They have plenty of options in vaping items - refillable, disposable/they even have rechargable disposable - I really like these options. Bcuz too often the batteries die before its empty on the basic disposables. They are very helpful & all the guys there are very knowledgeable about their items, & are willing to take the time to find what suits you !!! They also own the CBD store next door.

I have been shopping at Route 69 since they opened, i am a highly dedicated customer, and the owners make you feel very comfortable and they hire good and knowledgeable people.

Their lack of professionalism and customer service has me coming back and crawling on my hands and knees for ever thinking of leaving this store.----------------UPDATE---------------I went in because I couldnt get my atomizer to work and to get a replacement coil. Two gentlemen took the time to take apart my vape and interchange parts to figure out the problem. After checking the entire thing over, it actually was that I had a defective coil Before they tried the coil the one gentleman offered to buy the coil they were using to test if it didnt work. Great customer service! Thank you so much! Your service is worth my drive!

The staff is great and always friendly. I had bought a new mod and tank the other day and they are great! I felt like i received a great deal and am happy with it but after doing research online for my products I became disheartened, I had noticed the huge price difference so i looked at more buying options to confirm that they have both been DOUBLED in price compared to other popular options online that would be shipped to me free. Surely enough all sales are final :( I am happy with what i have but cant help but feel i got ripped off in a sense. I dont mind paying a little more to support local shops but I am not cool paying 2 times the listing price. Again staff is great and juice selection top notch.

After shopping all day yesterday for my daughters camp outing with her girl scout troop I stopped in here about ten minutes before they closed not only was it the best service I had all day but there was also a man in there who was in a pinch trying to make it to a concert and the guys in there helped him out even though they didnt have to. Great service great discounts havent gone anywhere else the last two years because this place has earned my business!

The Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. You can just hang out with no pressure to buy anything if you want. When I do need to buy something or am looking for a new juice I have always been given great service and suggestions. They also have helped me with my builds when Ive had problems. Great Shop

They Dont stand behind their warranty. Bought 1st device and it worked 3 weeks. Guy says warranty is 14 days so I buy another, it worked for about a week. I take it back with receipt and they say its not working because I dropped it. I know I didnt drop it and there was not a single mark on it, it looked absolutely brand new. Rather than argue with someone I will find another place to do business.

This place is absolutely amazing. Every time Ive been there everyone has been GREAT. I used to go to a different shop in town... Never again these people have earned my business for life, they hooked me up with great products in my time of need due to losing a mod. Thanks guys and girls.

So the employees are cool and selection of vapes...but the management and return policy are bogus. Wont be spending my dollars there anymore. Tried to exchange a defective vape (two in a row -different flavors same brand ELFBAR) and the manager wouldnt exchange it. Says I had 24 hrs to exchange a defective vape. Well...it wouldnt charge and leaked and I didnt know it didnt charge till I went to charge it 3 days later. Smh. Central Vapors yall! Do it. The staff and return policies is all around ballin!

I love the options here! I live an hour away and I still drive all the way here because no where Ive been has the choices orvthe prices that this place does! The employees are amazingly friendly and have good memories! I mix my own juice out of a couple of the choices they have here and I love that they have bottles that I can purchase for that reason! This places return policy is bogus. Bought a Hyde vaporizer over the weekend, used it for 1 day and it stopped working. Wouldnt work at all, and it was really hard to pull off of all of a sudden. Took it in on Tuesday and they told me they would only accepts returns on the day of purchase. So they only accept a defective product on the day of purchase. Stupid. Dont buy from this place. They give no effs about their customers

This place is great. Stopped in once or twice when I needed juice in a pinch, but the staff was so great that I switched to just going here exclusively. The punch card and rewards account are good ways to save.

First I want to state that I went on a very busy day so my review may change the next time I visit...it felt that they didnt have time for me and that I was rushed out the door once I decided what I was purchasing. They seem friendly. They had flavors that no other store had. Prices are pretty typical of a vape store

Just stopped tonight first time. A+++ customer service. Super friendly Staff. I just bought some juice an 28g kanthal so I didnt need any help. But I watch the guy sell some one a new tank an he even should him how to use an prime it very impressed. They take the time to take care of all you vapor needs!!!

Ive been going to this store since it opened and when something happens and you get the wrong thing or they give you the wrong item they will have no problem replacing it. This place is more like your buddies house instead of a store, all of me are awesome people.

This used to be my place for all my vape needs, I dont know what happened between moving next door the customer service is terrible. I dont get treated like a customer anymore and feel unwanted, thats fine central city can get my money now never spend another dime at route 69

I have been buying the 38.00 bottle of Smokey E-liquid for over 6 months or more on Southeast 14th I was getting immune to that brand so I went in to ask about a different brand and less money I was told that they dont sell anything less than $18 for 3 mg tobacco And I know that they wasnt telling the truth so I took my business elsewhere

My son is such a frequent customer that all I need to do is mention his name and request his usual and they know exactly what to get. They are all very friendly to me and I appreciate that they dont blow the smoke in my face. It may not have much nicotine but it might have tar and that Im allergic to. I still have no desire to vape nor smoke but if I did Id come here for my supplies. They know what theyre talking about. I pay an average of $30/2 bottles. Dont think thats too bad. And as far as I know they do NOT sell vape w cbd oil or thc. I could be wrong though.

Holy cow, where do I begin, I was introduced to this place through a friend and for the most part it has been my go to vape shop, from the workshops, or the memories of coils being built it is an amazing environment to stop by and check out. Not bad prices even with a very wide selection.

My vape ring under my prince mod wore out was spilling my juice. My husband goes up there we normally didnt have but they were close to my place. He was expecting to pay for a whole nother gasket and ring set Lord knows we have plenty. The gentleman looked for 10-15 mins for one white gasket and was off an older model that doesnt work and gave it to my husband free. We used to go to Central Iowa Vapor off NE 14th their customer service used to be AMAZING now downhill. MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE Route69!!!

Route 69 Vapor is the best Ecig stores in DSM!! All of the employees are very knowledgeable on the types of mods, coils (atomizers), and not to mention the HUGE selection of juices! Their app is by far the best, because the juices are categorized by Brand and/or flavors. I highly recommend this ecig store!!

This is my go to vape shop. Ive bought everything there from cotton, wire, drippers, and countless bottles of juice. They have 30ml and 120ml bottles of almost all their juice. They have a juice menu that actually describes all of their flavor profiles.This is just hands down the best vape shop in Des Moines. It is always well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people that will go out of their way to help you out.
