The Vape House

Im there almost every other week I love it so much. Im still a beginner and they help me every step of the way with finding a good vape and for a great price too! all the employees are super friendly and just so chill. You walk in and its just another hangout with your best buds. Its very rare to not see a smile in that place!

My husband and I havent vaped in a while and we want to do it again to try to quit smoking. Riley took his time with us to make sure to find the right device. Once we finished there he and Stacey made it a very fun relaxing atmosphere to pick our juices out. Im pretty sure they would have let us test every flavor in the store if we wanted and there are tons. By the time we left it felt like we were just hanging out with friends. On top of everything else, both of the men could do tricks that we had no idea existed. That was fun to see. This was a great experience and we will definitely return. I would recommend Vape House for beginners and veterans alike. :) Oh I forgot the best part about it. At one point I asked Stacey if they worked on commission. He said no, the most important part for me is to help you quit smoking. I thought that was amazing.

Walked in and it reminds me of a tattoo parlor, rocker vape shop. Nice and clean as well. Which, i love. The guy (Herb) seems like someone Id hang out with. real straight to the point and no bullshit. His dog was super cute too! He was nice to my brother and I. Also listened to us vent about stuff. All of their juice seemed really interesting and we loved all the ones we tried. He was also happy to take our juice suggestions. They were only out of one flavour but he told me exactly when it was coming in. The customer service for this place is right up there with route 69. Awesome! The guy was honest about his flavours and really runs it like a vape business should. We will definitely be coming here again!

Im new to vaping , and Stacy maid me feel comfortable. was very helpful. asked if he can show me how to build double coil. and with no hesitation he said yes. awesome customer service. I will definitely be coming back. and I would highly recommend the vape house to anyone.

Omg the staff was amazing and helpful. This is gonna be the place I go to get all my vaping things. Ill come here AND NOWHERE ELSE😊😊. Hell even my fiance/husband, (him and I have been 2gether for almost 11yrs so I refer to him as my husband), came in and MAN ALL HE WAS CHAT, CHAT, CHAT with the manager and the guy who was wking. I was waiting on him, LMFAO. Wish I knew what the other guys name was that was wking so I can post his name on here.Anyways, I love my 1st time going there. They have vape juice that is amazing and priced right. I sugguest that ppl who vape COME HERE 2 GET YOUR VAPING THINGS 😊😊

Been Going here since i moved to des moines great place to shop, they have a room in the back where you are encouraged to check out and try all the juices they sell for free using their own vape pens, and disposable tops, they can also set you up and guide you into building your own mechanical pen. they also offer reward plans to gain points every time you buy and a free juice for your birthday, im stopping in tonight to pick up my free juice

Excellent customer service! Wide range of a large variety of juices too. They were patient with me trying quite a few juices. They were also courteous and on-the-level.

I went to The Vape House with my Vape that I bought somewhere else and was not working right. Their customer service was awesome!!! They got me set up with a great Vape for an amazing price. I will definately be visiting The Vape House whenever I am in town!!!

If you want to pay full price or more for knock off tanks and coils then look no further. 6/6 different brands of items I bought here were all knock offs I paid full price for FULL MSRP somtimes even more (to support small buisness) I kept hoping it may have just been 1 or 2 items that were fakes being sold as lagitament but that was not the case.

I was in on sunday and an asian guy helped me. Im new to this and was trying to get started and he only told me the bare essentials, didnt offer to show me anything.. Pointed to one someone was buying as their cheapest and practically pushed me out the door to finish a sale and talk to a tweeker..! Disappointed!!

Very helpful, knowledgeable guys. I wish they had a bigger selection of juice, but their friendliness and knowledge more than make up for it.

If you go in uneducated about the products sold there,like my fiancé and i,talk to a man named Herb. Not only did we get educated on the displayed products ,we made a purchase also.
