Such an amazing experience. I asked questions and was pointed right to what I needed. And the products worked amazingly. I bought these products for my daughter and they have worked wonders. No more pain from terrible cramps.

Y’all, don’t sleep on this shop. They genuinely go above and beyond. From the inventory they have to the customer services itself, These awesome folks are the truth. ** I know your hours but that is the problem you are not open at reasonable hours for me and frankly it is insulting that you really think I couldnt read a sign. *** Would love to find out if they are any good but everytime I come by they are closed.

Great store most of the time, besides the fact their carts clog constantly, especially these 2 gram ones. They get so clogged they become unusable, in an attempt to inclog this I shattered the glass. They refused to do anything about it, last 3 two gram carts have all become clogged beyond repair by halfway point, which is a waste of money...

Alex was was super helpful, I learned a lot about Delta 9, THCa and a lot more. I was able to pick up some goodies, I will follow up with results later!

I walked in the front door and was greeted by one of the employees but was from my understanding, half owner. We talked and met each other and he took care of my needs, simple and easy. My first time there and it wont be my last !!!!!

Love this place. Very helpful, kind, you feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I want to give a huge shout out to Suzanne Pulcher. I came in upset one day crying and she met me right at the door and gave me a hug. I really needed that hug and she didnt know it, but could sense it. Shes by far the sweetest beautiful lady with a big heart and beautiful soul. I want to give recognition to her for being such an amazing sales lady and making people feel welcome.

I’m honestly just upset I didn’t know of American Shaman sooner. I’ve been making drives down to Missouri in the interim which will be avoidable going forward. So much time and money wasted. Eternally thankful to have this store close by so that I can stay stocked.

I love this place!. I was not familiar with the health advantages of CBD, then on a trip to Des Moines a family member recommended a visit to American Shaman in West Des Moines. Suzanne was there the day I went and she was very patient, answered all of my questions and even recommended a product for my dogs as well. I have had experience where people tell you anything to get you to buy a product, however, Suzanne is very knowledgeable. What she said the product will do, It has done and I have been very pleased with my purchase.

CBD Shaman is always full of the nicest people! They are very knowledgeable and have helped me in multiple occasions as I tried to decide what new product I wanted to try. My favorite is the honey sticks! I take them a few hours before bed to help me sleep. Overall, a wonderful shop.

I’ve been using the CBD patch and lotion for 5 days now. I see less pain in my bad hip, ham string pull and knee replacement soreness. I’m still experimenting with how often I need to apply the treatments. Doesn’t reduce the pain to zero but the improvement is amazing. Sure make’s quality of life more bearable.
