile drive. That is very disappointing wen Im sure ur store is a good store most vapor worlds r thatd the whole reason I drove to check u out because other wise I would have went to Branson west vapor like usual its much closer for me more expensive but lot closer an there hrs r correctly posted. So please for future people who might need something after work an get off lil late. U might want to change ur hrs u have posted online. Thanks I would say but it would be for nothing. Absolutely the worst Vape shop ive ever been to. I went in and asked for Fireluke Sextuple Coils and the dude hands me a different kind of fireluke coil for $22.95 (You HAVE to buy a full 5 pack here because they don’t sell single coils). I go out to my car to find that 1 out of the 5 coils that I opened doesn’t fit my tank and he gave me the the wrong coils but same firemax packaging. I go back in less than 30 seconds later with all 5 coils (still brand new) with my receipt and the guy says to me,”Buyers remorse.” Couldn’t even give me a refund with my receipt when nothing was used or give me a partial refund, minus the coil that was brand new and not used. Let’s say I left my number with corporate and have talked to multiple shops that were saying that the actions of Vapor world were bogus and disgusting.AND ON TOP OF THATHe gave another guy who bought a new Mod the wrong coils, so he had to buy another 5 pack for an extra $22. KNOW YOUR DAMN PRODUCTS AND SHOW THE CUSTOMER THEY MEAN MORE THAN A $22 MISTAKE BY YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE!

In My experience with this company there customer service sucks 100%. Stores seem to open and close whenever they feel like it, totally different from the hours of business they have posted... All of their shop locations have different products which seems to be counter productive for a Vape Store Chain. I Have been to Ten of Vapor Worlds locations in the U.S. all of which have poor slections of Juice, and their prices seem to be totally different from one location to the next. $35.00 for a 100 Ml of ejuice at one store, then $26.00 for a 120 Ml at the next lol... Pure Trash .... Then on top of it all if you buy any hardware they have a NO RETURN POLICY .... Which means they are afraid to stand behind their products... DONT DEAL WITH VAPOR WORLD, ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!! I rate them one Star only because I had to they deserve a -5

Kinda high priced stuff and some of the items I bought were clones not the real thing. Had some of the items defective at the start like a leaking tank and they would not back it with any type of service or even a sorry. I recommend Puff Smart or B-town Vapory, they are friendly and seem to stand behind the stuff they sell. Not impressed with the new people running it, plus they have done away with the flavor of the week specials I had utilized to get flavors I would have passed on otherwise. Edit to add I received a gift card to Vapor World and I unfortunately wasted it on cbd vape juice and I didnt catch that it was made with MCT (coconut oil) until I had bought it. The idiot running the place that night didnt know you are NOT supposed to vape MCT because of the high risk of lipid pneumonia. And not only that, you dont get your points if you use a gift card. Such BS! And then wouldnt use my points when I was purchasing a coil for my Smok Stick V8! Idiot probably didnt know how. Avoid this place!

Came in for Cleito 120 coils. $4 cheaper than across town. And I found the original Aspire tank that I quit the first time with. Aspire Atlantis 2. Larry went the extra mile to win a customer. One week prior, I got 120 Mls for next to nothing. You won a loyal customer. Might be a little farther to walk but gives me more of a chance to enjoy my Atlantis. I love Larry. Had his buddies Taylor, Eric, Joe and Derek. Space juice is my local go to. Love that flavor. Cant go wrong here.

Chris provided excellent customer service! Have been to multiple vape shops and made purchases. This is the most educated purchase I have made!Will definately return and will highly recommend.

Took forever for the lady to find and ring up my item, then it turned out to be quite a bit more expensive than Puff Smart nearby. Whoever said these folks were cheaper clearly didnt shop around enough!

For the 4th time in 6 months, they discontinued carrying the only two juices I like. Menthol. Nothing crazy, just menthol. And they stopped carrying it. Im done with them.

Ive bought three devices from vapor world in just over a year. All three of them have defected. The first was an rx200s by wismec, the 510 connection failed just after the in store warranty expired (30 days). Was never able to recover anything from wismec on it. The second was a Segielli 213, which lasted about 6 months before it randomly puffed black smoke, and stopped working. Well past any help from vapor world. The third was just purchased about four days ago. A wismec predator. This one auto fires, randomly shuts off completely, and wont read atomizer (no matter which of the ten or so I put on it).WE pay a premium to shop these stores, we should be provided premium service. VAPOR WORLD claims to be the Premier vape lounge, and yet it cant afford to take care of product issues, or be bothered to deal with their vendors on our behalf when defects occur. The only reason I gave two stars on this review is for the convenience of being able to get basic emergency items without worry (cotton,wire, maybe a battery).

The Walmart of vapor stores. The crew here needs a bit more polishing, and some education on building rtas, etc. At least one friendly young lady at the Branson location.

If it says open till 11pm on your website, then it should stay open till 11. Its currently 9:50pm and this is the only opened vape shop without having to make a trip to a different city. Very disappointed. Would give it a one but the people, while its opened, are friendly and help if they can. -2 stars for false information.
