The guy that runs this shop is pretty great! There are so many other places to go for these products but I choose to drive 25 min one way just to come here. The service you receive is like you are the only customer and the product is never over priced. The guy that runs it is always friendly and very knowledgeable on what hes selling. I would recommend this place before any other vape shop in town hands down.

Find better customer service, I DARE YOU! But seriously you cant beat these guys on service and product.Went in knowing nothing about vaping and Jeremy took the time to explain all of my questions (which I asked about every model he recommended and went on for over an hour) not only is his knowledgeable but he wasnt even vexed by my laundry list of inquires about each model. My boyfriend had gone to another shop in town and they were all about getting you in and out the door as fast as possible. Letting you by cheap pieces that you upgrade over and over. He asked what we liked more and help us customize units that would be most fitting to our needs.Jeremy even patiently showed me how to assemble and disassemble the model I bought. Gave me tips and tricks on longevity and usage. Pointed out the common problems and how to fix them so I knew in advance what I was getting into.They also have a wonderful selection of flavors. I told him of my mild allergy to watermelon and he double checked all the fruit flavors to save me the discomfort of a reaction.Everyone who is thinking about vaping or is should visit here. I am sure they will be just as helpful to you.

I’ve been going to this place for years now, basically since I started vaping. They have always treated me extremely well and never made me feel forced into buying a product. If I have questions they are always willing to thoroughly educate on the products and that’s what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this place for anything vape related!

Stopped in tonight because my usual spot was closed early. This will be my new usual spot. Friendly service, inviting shop, a great selection and a fair price. Definitely worth a (return) visit!

Huge selection of juices (biggest I’ve seen in Des Moines) including the best Salt nic juice, I love salts(I ❤️salts) in 25,30,50mg.They test all the juices before they carry them and make sure they’re good tasting. If you need something or a juice they’ll order it for you or stock something that you always buy.Lots of devices, about any coil you need, lots of tanks sub ohm or drip, juice testing bar, lots of accessories.Good friends with most the staff Phil and Jermey are awesome guys and know their stuff. Always fun hanging out and just talking, chilling with Phil.Only Vape shop I go to in Des Moines, even if I have to wait until my day off to head over there.

What a great shop! The guys that work here at Nuclear strive on making your vaping needs there number one priority. Everyone is extremely helpful and the knowledge is second to none. I stopped in at Nuclear recently because I had heard they carry Northern Lights Vape Co ejuice which is one of my all time favorite juices. I walked inside and was greeted, given a respectful handshake and asked what I was in need of today. I told them that I was looking for Northern lights juice and my nic level. James got the juice I was looking for and told me the price, I was shocked at the Value. Normally in town you would expect to pay up over $25 for a name brand Premium juice. Nope not at Nuclear, the value was awesome! Phil and James then asked what juices I tend to Vape and allowed me to sample some of the other juice lines that fit my preferences. I found 4 more juice that hit the profiles I like and all 4 were a great bargain for a 60mil bottle. Phil and James then went over the referral discount and Phil asked me if I knew of anyone in the military or in a union. I told him my father is retired navy and works for the postal service. I was then given some cards for my father and his coworkers that give our Military and union guys a great discount as well. This is awesome that Nuclear strives to help give back to the Military and Union folks, this speaks volumes of there commitment to helping the community. With my juice purchase I was also given a raffle ticket at no extra charger to win a great new mod and tank (fingers crossed I win).Not only is the staff and product great at Nuclear but the shop itself is awesome and I could see myself hanging out here very often and I feel I will meet a great group of like minded vapers. The lounge area of the shop is setup in warm inviting wall colors, they have a great couch that was made locally and a MASSIVE tv with a rocking sound system. This seems like a place you could swing by and spend countless hours relaxing and shooting the breeze with the great staff and wonderful customers. I never got the feeling once in this shop that I was not welcome to stay a while and relax even after I had made my purchase. The atmosphere was inviting and the conversation was great, lots of laughs could be had chilling out here.Seriously if you are looking for a Vape shop that offers the BEST prices in Des Moines, a wonderful selection of some of the most quality handcrafted ejuice, a helpful friendly staff, and a place that could easily become you second home, Nuclear Vape Lounge is the place to go. I promise you the guys here will help with all your needs and treat ya right!

I bought a good product, but the dude told me I can only get specific flavors for my vape though them And he told me that I can’t buy parts for my vape other than there shop. ( false) . Then after he gave me a 10 percent discount for first time vape user he put his lips on my new vape trying to show me how it works ( gross) . I told him to quit sucking down the 10 percent he just gave me. ... poor customer service. And unprofessional!!! I’m not going back.

They hunted high and low for two pieces of glass for two of my tanks, unfortunately they could only find one. But they tried, and I mean tried hard, went way above and beyond to help. Most would have quit after a few minutes, but they searched for at least 20, thank u so much 😀Also the puppy (grown dog) is absolutely adorable and Im not even a dog person

Must have gone at a bad time. Staff was unwilling to help me with older device I was having trouble with and seeming annoyed/uninterested when I asked about new devices. Crossed the street to Atomic Vapor where they helped me with the old device with options and then upgraded to a new device that fits my needs. Will not be going back, especially after the tremendous experience I had at Atomic Vapor.

The staff here is amazing at helping you figure out what you need and how to use your equiptment. The owner rocks. This is the best place in town to get all of your vaping supplies

The people here know what they are doing and are completely honest. They will let you know what youre doing wrong and answer any questions you have. I recommend anyone thinking of switching to the vape to go here first.

Worst vape shop ever! Had kids running around knocking things over.(thought you had to be 18 to be in a vape shop?)Tried to sell my friend a mod he didnt want and customer service was horrible. Will never return to shop again.
