They are always very helpful. They were out of my go to vape juice so the young man working suggested another flavor & it was great!

Horrible experience, very rude staff I will not be returning to this shop. I went in asking for something on the lighter side and the guy who assisted me gave off the impression that he didn’t really know the products he was selling. If you’re looking for a better place with people that actually know what they’re talking about I had a great experience at the Despensary.

Ive been going here for over a year. The last 6-9 months its always the same staff they know what I want and know my face. Which is great! Even though Im a huge pain in their butts always happy and go out of their ways to help.

This place is super easy to get to. I’m a truck driver, and upon calling ahead of time, Shawn was able to give me easy directions and even offered ample truck parking. The shop is clean and Shawn was super helpful and made my visit pleasant. Go see Shawn! He gotchu👍🏼

The two guys working today (6/17/23) made my day once again. Just got back in town and they had my juice stocked and made it a great experience, per usual. Sorry I dont know your names, but I appreciate the both of you guys 🤝

4 years ago i rated this place 4 stars. Yes they are still good even now. Ive had some opps with there products. but ive always told them the issuse and they always come out on top to help fix the issuse. never left unsatisfied. But this past year has been a roller coster of fun. I want to shout out to shawn the manager, who works at the 14th and euclid store. He has been the main person to help out me and my husband. As well as Rowen who used to work at this location till Rowen moved stores. Will be coming back like always!

Shawn was One of the most friendliest people that I’ve never had to deal with… Nice clean place and very well organized I’d recommend this place to anybody and everybody… I wish I could give you 10 stars

Had a pretty bad time in here the other day. I haven’t vaped in a few years so needed some coils and vape juice and maybe my knowledge of wasnt the best anymore when it came to vape stuff. I tell the lady I’m looking for some freemax double mesh .2 coils. She’s like uhh well we have a lot of freemax coils. I was like okay If you show me the coils i can tell you which one. Then she just says what’s ur name to look me up in the system. I tell her my name and say I haven’t been here for a few years. Well she doesn’t find anything in the system. So she asks me what’s the color of the box, blue or black? I say I think black but I can confirm if you show me the coil. So she gets out the box and asks is this the one? I say idk can I see the coil, she takes it out and I confirm that is the correct coil and tell her. She’s like you know there was picture on the box right? I just say okay I’m sorry. On to juice, I tell the lady I used to get this skittle flavored juice on this wall back when I was vaping (west wall.) she doesn’t even look or ask questions, just in a rude manor says well if it was on that wall it was going out of stock and we don’t have it, again I say I’m sorry and I didn’t know. She does actually eventually seem helpful when she’s like you may like Ice Fruitia. I just say okay since I just want to leave. Well I get home and try the juice and it’s some menthol juice…….. she didn’t even tell me this, kinda think you would right??? Well anyways I had a horrible experience and stuck with menthol vape juice that I would never have gotten if I known. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Staff are great my issue with this location is the product isnt great, they had good vapes and stopped carrying them I wish they carried MR Fogs and Escobar XXLs because those are my favorite and they’re the closest location to me but I’ma have to keep taking my drive to another vapeshop because I am not smoking on hyve bars (only thing they have for dispos now) if you prefer smoking out of an actual mod this location is great for you.

Customer service makes this vape shop run circles around others! I stock up when in Des Moines because i love this staff and will remain a loyal customer!!

I am at this location and the rest of them all the time. Most of the staff knows me, and they are all absolutely wonderful! If you know what you want they can help, if you dont know what you want they can help you! Absolutely the best stores around! Im a loyal customer and I have spent far too much each time lol great selection and great people!!!Many know me by name and know what i want when I walk in:) now to start getting new bigger super tanks and new ones of the colored ones that I have:) Great job guys!!!

Excellent customer service; knowledgeable, patient and took the time to school me on just what I needed to suit my vape needs and how to use it. Ill definitely be a regular customer and recommend to friends!

The ladies there are absolutely amazing. Went in there for more cotton for my mod and walked out with new coils and cotton. If I lived closer to the area I would make this place my number 1 go-to shop for anything vape related. Had amazing conversation with them while looking at the pre-built coils. Definitely recommend going in here if youre in the area.

Wonderful sales people. They know the information u need about Vapors. Fun place to shop. Dex is a great manager. Very understanding when I was going through 1 of my nervous break-downs.

Have enjoyed this shop in a huge way over the years. I plan on stopping soon to see if they have empty bottles that I can use for mixing juices. Am hoping that they do. I miss Evan not being there as he was my favorite. However, other employees have always treated me well.

One of the better online stores by way of price. The flavors are so so, out of the 4 Ive ordered, 2 were good. Great price on coils, problem is, the are out of stock most of the time.

My first expieriance of going in the place and it will be the last. I am always looking for new shops to try rather than order the stuff online. The lady thst was working was one of the most unknowlegable rudest people I have ever seen. I left empty handed and went and gave another local shop my business. I would not recommend wasting your time on this establishment. I am all about buying local but when you are rude to customers you honestly will not get my business.

I would say this is another hidden treasure stop next door and realized I havent been here yet very friendly people very knowledgeable if you have any questions place looks amazingly clean and who knew you get the two best worlds in one chocolate and THC and CBD mix what a trio

10/16/2021 visit to 3701 E 14th St store. My visit to this store was a delight.Rowan and Reece were very helpful with my questions and purchase. They were full of smiles and good cheer. MArnold

I needed a new ecig and they were great helping me find the right one. They took their time and answered every question I had and even gave advice on things I hadnt considered.Ive found I can buy a couple things cheaper online but I still make all my purchases here. Their customer service is great and definitely worth the few extra $. Id happily recommend to anyone.

I regret not getting this awesome human beings name but I stopped at CIV around noon today to grab some juice and the woman working (Saturday, October 30th) really put a smile on my face and gave me the best experience Ive ever had here. Wow. Ashley at the Hickman location was simply amazing. She got my old tank cleaned up and then even helped me upgrade to a new unit that I feel would truly be more helpful in my success. She didnt pressure me and was extremely helpful. Central Iowa Vapors has definitely earned my ongoing business!!! I cant wait to visit again soon to get my significant other set up!!!

Love the customer service Tyler is awesome. I can be a difficult customer especially when it comes to a flavor juice and brand but I have been going there for over a year now and the employees pretty much know what I like and let me know of any new juice that Id like ☺️

The customer service that I received was horrible. It took their team almost three months to tell me that my $225.00 134 Mini I-Taste could not be fixed by their technician. Me, my wife and my father have been loyal customers since the day they opened and they decided to end our relationship by telling me that I am out of luck. At least they offered me a free bottle of juice that I cannot use. If you would like more details about this complaint, please contact me.

Friendly, but not very good for their customer service. I was the 1st person in their shop, they helped me, I needed further help, they helped new customers as they came thru the door. I was there 45 minutes, they lost a 60.00 sale. Wont go back there again

My visit was a wonderful experience, the lady that helped me was very attentive and professional. She took the time to walk me through 2 different modes and gave me her professional opinion as to which one I should get. Im bringing my brother back today so he can get hooked up with the ecig experience.

Owner stole my ID and said that my age wasn’t correct because he scanned it wrong. He was extremely rude and held my ID hostage as I was trying to go to work. I literally had to call the cops for him to re scan my ID and told me he made a mistake. DONT SHOP HERE. What a joke of a business.

Top notch customer service! Also, I broke a battery at about fifteen minutes before closing and called to see if theyd stay open a little later so I could come in that evening for a replacement. Monica said it wasnt a problem at all, and I didnt have to go a night without vaping. Love these folks!

Awesome staff! Went in with virtually no knowledge and they answered all of my questions. They have a sick trial station where you can pick any flavors in prefilled tanks and use one of their batteries to put together. They also have disposable tips for you to put on. Also, they have so many flavors! The selections are great and, like I said, an awesome staff who helps out anybody of any vape level

Great customer service, best products and a wide variety of juices. They have continued to take care of me ever since I started vaping, always happy to stay open late for me time after time. Dont know what Id do without them.

Always super helpful and incredibly dedicated to customer service. I once spent an hour in the store while they tried everything the could think of to retro fit my Janty to an american made charger, rather than try to get me to purchase one of their own batteries.

Sold me faulty tank, wouldnt exchange it. Simple as that. Go to any other Vape shop and if you have an issue/explain your problem they will take care of it. I was told they wouldnt exchange it, even though I bought it that same day and came back with the issue within a few hours of purchase. Service is really hit and miss. Ive had great service and poor service - im not sure why I bother coming to this store over any of the others in town.

I just bought a vape and the manager is the 1 that helped me. He walked me thru it all, explained it, showed me what would be best for me and what I was looking for. Very thorough, helped me fill it, watched me use it to ensure I knew what I was doing and showed me how to refill. Ive been to at least 3 vape shops and tried this before, Hands down best store, best and fastest experience to get what I was looking for. I strongly recommend Central Iowa Vapors!

Sold me a bottle of banana oatmeal cookie vape juice and it was definitely worth it. The guy at the counter said It was addiciting and he was so right. I loved it. Thank u so much. I use this shop regularly. This is definitely my go to flavor from now on.

Another shop mislead me when i bought a new device from them, blaming my vaping skills as the issue. keep in mind, Ive been vaping for 5 years with no problems with past devices. i decided i would call & ask these guys about it all. they advised i come in & they lead me in the right direction, Nick the manager was so helpful & polite on the phone.i arrived, they cleaned my vape & set me up.now, i am vaping again with no problem. thank you again for your help & patience. I will be coming back.

I love central Iowa of vapor. Ive been coming here for 3 years. The workers are so nice and gently just care. Their flavors are the best flavors in Des Moines Iowa I have went to other Vape shops and theyve been awful customer service was awful product was awful but like I said Central Iowa Vape has the best products and the best customer service I will be a customer for life 👌🏼👍🏼

Decent shop by first appearance but was terribly wrong, mod(rx300) went bad within 3 days spoke to manager/owner to resovle was told i would not get a refund(Not Stated on Receipt for MoDs) i asked about an exchange and was told hell think about it...in my view i wouldnt purchase anything else from here due to poor policy, product quality, and customer service

Nice place! And good service, down side is the E liquids are not in house which is a huge drawback! Which is a concern since Chinese products in E liquid are bad for vapers... just make sure its at least made in America!

Huge selection but not the most personable staff and they didnt seem to anxious to try and help with suggestions or anything. They did tell me to try Nuclear Vaping or Atomic Vapor whatever on Douglass and that guy helped me and made a sale and a repeat customer ,
