Place is just what youd expect. ;) Never had a bad experience here. Decent selection of goods, although the parking can be a drag.

Pretty frustrated with the current situation. Had my card swiped twice and was over charged over $100. It’s been a week now of talking to someone everyday and stood in the store nearly 2 hours, and still haven’t gotten my money back. The staff in the store are trying their hardest but the owner needs to look into this and compensate us for what was taken and the inconvenience.

Great little head shop has everything u could want. the point system is pretty good Especially when u become a gold member and earn 2x points. Everytime I buy something I get 5 to 10 bucks off on my next purchase

Very friendly and helpful people. They were able to answer a lot of questions a man 15 or 20 years younger wouldnt have to ask without making me feel old and out of touch. Which is really great customer service in my opinion.

No idea how this place has 4+ stars. Each time Ive been in the shop, the owner is rude and so aggressive towards her customers (maybe just other women) the men I know havent ever had any problems. I even went back a couple times thinking it was a bad day for her. Ill drive farther in order to spend my money, moving forward. Horrific human being, not fit for customer service

Overcharged and told there was nothing could be done due to the system ringing up like that. Even though the sign clearly says one price, charged more.

Very nice people working there very friendly they like to talk to you and make conversation I go there like once a week to buy nose ring cuz I lose them all the time I like it thats where I would suggest going

Bought a glass piece for 85$ that was used twice and then we discovered water leaking from the seam. Of course nothing can be done since it was used, my advice is for any water piece you buy fill it up with water when you get home and dont use it for an hour or so just to make sure the piece is not faulty. Overall will not be coming back to find a replacement or any other products in the future
