The nicest kindest workers and owner Cody is the owner. Addie and Carter are the workers that I have dealt with. They both go above and beyond. I have to give a special shout out to Addie. This young lady is so kind helpful and if they do not have a product or juice that you want. She will work and search until she find somewhere to order it And also contact you when it arrives. How sweet is that? That is excellent excellent excellent customer service. The owner must treat his employees very well because they reap with very positive attitudes. You can tell they love their jobs and I just can’t say enough good about it they are the best vape shop in Des Moines Iowa, love each and everyone of you very much. My cousin is a new vaper, former cigarette smoker. We went into the shop on Douglas Ave and Addie was incredible. She explained everything, was very knowledgeable, patient and overall one of the best people I have encountered in a retail setting with in many years. Cory the owner was great too. I would recommend this place to anybody that vapes!!

I dont even vape, but I found this shop carries some of my favorite products I needed and they were very helpful in showing me what they had. I will be stopping by here now since this shop is way closer to me than other shops. Very nice people on the phone and in person. Rewards punch card is cool, too.

This place is awesome! Theyve been extremely helpful and I found my favorite e-juice here :-) and is a wonderful store with wonderful employees! Im consistently pleased with their level of dedication! They were out of a particular product and then they told me they would call me when they got it in! And they call me the very night they received my juice :-) definitely check this place out its worth the drive even!

The guy at the counter (I should have got his name) was very helpful and kind. He listened, and discussed ideas with a very high level of knowledge and honesty. The shop when I first went in was cold feeling, and very cramped. Now it is very warm, and even with the small space the lighting is done so well that I could have lost many more hours chatting and chillin. Thanks again! Keep up the good work!

The staff is always super helpful. They have a great selection on juice flavors and a moderate selection of mods. They thankfully require masks for in-store purchases and have curb side as an option as well. 10/10 would recommend.

We stopped in from Madison, Wisconsin. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got a warm welcome, had a great conversation about vape stuff and left there with some excellent ejuice. Good prices, a great selection and friendly service makes this our go-to shop whenever we visit Iowa.

Great advice & very helpful! I broke a tank that I didnt even buy from there & they just happened to have the piece I needed from another tank they had received that broke in shipping. Swapped it out for me at no charge. Have been back twice since then & I continue to get great service.

I have spent countless dollars at this shop and was saving my whole punches. Guess what it back fired had just about 20 dollars off for my next purchase and they turn me away.said they cant except it since people was ripping them off. Its the price of doing business honor the punches and stop punching more cards, sure you lose a little but you made the offer accept it the lose and honor my points. I spent over 300 bucks there plus bring people all the the time.... well I use to. I even left my card with the punches and my number maybe the owner would message me saying sorry or just anything. I hate to be this way I wanna help small shops. But shady and Id rather give someone who honors there word my money

Nice Vape products and the liquid is smooth you dont have to worry about hacking up on you on you any flavor from this place. I think they are a little pricier than some of the other establishments in town if you the full flavor and experience you will be willing to pay the difference

They sell defective equipment bout a free max tank from there went to change the coil that came with it to a three mesh coil tank was hard to get off when I did get it off the connection pin fell out in my hand I then took it in and the girl who was working auto fired it twice and said it looks like it works to me then took it off and said the pin seems to be intact but it moved side to side and shouldn’t the enexperience from the employees and management are ridiculous as a vapor you know the difference by the cloud production and taste of some is wrong also took it to an vape shop u use most but didn’t carry the free max at the time I bought it and he looked at it and called the manufacturer they said it was defective but this shop still said they won’t replace it or my money so I’d advise you to go to another shop plus the one employee was very condisending very rude right from the git so I would spend the extra money somewhere else if I was you!!!!! Ps you get what you pay for and I refuse to save a few bucks on junk lol

Was an awesome place with staff that helps make sure you try the juices to find what you like and dont end up going home with a bottle you dont. Very friendly. Good prices.

After visiting almost every vape shop in town, I can say that Atomic Cloud is the best bet. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, huge product selection, and a friendly, comfortable experience for a beginner vaper such as myself.

The owner is down right rude and disrespectful. I will never go back since Calem is not there now. The owner knows nothing about vaping he relied on his manager to do it all mean while treating him horribly I do not recommend this vape shop.

This place use to be great until Calem left. The owner is extremely unprofessional and has no idea what a vape is or how to even sell a vape you are better off going to a different vape shop then this one dont waste your time here in either locations

Didnt know what kangertech occ or ssocc coil was lol we dont sell those yea u do everyone sells those i dont like vape shops i prefer online as with anything online is best
