I enjoy the 2 ladies and the few men I always get to bump into while shopping at ruckus. I love the new locations and I love the new hours. Reasonable for everyone. Respectful group and awesome awareness everytime I go. I be saving my points dont know how our when to use them. But Im going to keep collecting them so I can get this one thing from there Ive always wanted. Lol good people dont ever leave us. See you guys soon

I was very impressed with this shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of crystals in the Purple Moon Magical Emporium. Maddy was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the stones. Will definitely be coming back!

Just left without buying anything because no one was available to help ring us out. I understand the store is busy on 4/20, but there were two ladies supposed to be ringing people out who would rather be holding a puppy and/or talking to coworkers (loudly, with food in their mouths). I was not impressed with Carols staff today. Clearly theres some adjustments in progress since the building moved locations up the road. We wont be back for some time.

It was going great until my bf didnt get the gummies he asked for, and it just didnt feel like they were really listening to us, it was a super busy daily so we dont blame them, just a bit disappointed

This store is Awesome! Their insence selection is something Ive never seen before! They have all different kinds! They have an amazing crystal selection, blunt selection, glass selection! Staff is soooo nice!! Well never go anywhere ever again!!! OH and theyre dog friendly 🥰

I like this place. Decent prices. Right down the road from home. Employees are knowledgable and nice. Sometimes can be pretty busy, especially during hippie hour (but thats when you get the best deals). They have an awesome rewards system (I got an entire skateboard and only paid for the bearings). Also like how they are going in a different direction with like selling crystals and minerals and stuff, but are not deviating from what they started as at the same time.

Its nothing new. Same stuff. I rather order online. I like Green Leaf tobacco better. They have more butane selection and cheaper prices.

Awful customer service. When there vape was defective said they couldn’t help me and even told me previously they had issues with the Orions at their store but I had never had an issue with them so I still bought one. This place is trash. The worker helping me was laughing at me the whole time so I set the vape down and left.

The best place for crystal and stone variety, knowledge and experience!

Up until today, I have had no issues with their store. I come in their store often and spend a good amount of money. Yesterday, I bought a vape tank. And waited for the allotted time before trying it out. It worked. This was about 15 min to 8. Less than 3 hrs later. The battery started blinking, after only using it a couple times. I called today, to see what they can do, and they told me, “nothing”. My problem is I am a very loyal customer. And instead of trying to resolve it. It was dismissed. I immediately let them know they have lost a customer. At both locations. Very disappointed. How do you sell faulty product and then tell the customer you can’t do anything about it?

Legit best and most humble smoke shop around. I went in on an emergency charger situations for my vape pen. Not only did I get what I needed. I got it free and amazing vibes to go along with it. Little did the shop owner know I was in town for my fathers in law funeral and my spirit was overall just down. I know it’s small but it meant a lot. Shoutouts to the best smoke shop in DMI much appreciated!

Good place to go for all you smoke needs. They have all kinds of units and systems. Staff is very friendly and happy to deal with. The spread and layout of the shop is a little tight at first but you get use to it quickly. Very happy with my times there and will be going back for sure!

Absolutely love this place!! Deffinatly my favorite store to buy nice quality pieces. Staff was incredibly friendly, approachable, and they know what they are talking about. Even on one of their busiest days of the year they were organized and just plain awesome !!! Also love the raffles they having go on all the time ! I was a little nervous the first time walking into the store that Id discovered by accident the day before. On first glance it seemed like a quiet little store with great merchandise. The man behind the counter welcomed me inside and then made great small talk until asking me if i needed help buying anything. New to buying pipes the employee helped me pick out the best one for my style of smoking. The shop is kept fairly clean and the products are well organized. I cant wait to go back again after telling my friends about this great place.

I was very impressed. I went in to buy a new Posh Plus vape and the gentleman who checked me out asked if I wouldnt mind opening up the vape to make sure the battery wasnt dead and that it worked properly before I left. No other smoke shop has cared enough to do that. I will definitely be in again!

Staff is knowledgeable and have GREAT local glass. Glass is high quality and not thin blown easy yo break. Owners are great people and happy hour is wonderful. Definitely a stop-by in DSM if youre looking for vape, glass, or skateboarding! Wont go anywhere else anymore.

Especially since their new addition to the shop this place is a great stop if youre interested in vaping, skating, or smoking. An all in one, and the employees are both knowledgeable and kind. Nobody thought it was weird when i brought my grandma into the shop once, which i gotta say: was a relief. Would be a five star review but theyre out of stock on Raws right now and that alone is enough to lose a star. Love this place though!

Once upon a time I bought a hand torch there, and it stopped working after 3 days. I got the scorch torch. Thought maybe it was empty so i refilled it completely, still not even a spark. I took it back to the store they doubled checked it was full and set up correct. Still didnt work, but they let me replace it for free. 10 months have passed and this one is still working good. I dont use it very often. A little sad bc I really liked the color of my original. Oh well I got it for the function and not the aesthetics

New to the Urbandale are and a picky vaper (love dessert flavors), smoke one flavor almost religiously! Took 2 seconds to call &o the wonderful woman who works there confirmed they had my juice & had it waiting for me when I got there 45 minutes later!! Amazing vibes, good e-juice selection, & so much more.Will be my go-to store from here on out 🙌🏻

Bought an Xtra Twist vape at the recommendation of an employee. He told me to try it in store incase it didn’t work... only to have it die 2 hours after leaving the store. I returned next day with receipt only to be told that they don’t replace items that have left the store. Seems like they are recommending faulty products to clear inventory. Don’t recommend a product if you want stand by it.

Everything I have bought from this place broke within weeks and since I live hrs away I lost money but shopping here. They were not friendly to me but they were nice to the man I was with in fact they never asked me what I needed they talked to the mam I was with but had no problem taking my money just didnt want to talk to me I will never shop here again and let see if this review goes away too just like my other one Well please do because everything I have said in this post is true no one greeted me or told me to have a nice day and the things that I paid for broke in weeks so please show who ever you want nothing I have said is untrue and I can see I am not the only by other peoples reviews

They helped me stop smoking, I Vaped for a while, now I have no Vice. Love it😏.. ok, Update from 9 Months ago.. have so much stuff in there now it is crazy unbelievable! Everything from skateboards to incense and I mean every little thing in between 🙃🤯.. also, the employees there and the owner are so knowledgeable and will help you with anything with pleasant attitudes and way cool vibes.. just a really neat place 😁🤣

Great selection on all sorts of things from smoking to skating. Been to multiple locations and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Total flakes and un knowledgeable for staff. Was told we had 45 days for return, with in a week they wouldnt take the item back. Loose fitting pen, wouldnt connect to the battery correctly.

The best and most reliable business in its organization. Unlike most of the businesses surrounding Des Moines, this company uses care in their products, and customer first. Every time Ive gone in Ive never been disappointed even if I left with nothing.P.S. if youre not looking for cheap products, this is the place to go. 3 bowls from liberty gifts broke instantly, the one from her has been accidentally flunf 7 ft and survived to be stronger somehow

This shop was so amazing, and the prices were fair to cheap. Where else can you find a DBZ pipe. They also had some nice new age items as well. Geodes, crystals, ect. Cant wait for my tax return to come in so I can actually buy some stuff.

I’ve never had s bad experience here and I’ve been visiting since 2015, 4 years and I can’t recall one bad interaction- that’s saying something. All of you guys rock, especially Madie and Zayne (forgive me if I spelled your names wrong). The point system rocks, the staff is honest, they’re fairly priced, they have local products, and they’ll point you to where you can find something they don’t have. There isn’t one place in Des Moines is rather shop, let alone review this high!

This is one of the most professional and friendliest places to get glass, spiritual herbs and stones ect... I highly recommend checking it out, or stop by just to say hello. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the door, you feel like a friend or even family to the employees and owners of this establishment. They now have a location on keo way, as well as there original right off merhl hay. Between there already great deals and there 5 star point system and hippie hour they have by far the best deals on any glass in desmoines. Most importantly they treat you like a human, not just a customer about to give them money. Great people, great prices , great establishment. 5 stars for sure.

Ive been to every glass/vape/smoke store around Central Iowa and this is hands down my favorite place. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Price gouging to the max. They are charging 27.99$ for 1 yocan magneto atomizer. You can get a 5 pack online free shipping for 22.00$. I understand a business needs to make a dollar, but this is ridiculous. I’m willing to pay for convenience but this is just a rip off. Not to mention they charge double for any of the yocan products than what you will pay online. I will no longer be supporting this company.

Poor quality glass. Nail busted within first few uses. Dome and banger busted a few weeks later. Very thin glass on dab pieces.They play this stupid game with you where they ask you how much you want to spend and then slyly up-charge whatever item youre interested in. I ended up getting overcharged by about $45. Probably went into the bearded hipsters pocket.Buyer beware.

I honestly dont think I will be recommending this store anymore. I sent my uncle there because I had great service there when I went in. Anyways my uncle walked in and some guy looked like he was Asian. He was very rude, only showed my uncle one option, and he clearly did not know what he was talking. In the end my uncle was confused and started to say that day dreams has more options, and this employee continued to be rude and told my uncle to go to day dreams.

I from houston and there are multiple vape, smoke and skate shop from the higher end of the area that do not even come close to level of hospitality, seclection and price of this vape shop. They have a unique vibe and are wonderful in explaining anything to you. Great shop, i will being going only here for my duration on my stay in Iwoa.

Cant honestly say too much about my visit, I just came in to get change for a $20, but since Google still wants to know, I will say what I can. Place was clean, well organized, and the staff member I dealt with was friendly and accommodating.

The go to place for your smoking needs. Pipes, bongs, ecigs....they have it all!! They owner and her son are both very knowledgeable and make sure not to sell to minors. Also helpful for you skateboarders. LOVE EM!!
