I have been shopping here for a few years now. The employees are always super friendly, they have a good stock of liquids and mods.Yes, they run out of certain things sometimes (as other reviews have stated) but that happens with every retailer.Mr & Mrs is my favorite vape shop, and I will continue to come here for my vaping needs.

This is a great vape shop. They have a large selection of juices. The mod and tank selection is also very nice. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products. This place isnt quite as nice as the other shop on the west side. Same owners just not the same feeling when you walk in. The juice is still the same price as it is on the west side at the vape foundry which is nice because they have the cheapest juice in town. If in the area check this place out.

Truth be told we went because it was the last place open, but the guy behind the counter was super sweet and helpful, took his time with my friend and I to let us try flavors, and helped her find her first vape pen. Stayed open to accommodate our late arrival too. Prices were so much better than our local small town shop! Totally will be coming back when were in DM again! 👌🏻

Things I have good to say about this place is they have great juice prices great setting and friendly staff. On the negative side I was sold a. Eleaf 220 watt mod and tank, but they only had coils for the tank that only went as high as 70 watts. It would be great if you guys had coils with higher wattages.

I was extremely impressed with this place. If I could give it six stars I would. Ive been to many vape shops all around the country, and this one ranks up there in the top three for sure.The environment they have established there is exactly what a vape shop should be like. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They treat you like youre a friend, not just a customer. I cant stress enough how impressed I was with the staff.The quality of products they sell is equally as impressive. The juice is of outstanding quality. They obviously put a lot of time and effort into researching the products that they decide to carry.Their loyalty program is intuitive and easy to use, and I know I will be accumulating a ton of rewards because this will be the only vape shop I go to in Des Moines from now on.Highly recommended. Seriously, this place rules, check it out.

The first time I came to this location the employee working wasnt very helpful. I was looking to find a new flavor, and I just felt that the employee didnt care to give any recommendations or descriptions of flavors that might match my tastes based on what I told him I generally like. However last night I went in to purchase a new pod system, and salt nic liquid to go with it, which is new to me. The employee who was working around 8pm was very helpful, he described and showed me how the device worked, explained the difference between salt nic and regular e-liquid, and gave good recommendations based on what I told him I like. He seemed both educated and interested in his work, and did an excellent job talking me through things in a way that made sense to me, something I find a lot of well-versed vape shop employees struggle with. Im very happy with both the new vape and the flavors I picked. I plan on returning when I need to buy a new juice.

Hands down the best vape shop Ive been into. The absolute best prices on juice and full setups. Great atmosphere of people to just hangout and have an awesome time with. You are treated like family when you walk in this shop. They dont feed you bs to make a bigger sale for their pocket, honest group of guys and help people who are struggling financially as best as they can. They truly care about each customers happiness and enjoyment in vaping. Overall I would say this is the place to be if you are just starting out, been vaping for a long time, or just need a comfortable place to hang around amazing people. Constantly have learned new things and had great experiences with these guys.

I have more recently discovered this place, and it is great. Super friendly people, always more than happy to answer questions. They have great prices and their sales are always worth it.I have gotten several products from them so far, and havent had a bad thing to say so far. They can tell you about the various products they have, they help you find what you are looking for, and they dont try to push products on you that you have no interest in.Good people, good business.

Went in for my first time today and it will be my last the prices were good but don’t carry any smok products and like 2 tips in the cases. The kid who helped me was extremely rude and was laughing at my ignorance of the flavor selections here and that I didn’t know there weren’t smok products. The other guy that walked In was talking like a sailor to the cashier while I was asking him questions! I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews or waste the time to do it but the experience was horrible

Went into this place and asked for juice and they didn’t have anything close to it then tried recommending other juice but was way overpriced and then I asked them to see if they could fix my mod but they where very rude and didn’t want to help and while I was talking the old dude kept hitting on me which makes me uncomfortable and just felt weird considering I’m a guy then after that they just kept trying to sell me the most expensive things In the shop which is quite annoying worst experience I’ve ever had in a place of business but they shouldn’t even call it that. NEVER GO HERE!

Absolutely the best vape shop in Des Moines. Customer Service goes above and beyond what I experience anywhere else. They know their products and can always lead me to the right product based on what I like. My favorite vape shop hands down.

This is my goto Vape Shop. Loyal MMV customer here! Best and most consistent prices and stock of juice in town. All high quality products and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dont waste your time going to the competition just to later find out that the others were actually no competition at all.

Let me start by saying I have been shopping here for almost 3 months now, and getting all my juice here, until they would stock a juice the manager had requested I send him an email, which I did, after purchasing a significant amount of inventory in good faith, based on a fraudulent verbal contract. The manager lied to me, repeatedly, over the course of a month, about stocking a juice, which I had paid for in advance. Instead of responding to direct questions, he gives you the run around. I will never return to this store, not for a refund, not even if its the last in town. Ill order my stuff online for much cheaper anyway. They didnt answer the phone when contacted for comment, which is typical for this location.In response to the owners response:You left no contact info; and I stated I wont be returning. period. Everything about the experience has been unpleasant.

Drama free vaping and customer service and satisfaction beyond what you would normally expect from a vape shop. Over 40 flavors to choose from and the owner is so cool!!! Definitely gotta stop and check the place out!!!!

Fantastic and affordable little indie shop with a nice, welcoming staff. Heres my breakdown:Cost:Prices are the best and unlike other independent shops those prices are for premium brands and not just house brands. I honestly dont expect them to keep the price so low for long, as it doesnt seem to be sustainable, but I wouldnt have a problem if they increased marginally in order to stay around longer.Hours:Theyre open late enough for me to shop their any day of the week. Often my job keeps me from any other place. I got tired of lunch break runs or waiting for a day off just to get a purchase in.Environment:Its a classy place. You arent gonna have staff rolling around on hoverboards while blasting nu-metal over the speakers. Plus, the lounge gives it a vibe more similar to a craft beer bar or a cafe. I cant praise the place enough for not being a stereotypical vape culture shop. As a young professional, its refreshing to not feel embarrassed stepping into it. Seriously, where most vape shops feel more like a headshop selling bongs, this one is a breath of fresh air.Summary:Best prices around for the highest quality products, a great staff, and a wonderful environment. Its my new favorite.

Im probably on the lower end of Covid-19 uptightness, but allowing patrons to vape in the store seems acutely reckless. The pathogen is spread via droplets, and vape clouds are literally composed of exhaled droplets. A full-throated, open-mouth cough onto the counter would be a victimless crime in comparison to the lingering expose of ones lung flora that is a vape cloud.Nothing wrong with folks picking up some vape supplies and going on their merry way, as I myself like to do, but allowing customers to indulge in closed quarters (along with the clerk behind the counter) is poor judgement, plain and simple. I hope youll come around to being more firm regarding public health and ask people to step outside before vaping.

What a fantastic place! Great, easy pricing, awesome selection. The man that helped me was really patient. Helped me find just the right juice. I wish we were closer to Des Moines, it would be my store of choice.

They were open at 10 oclock on a Wednesday night when it seems the rest of Des Moines rolls up the sidewalks by 7 p.m. They even offered to wait for me if I couldnt quite get there before 10. And when I did arrive, they were SO nice and friendly!

Jason was awesome about finding the right juices for a indecisive person me and I really appreciate it. I bought 4 different juices and will be back soon. I vaped them all with no regrets.

I had some trouble ordering some more obscure atomizers. When they were unable to stock them, they gave me a more than reasonable discount on a new vaporizer until the atomizers came in. Great service.

Would definitely recomend this place ti mt friends. Amazing place to shop workers there talked to you on a personal level and were very interactive even when other customers came in giving everyone the same ammount of help. Love love love this place. Two workers at 9:45 the past NFL player and guy who messed up his hand are AMAZING love it!! Defenitly coming back

2 can play At this game one of the worst shops in town they are always high and they live in the back of there shop they tell you something is $10 then when you buy it they charge you $15. Always ripping people off stay away from this shop they are way overpriced and they try to steal money from people

Had some issues with a tank I bought from them and they took care of me. They gained a loyal customer that day.
