Rachel is amazing, and she really went the extra mile for me. I would recommend this place only if you are looking for nice quality glass! This place is classy not trashy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for durable supplies that will last a long time.

Excellent selection across a wide range of prices. High quality pieces and really friendly customer service as well. I also appreciate that they have prices clearly on display, too many similar shops have an attitude of if you have to ask you cant afford it and this place definitely does not.

There was only one person working and they had to do all the carry out phone orders alone with at least 6 people in the parking lot. She was super friendly and helpful on choices. The process went as smooth as it can with everything being closed right now due to covid.*note you are not able to go into the store to buy right now but can call the posted number and they will still be able to bring the order right to your car.

Blown away. Recently back into the lifestyle after nearly 2 decades..everything has changed. The staff were beyond helpful, answering and educating. Everything I was picking up was very reasonably priced, either matching or close to online from what Id seen. Wont be ordering online going forward.

The best place to get locally blown glass pieces, best quality around town. Typically kind of pricey but very worth the buck you spend. Would recommend two others. The employees are very helpful and no a lot about the pieces and products they carry. Satisfied every time I go there, if you spend a good amount of money they give you free goodies as well. Good pieces for a good price. Staff is a bit standoffish, kind of like how some tattoo shop staff can be. Id highly recommend dropping by and grabbing a piece, but you wont make any friends there.

Pretty awesome place. Pretty expensive compared to other places Ive been to but at the same time they do have higher quality than other places. If your looking to spend some money on a nice quality piece this is the place to go.

Stopped by for the 4/20 celebration. Picked up some CBD, oil, seemed like the entire staff was there. Super professional, very inviting & accommodating. They set the standard for excellence.

You guys have a lot of cool stuff... that is the only reason you get two stars instead of one.Your prices are atrocious because you are charging anywhere from double to 5 TIMES what other shops do, and you do so by using the excuse that everything you sell is US/Locally made (yet somehow other shops manage to sell US made stuff for less than you). Even your components like stems and bowls are outrageously priced.Your elitist attitude makes me want to throw up every time Im in there. Yes, we get it, you think you sell high quality art... but Im not walking into an art gallery when I come to your store, Im walking into a pipe shop. Im not going to hang a pipe I purchase on the wall, Im going to smoke out of it. Get off your high horses.With more shops popping up all over town every year you guys need to learn to compete. People arent going to put up with you forever. As for me, Im already done with you guys. Ill take my business to someone that understands I dont want to spend a small fortune just to smoke a little.PS: Your hours suck too. And thats probably one of the reasons why you feel like you have to rip people off = because youre too lazy (or stoned) to wake up before noon and youre not going to be able to afford your habits without ripping people off.

They train the managers to hang up on people when they don’t want to talk. Instead of saying no we are good. Very rude

That whole policy asking for the I.d to match the card doesn’t work at all I’m of age and the card I use is from my job just cause there is no name on my card you don’t wanna do business with me ? Figure out a different policy or your gonna keep losing business.

The owner is a heinous old woman who would rather yell and complain then help customers out. They will not give prices over the phone for anything, their prices are way above average, and their glass is crap. Go to Daydreams instead.

No stones here. Theres something for everyone at HoG. HoG leads the way with current trends and new technologies. The staff is friendly and generous with their knowledge about their products and never pushy. Only wish I was in Des Moines more often!

We should be careful buying hooka flavour from here because last time i bought flavoirs from here they replaced them with local once, i think thats the reason it says no refunds at checkout too. If you but flavours make sure the seal is not broken.

Bought a Wulf vape from them and not even a month went by and it stopped working. When I went in the guy was so condescending and didn’t even take a look at it.

What did I like about it? More like what DIDNT I like about it... First off GO TO DAYDREAMS, it has way better prices and it wont take an hour to buy a 20$ bottle of 420 cleaner you can buy at Daydreams for 8$. Wow, horrible experience.

They have some nice pieces but sadly they are wildy overpriced, the same piece was 275$ there but just down the road could be purchased for 60$
