Jon always listens closely to detect my current physical issues and adjusts his regimen accordingly to address them. I really appreciate his focus and attentiveness. Other therapists I have been assigned in the past may listen intently, but in the end, only deliver their same auto-pilot routine and this can be very disappointing and dissatisfying. Not so, for Jon.I also very much appreciate his technical competency with respect to the deep tissue and facial massage elevations that I elect to receive.

We booked massages for a girls day for 3 people. We had a 2.5 hour drive to get to our appointments. We received 2 texts and a phone call the week before asking if we could move one massage to 11:30 because one therapist moved her hours. I said we were coming 2.5 hours for a girls day and I booked here so we could all get in at the same time. They said they understood and she would just come in the hour early. We took off and were an hour from the massage place when they sent us a text saying one of our three were canceled. We called and they offered to get us one an hour later. The therapist had an emergency. Seem strange? So we asked what kind of compensation we could get with a whole day planned and now we had to move other things. They said they offered to get us in an hour later which is what they wanted in the first place. Then they offered to add elevation to the massage, but that was all they could do. Very bad business canceled all three, day ruined.

Joanna was amazing! Very impressed with how well she got through my tight muscles and knots. If you’re wanting a firm, deep tissue massage Joanna is your girl!

I had been a member with massage heights for years and recently had hands down one of the worst experiences with them. Bad enough that I’ll write a public review and continuously discourage anyone asking about their work. Back in March I had called and inquired about what potentially canceling my membership would entail. When I spoke to the person at the front desk they let me know I’d have to speak to a manager to get more information because they weren’t sure what protocol was and how a cancellation would effect my credits. They told me they wrote a sticky note on the computer with my name and number for their manager to get back in touch with me. No one followed up on either end. My husband (finance at the time) had a membership there and had a massage in early June where as he was checking out asked about my membership/them contacting me. At that time they informed him that I needed to come in and use my 12 credits because they expired in two weeks due to “my membership being cancelled”. He was confused and called me to let me know what he had heard.I then called them because as far as I had known my membership wasn’t cancelled. When I called I explained the situation to the girl at the front desk and she informed me that according to what she was reading my membership was cancelled back in March. I told her I didn’t understand what happened and why it would be cancelled since I had only asked what cancelling would look like. At that point she said that the only way I could retain my credits was to open a whole new membership which would require a years commitment AND an activation fee. I asked if there were any other options and she said she’d put me in touch with her manager. Fast forward a full week of me calling (playing phone tag) and I finally got the manager on the phone. After explaining everything again she informed me that she was the one that actually saw the sticky note and that what she understood via the note was that I wanted her to cancel the membership NOT that I was asking about what would happen if I did and apologized for the misunderstanding on their part. I thanked her for the apology and asked if there was a chance we could just reinstate it that way I could use some of my points and they can still get paid. She said no she couldn’t do that. I asked if there was a chance I could maybe even transfer some (even just half) of them to my fiancé. She said they had options for that during Covid but that it wasn’t possible now. I then asked what I COULD do since I really didn’t want to commit to a whole new year. At that point she told me the only option would be to sign a contract membership for ANOTHER year. She did offer to wave my membership fee, but realistically I was very put off by the lack of empathy and unwillingness to help in a situation where I was being punished for their misunderstanding. I never received any communication via email or through text that my membership was being cancelled. No one talked to me on the phone and got the official “yes please cancel it”. This was all because a sticky note left on a computer. Overall the massage therapists there I’ve had have been good but ultimately unless you’re trying to get shafted out of $1200 worth of massages over a misunderstanding on their end where they then try to extort you for another year of payments I’d go somewhere else.

I would never go here again. After canceling my massage because the therapist isnt here today, I was overcharged because the appointment was rescheduled wrong. That was 4 days ago now, and the person who takes care of refunds hasnt bothered to call me. Apparently, shes not actually there very often.Unprofessional on 2 counts. When someone is overcharged, you refund them SAME DAY. You dont ask them to call and email and give them the runaround.I gave 3 stars because the massage therapist was nice, and he did a good massage. Johnathan 😊

Nothing against Massage Heights. But, they do have an employee there named Trevor Grefe that defends racist remarks his friends make. As a person of color and an ally. I would not feel comfortable with him workings on my body and I will never choose to come here while hes still an employee.

Mia does wonderful work! My chiropractor even noticed a positive decrease in muscle tension throughout my body. Shes very good at eliminating aches and soreness. Highly recommend her appointments!

You can tell Trevor takes his work seriously. He is attentive to my problem areas, taking extra time where needed to relieve pain and tension. I feel so much better after seeing him and highly recommend him!

I have called several times to cancel but their policy requires you to talk to someone that simply isn’t available. They charged me again after I’ve expressed my intent to cancel. The service was fine but I do not recommend becoming a member. Finally got a hold of the front desk- they were not understanding and rude, they hung up on me. 5/15/24

The Ingersoll location is a nice retreat. My wife had been going there for a fee years with the membership. In Oct 2022, she became unemployed and used up her credits and asked to stop her membership until shes able to renew.However, in May 2023 we started getting charged $74.99 per month again. I didnt actually realize it was the charge for her as I also have a MH membership at another location.I realized it in November and left them a message but no response. I stopped by in December and asked but was told there was no manager available. I did book a massage for a few weeks out for myself and came in Mid-January. Again I asked. The gal said they sent email to my wife. She had responded but still nothing.So now here we are an entire year later and I see another pending charge of $74.99. This now makes 13 months in arow that Massage Heights Ingersoll has taken from our checking account even after in October 2022 my wife asked to have it stopped.Was there a glitch in their system that started the payment back ?And without authorization? Two weeks ago my wife asked them to contact me as she was going out of town for a 5 days. I wasnt contacted. I also called there and left a voicemail and asked to be called but again. No contact.Today, I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was on her day off.As of now, we have had $974.87 deducted from our checking account. I even went a spell of 6+ months unemployed which didnt help either.Its time to get the BBB and Massage Heights Corporate management involved because this is not good business practice.

I asked for a deep, firm massage since Ive been having muscle aches from working out a lot. My masseuse applied the perfect pressure and it felt amazing on my sore muscles. Definitely recommend!

Jon at Massage Heights is one of the BEST massage therapists to whom I’ve ever gone. He listens well to what I ask him to do, and is very thorough with his work. He adjusts the pressure to what I need and makes sure he pays attention to the areas that need more work. He’s an excellent therapist!

Had my first massage in three years on 3/27 and had Kyle as my masseuse. He asked a few quick questions about what Id like done and what Id like focused on. He was SO attentive and really made sure to focus on my stress holding areas (my neck, shoulders, and upper back). I walked out feeling like a weight was lifted off my back! Thank you so much, Kyle!

The facility is clean and peaceful, the staff is helpful, and the service is very professional. I loved my massage with Joanna because of the open dialog combined with her skill. It’s clear that she’s focused on helping me leave in the best state of mind possible. Definitely want to go back to this location!

Trevor’s touch was intuitive - he not only listened to me regarding my areas of concern, he was able to pinpoint others during my massage! It was a wonderfully healing experience!

Sad Melisa had to go on leave for 6wks so decided to try John. My 1st time he definitely hit the tight spots deep. I always request deep tissue and John nailed it 100%. I have to say John has impressed me! I have officially switched all my appts to John. My husband Eric just had his 1st massage with John. I even called him to ask how was it. He said Ive never felt that sore ever. But it was a good sore. A++++

I had a horrible experience here, Kyle was my therapist he did not give a full body massage, he only massage my back, and arms, my lower back, hips, and thighs never got touched my calves and feet got massage maybe 4 minutes between the both of them. then when he was done, which was only 40 minutes (not an hour) he said get up slowly from the table, then walked out, never seen him again. they didnt offer you water.The lady that gave my husband a massage barely did his legs and feet , he has restless legs syndrome and did not get what he needed at all.Would not recommend this place at all. when i talked to the manager about all this she offered a free service but who wants to go back after that bad of service. I told her no thank the service was terrible why would we come back. The manager also stated to me so you feel what you wanted addressed didnt get addressed and I said it was a Full body massage and our whole body was not addressed so the job was not done correctly. Then she said ok well we use this for a teaching moment with them, never offered even part of our money back.Do you self a favor and dont go here!

John at Massage Heights Ingersoll is the reason I keep going back. He can do any kind of massage you like but for me to goal is pain reduction, specifically migraine. The tension I was carrying with me was causing daily headaches. I was initially seeing him a couple times a month but we’ve reduced that to once a month now that my pain is under control. No other therapists has given those kinds of results. I recommend him to everyone and give gift cards to see him whenever it’s appropriate.

Friday 4/19 5:30 Appointment 1.5 SessionThis all started when I checked out and left. After I got into my car, I received notification my card got process by Massage Height for $239.99. So, I went back in and asked the reception why my card got processed when I had more than enough credits in my membership bank to be pulled from.Receptionist: I just closed the invoice, that all I did.Client: As a member my services are always pull from my credit bank and that I have more than enough credit to cover my 1 ½ hrs session so it should not have process a payment for that services from my card.Receptionist: All I did was closed the invoice, then she turned to the off-duty Meuse behind her and said that all I did right? The off-duty Meuse said Yes and that Id have to call the office to get it corrected.Client: When I got home, I called the number for that location thinking that a manager would be available to assist me, but I got the same receptionist. She said that a manager will not be available until Monday so I said that I would call Monday. Before I hung up, I thought to myself maybe she’s new and some steps got missed so I asked, ‘are you new?’ and she said no I’ve been working here for a while. Then I said ok, I’ll call back Monday.Saturday Afternoon: 2:27PMMassage Height Assistant Director: Called me, left me a v-msg. She apologized for the incident and resolve the issue with the payment that got pulled; then she said there was a note from the receptionist and off duty Meuse that said I called the receptionist incompetent and that she shouldn’t be working there (which is 100% FALSE) and that my membership would be cancelled because of that.Me: I called the Massage Height Assistant Director back and express how disappointed I was of the actions taken without any inputs from me. I said what the receptionist reported was 100% false, I only asked if she was new because that has never happened to me throughout the years as a member. Somehow that got interrupt as ‘me calling her incompetent and that she shouldn’t be working there’. For me and some people I think it’s common to ask questions when something changes.Massage Height Assistant Director: Stated that since two staff members reported the incident that was enough for her to move forward with the cancellation of my membership and that I’d have 90 to use up the remaining balance of my credits.Client: I said why would I want to visit your establishment if you’re cancelling my membership, I want refund for my credit.Massage Height Assistant Director: That’s not the policyClient: I said I’d report this incident to the BBB and she said that’s fine has a good day.Client: This ruin my weekend, not because I’m no longer a member but from a personal perspective. I manage a group of IT professionals and when we encounter issues like this where a client is not happy, I put a lot of effort into researching the issue before rendering any decisions. This incident was not conducted fairly and from a professional perspective it was not conducted with any curtesy to me as the client.I hope/wish there is a camera at the receptionist desk/area, that would have protected me a client from these false accusations but it is what it is so I’ll move on and will give it some thought as to filing a complaint with the BBB.Just to be clear, the 5 stars rating is for all the Meuse especially Jon, they do a great job!

Quite a few issues...I didnt get my full massage time. I know the 60 minutes includes up to a 10 minute consultation, but even with that, I was on the table for my massage at 9:33 and my therapist was done by 10:20. Shouldnt it have gone until 10:30 still?I didnt get my choice of complimentary aromatherapy since I was a first time user.My massage therapist also didnt focus on the area I wanted her to focus on. Probably about 1/4 of my massage was on the area Im having issues with.Overall, pretty unhappy with what I paid for the massage and doubt Ill be coming back.

I have been a member of Massage Heights on Ingersoll for over 2 years. I have a massage once a month. Trevor is the best massage therapist Ive had! Trevor listens to what I want done, uses the correct amount of pressure, gets all my knots out, and answers any questions I have. I feel amazing when Trevor is finished! I highly recommend the Massage Heights on Ingersoll and Trevor!!

I recommend Massage Heights to all my friends!! I 1st started with JaNan then God had other plans for her. She recommended Melisa who will get the job done, so was only getting massages from her. Then Melisa was out for a couple of weeks. She recommended Braxi, yes Braxi has great deep tissue massages! I appreciate the focus and the dedication each of these ladies put into their God gifted talent the Lord has blessed them with!! I have experienced a better knee with getting a Massage when I could barely walk on it. My knee has been amazing ever since! Now my husband & I are booked every 2 weeks up tell July to get massages because we feel it is so important! Also, they ask if you want deep tissue Massage or medium or light. I always chose deep and never disappointed! My husband says, If it isnt Melisa it isnt worth it. I do say Melisa is the best but Im grateful for Braxi as she has met my needs. Now I have now switched to Jon cuz Melisa was out for recovery for 6wks. Jon has the deeper tissue technique that has helped my muscles even more! I do feel the deep muscles massaged the next days knowing I think my muscle were out of place! It just doesnt seem like 1hr is enough. I think Ill tell them to tell me You have 30min left Now you have 15min left We always look forward to our massages each month. They also accept Health Savings Plan HSA for payment.

I was referred to Kyle by a friend. I also would refer him to anyone that is looking for a massage. Professional, talked just enough to let me relax, worked very hard on my areas of troubles. Then at the end gave me advise on some stretches to continue at home. I was worried about being sore today but really not to bad. I am returning in a month.

Melisa does a great job every time. My wife and I both see her. Whether its only upper body or full body, she does exactly what we need for deep tissue recovery from our workouts and daily life.

Kyle is always incredible all around, extremely professional and allows you to relax. If you enjoy deep pressure, he’s your guy.

I was very disappointed with my experience. This is the first time Ive walked away from a massage not feeling relaxed and happy.The website makes a lot of claims about stuff that didn’t come to fruition. On the First Time Visit page, it says you’ll receive a “full tour of our upscale retreat.” I didn’t get that, but I’m not sure if there was more to see than the basic front lobby and the individual treatment rooms anyway.“Your licensed Therapist will ask you some questions during the pre-consultation to understand certain things such as your stress level, lifestyle, medical history, and other things.” My massage therapist talked to me for maybe 30 seconds, didn’t go over any of this stuff, and didn’t even make an effort to get to know me or my needs. I fill out a long intake form about myself as well, and I don’t think anyone even looked at it. Supposedly, aromatherapy is a complimentary option, but it was not offered to me and it wasn’t an option when I scheduled my appointment as an add-on either.I wish they were a little more forthcoming with their times too. I booked a 60-minute massage, but you don’t get a 60-minute massage. It wasn’t until after I booked my massage, that I saw this disclaimer with the confirmation email. Session time includes 10 minutes of pre- and post-therapist consultation. But again, I didn’t really get a “consultation.” I was asked what areas I wanted to work on and what pressure at the beginning, and at the end I was told to just drink water and keep my body active.If you’re looking for a basic, no-frills massage, this place will probably be fine for you. But for me, I plan on taking my business somewhere that’s a bit more warm and welcoming.

Jon is the best!!!! Everytime he gets better! He got out all the knots and believe me it hurt but I feel like a new person today….jon puts the meaning “it hurts so good” into real life!

I didn’t want to leave without a huge thanks to the several LMTs that have taken great care of me, although I am canceling my membership due only to my own life changes. Kyle and Joanna have been favorites that, as of writing this, are still there - and I highly recommend both (especially for deep tissue!). The management/staff even repeatedly worked with me as I needed to use up old credits but knew I couldn’t continue for long. Quality of massage with the therapists I have stuck with over the years has been incredible for the price - which meant that I didn’t struggle to leave good tips for those actually giving the massages. Atmosphere: good. Health and safety: good in times of Covid and I’m an over-cautious person. And I always felt like my body was treated with respect and kindness. I truly believe that those I visited regularly genuinely did their best every time and recognized the value their service provides. I’m sad about having to cancel, but I know I’ll drop in when I can.

I have had some decent experiences at this location and been a customer for more than a year. But after going into the location for an appointment to be told that they no longer had an aesthetician on staff so I couldnt get my facial I booked, consistent poor communication, no resolution for mishap and multiple last min cancellations (within the hour of my appointments) I felt the need to write this bad review.I have been trying to cancel my membership from you and you keep ignoring my emails. Why have the form on your site if you arent going to respond?

I always feel better afterwards. The therapist always listens to my needs and fixes for me. I want to go 2 times a week. But no time need more money.

Purchased a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. We both have had many massages in the past, but have never been to a Massage Heights location before but were expecting a bit more. Staff was friendly. But even for the first time customer intro rates, $60 per person I felt that it was overpriced for the quality of the massage we both received. We felt that there could have been more effort from both massage therapists we both booked a firm deep tissue massage and it was far from that. They also spent a lot of time on areas such as our wrist/hand/foot - not what I pay $ to get a massage for, and our 60-minute session ended 10 minutes early - so it was only about 50 minutes long... Thankfully since it was our first time there we didnt have to pay their standard rates of $100/hour per person - not including tip. We definitely wont be back.

If I could rank no stars I would. I had one of those monthly memberships where they would pull out $70 or so dollars a month for over a year. I had several months where I didn’t book a massage as I was busy with school and clinical. So after a year I was like ok I’m not using it every month I’m going to cancel my membership. Well they were great to tell me in the beginning if I didn’t use my massage it would carry over. What they failed to really bring to my attention was if you cancel your membership you lose all your massages you PAID for and didn’t use. I ended up out over $500. Lesson learned my bad for not reading the fine print but had I known I would have used my massages back to back and then cancelled my membership because after all I did pay for them. When I called I got attitude from the staff and was overall disgusted with my experience. Don’t make my mistake!!!!!

Made an appointment for an hour massage, showed up way early to assure time wouldn’t be wasted with paperwork, changing, etc and they still started 15 minutes late AND ended 10 minutes early. I paid for a full hour and maybe got 35 min. Had a lot of back pain and was super excited for my appointment, but ultimately it was disappointing.

Buyers be ware of there membership.there will be several things they do not tell you. For example the only way you can cancel the membership is if you have doctors orders other than that you can not cancel for that year. They say you can cancel but they are still going to take the money out for the year. Why would anyone do that??? Biggest is that after the year you have to give 30 day notice in writing at the location you can’t call to cancel you can’t send email in person only. I found this out after I called earlier in the year they said my year was up in May and to call back. So I called in May And was told no I now have to give thirty day notice and in writing at the store. So now I have been paying for 13 months and when I went in to the branch completely rude I asked the gentleman (I use that word loosely) so now that I have filled this out you will stop withdrawing from my account? He said word for word “ I don’t know I just give you the paperwork.” Wow talking about a run around I’m still not sure if they will find yet another loop hole to debit my account again. Every-time I call I get a different story. Definitely not worth all of this and it’s funny that the gentleman did know what policy was because when I talked to a rep earlier she said that I had to do it today even though it’s mother day and I had a sick child. Wow they really care about you and your relaxation and health. Complete rip off

I visited the Ingersoll location on Thursday, 11/5/20. I showed up at 3:50 for my 4pm massage but was not called back until 4:05. I even checked in online the day before so there would not be any hold up due to Covid. My massage started at 4:12 (I made sure to look at the time in the room) and by 4:53 my massage was over. I was at the front desk by 4:58 and asked the front desk gal whether the massage was scheduled for 60 minutes vs the 41 minutes I got. She responded 60 minutes but that they do give customers 10 mins to change/get ready. Ummm WHAT? If I am paying for a 60 minute massage then I expect a 60 minute massage! This actually happened to me one other time (a year or so ago) at this location but I figured I would give them another change. I would highly recommend you keep your money and take your business elsewhere! What a rip-off

Appointment was for 11. Didnt get taken back to the room until 11:07. Was told my hour massage would end by 12 because I had a 12 oclock facial. Massage didnt start until 11:15. Facial was right next door and had a sliding door access. Since they were out of clean robes, I was told to re-dress just so I could un-dress again. The hour facial didnt get started until 12:15. I paid for 2 one-hour services and got 1-30 minute body massage which was only a spot massage since there wasnt enough time, which included a 10 minute foot massage, supposed to be 15, and 1-45 minute facial. Its not feasible to schedule people on the hour when services are an hour long. You should try scheduling 15 minutes after the previous appointment. That way the client gets what they paid for and the employee has time to clean up between them and be on time for their appointments. Otherwise your still cheating people out of their money.

Massage can be super pricey but not here. Membership keeps me taking care of myself. ❤️I feel safe and cared for at MH Ingersoll, from reception to exit. I’ve been a member since before COVID, and no penalty for staying away for 18 months. Everyone I’ve seen here is wearing a mask, including other members in the lobby.✨IMHO, Remember to tip at least $20 per service. Your tips keep quality professionals in a place where the prices stay low.

Overpriced for service. My first experience was pleasant. I was charged 70 dollars for a 1 hour massage. On my 2nd trip to this location I was charged 90 dollars for a 1 hour massage and 40 dollars for an elevation which was hot stones. 40 dollars to warm up some rocks and place them on my back? I got up to the counter and about had a heart attack when the receptionist said my total was 130. And that was of course not considering the tip I left. This is highly overpriced for the quality and service you get. I dont understand why you charge your return clients a higher price. Baffaling. The therapist was nice, but she was not top notch. I can go get a much better massage at Aveda for an hour for 70 dollars. Easy to say I wont be back.

First thing I want to say is my massage was good. No complaints with masseuse. My problem was our couple massage was scheduled for 2 pm, got there early to fill out paperwork. Never got called back to room until 2:08, then had to talk about what kind of massage I was looking for. So massage didnt start until almost 15 minutes after the hour. When massage was done and I got up to get dressed it was 5 minutes before the hour. So I paid for hour massage and got maybe 40 minutes. Never going back.

Poor experience with scheduling my appointment. I had scheduled an appt for me and my son as a surprise for him, both on a Monday a couple weeks prior. I spoke with a live person, so not done through the online option. I took the day off work for it. I got a call The Sunday late afternoon before the day of our appts to tell me they do not have an esthetician working tomorrow, so I will need to reschedule. And my son was scheduled in as a double book, so couldnt do him either. So sadly, Ive not been a customer.

I am not usually one for complaining. This location has terrible customer service. Manipulation of customers to make a few dollars. I will say the therapist are great. Management has problems. I was unable to cancel my membership. I asked multiple times to have my monthly ACH from my credit card stopped and they always said it would get taken care of. This went on for three months before they sent me a letter to cancel the contract.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

A great massage and the perfect way to end my day

Was offered a membership for $49.99 a month in which I was told could be cancelled at any time during the signing up process. WRONG! I have been changed $49.99 a month for the last 8 months with no way to cancel it! I cannot afford this and have been put into a negative in my bank account because of this. This is the most frustrating thing every. Massages are fine, Ive had better. But DO NOT sign up for a membership unless you are absolutely positive you want it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Very unsatisfied.

The facility is clean and inviting, although you can hear louder individuals at times. Staff is very helpful in scheduling and offering a variety of options, even on Sundays. The massage can definitely be hit or miss, depending on the therapist you get.

Amazing massage! My boyfriend & I had a couples massage with Amie and Shannon. It was phenomenal. They listened, they helped, they cared. Definitely going back!

Ive tried several of the therapist and have thoroughly enjoyed the massages. I suggest you mention to the retreat director the type of massage that you enjoy the best...for me, I like deep tissue.

Jackie does an amazing job! I try to go once a month and I get a medium pressure massage. She can work out all the knots in my upper back and shoulders.

Every masseuse is different, but good in their own way. The staff is friendly. They are on time. They are sensitive to any needs or requests.

You may have to change people often but they always hire great therapists. I happened to lose a great job and they were able to work with me while I was on the hunt for a new one. They are awesome!

They employ some of the cities best/top massage therapist. They have recently added the top facial estheticians to their staff too who do incredible works. The administrative staff is so professional and helpful. You always walk out feeling you got more than you paid for. Massages should be a regular part of your health routine. Walk in to my appointment and they say they tried calling to cancel. They called 10 minutes before the appointment..... Another instance I wanted to go in and get a gift card for a friend but they were closed, even though their hours said they should be open..? It was 10am on a weekday. Worst customer service!!!
