You guys! This is the best secret in DSM. Its a relaxed and comfortable environment with knowledgeable and engaging staff that dont hover over you pressuring you to buy something you dont really want. Its a family business from the conception to now. Ill never go anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and dont hover over you pressuring you to purchase something. You can tell they want to be there and they care about their customers. It was so fun interacting with Lindsey and getting to know more about the and products and being able to see her passion for the business and her products, was really comforting. I knew she knew what she was talking about. Ill never shop anywhere else!

This place is straight trash!!! The are a disgrace into the cbd industry and cannabis industry!! They are not compliant to the Iowa standards and looks like a low level wanna be trap shop!!! They also love to steal platform use from the top leading legal hemp and cbd business in all of Iowa!!Go to Despensary in Des Moines Iowa to not only get the best product but be educated by there professional and knowledgeable staff!!!

No joke I havent seen customer silervoce like this in years. I had an urgent order but with the snow storm all the smoke shops were closed. And also another huge plug was the vibe of the place. Just a major zen area. I walked in and just felt relaxed. And Ill admit abit curious when I saw the crystals and trinkets. Definitely saved as a favorite on my maps.

O-Zone is the best place to go for any glass. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable about all their pieces. Everything they have is unique and hand blown; no cheap off the line, easily broken glass here! (Theyre even happy to demonstrate) I have bought so many things from here, you wont find anything like it. They are reasonably priced and have a loyalty program. Buying more than one item? Thats awesome, theyre likely going to take a few bucks off. This is by far the best, locally owned glass shop in town.

My favorite shop in Des Moines. Excellent and unique glass selection best Ive seen. Extreamly friendly staff willing to help with any questions you might have. I will forever recommend this shop to anyone looking for new glass insence candles or jewelry and nik naks .

One half of the store is all kinds of antiques and what nots. Thinking it is family owned which is cool enough in itself. A must visit..!! .. ok, Update from 4 Months ago.. have added so many more amazing things you wont even believe your eyes if you are into those kinds of things.. 😆

Great selection, best I have seen in town. The staff is friendly and knows their products and was willing to work with me so I could get everything I wanted and stay in budget!!

Went in about a week ago and bought a vape pen. The staff was friendly, I purchased an evolve plus pen and left. Got the product home and noticed it wasnt working. I took the pen back yesterday and told them about the issue with the pen not charging. Their solution to fix the problem was that I could buy another evolve plus and they would take $10 off. I understand its not Ozones fault that the product was defective, but as a business owner, its courteous to make things right with a customer. Things like that make a customer want to go elsewhere. Was not satistied with my purchase.
