Ive been going to Bella Trio for hair and skin care services for over 10 years. The service is fantastic and I always feel like a movie star when I leave. Brigette is fantastic and Marci gives the best facial Ive ever had! I always look forward to my appointments!

Brittany is the best! She did another awesome balayage for me to even out my roots and sun bleached ends. My hair also feels so soft and shiny! Highly recommend!

We found an appointment here for my husband and was awesome since you arrived you have a good welcome. Although at first he felt his hair being pulled, the girl did a good job.

Went there today for a simple cut/style and came out with such cute hair! Been trying to find a way to style my hair for years and even though I dont have the proper products yet - Jenn was super knowledgeable and gave awesome advices. Will try her suggestions and update her when it works!

Had another amazing color and cut today with Jodi at Bella Trio. She is creative and talented and really works collaboratively with me to insure a great color/cut. The salon is welcoming and friendly and has a modern and open feel. It’s always a treat to visit!

I called and was able to get a same day appt. Cindy washed, dried, and cut my hair. I couldnt have been more pleased with her and the style. She took her time to wash my hair then showed me products and tips on how to style it. She was very professional and friendly. I will be back to see her in the future. Thank you!!

Jen is amazing with my curly hair! She’s awesome and I refuse to let anyone near my hair but her!On the spa side, Erika is the best with my waxing and facial. My skin has never been this perfect! She’s a treasure!Overall, I love Bella Trio and their entire staff!

My daughter had gotten a cut and style, and requested layering around her face and along the back. She had an event afterwards and wanted it curled. She looked beautiful…until we straightened it and saw that her hair had no layers and looked like a hacksaw was taken to it. She was devastated. Renee took her in and fixed her up, and offered to layer further in a couple of weeks as it grew out a bit. We are so grateful for her kindness and skill…and soothing my 11 year old’s soul!

I’m a longtime fan of Bella spa- wonderful staff and excellent massage & facial services- I recommend them to anyone & everyone. Recently I had the pleasure of visiting the salon side with Danielle. A last minute work trip sent me scrambling to find a hair appointment the next day- omg Danielle really came through!! She fixed my dark roots, gave me the exact cut I requested and finished in record time to get me to my next appointment on schedule. She made such a difference- I am so grateful!!! Front desk staff is always so friendly & helpful too- thanks guys!

Claire is by far the best stylist I have ever gone to in my 69 years. She can cut any kind of hair… Mine is thin and fine so of course - difficult… You ask her can we try this? And she does it even with my hair. She really is a gifted stylist and I pray she will never leave Durham. Plus she’s extremely nice and fun to talk to you.

I have been going to Bella Trio Sutton Station since moving to Durham in January 2021. I was very apprehensive having just moved away from a hair stylist I used for 25 years. Bridget Guggemos has been absolutely fantastic since day 1. She has very patiently helped me make decisions about my haircut and color providing me with expert advice.

Had an appointment with Danielle today, she was awesome! Asked for some recommendations about my hair and she followed through, amazing cut and style! Will definitely be coming back

The messages are absolutely divine. All of the masseuses Ive worked with are outstanding and do a great job of listening to my needs for pressure or areas to focus on. Plus they also provide suggestions on stretches to consider when a body part is particularly tight or sore.The hair salon is great they really care about what your experience is like. My first visit was not so great because I really didnt like my haircut but they really helped make my experience better when a more senior stylist stepped in and helped. It has been a while since Ive been but I started to see a different stylist and she was wonderful. She did a great job guiding me through the experience and was wonderful to talk to in between.Overall my biggest take away is Bella Trio cares that you have a good experience and cares about your safety. They guide you into relaxation.

I am so happy with my first visit to Bella Trio! Amanda was recommended to me by a friend and she did an outstanding job! I have naturally curly hard and she did a great job layering my curls. Love my new cut!

I LOVE THIS SALON. I had a really awful haircut experience at my last stylist a couple of years ago, so I found Bella Trio, and I am so thankful I did. I highly recommend seeing Stephanie (not me Stephanie). She is so incredibly sweet, fun, and friendly (as is everyone else in the staff!) but she also is really thorough and detailed with my haircuts. She is so consistent, and I always know my hair is going to look better and feel healthier after seeing her, every time. Highly recommend!!!

I don’t even want to write this review because I don’t want Ashleigh to get too booked (lol) but Bella Trio is the best. I’ve been coming here ~3 years now and the service is outstanding. It’s a clean, well-maintained salon with great customer service. Ashleigh colors my hair regularly and does an amazing job. Today she styled it for me as I had an event after work and it was the best my hair has ever looked. She is fantastic, and I know their other pros are just as wonderful. If you’re looking for a quality, consistent salon, this is it.

About a year and a half ago I moved to North Carolina, with moving to a new city comes the search for a new hairdresser. Not only a new hairdresser but a salon that uses Loreal Professional Permanent INOA Color (a non-ammonia based product) . As I googled, there was only one salon in the state of North Carolina that offered this product. Thankfully, the salon was a 45 minute drive, my last salon required an 1 hour and 20 minute drive to Atlanta. My first appointment with Bella Trio was with Renee, the color came out amazing. The next big step was whether to allow her to style and blowout my hair. From New York, to Atlanta, I’ve only had one person who could style and blow out my hair and have it not go flat. I have very fine hair, although a full head of hair, what would seem like a good blowout would invariably go flat within an hour of leaving a salon. Due to my history, I usually would style my hair or go out wet. The biggest surprise was finding Renee, she could style my fine hair beautifully; where the style would stay for almost a week, which for me is unheard of. I have been to many salons upscale and not, Bella Trio not only carries Loreal and Kerastase products, more importantly their personable and professional services are one of the best I’ve experienced in the last 20 years.

Brought my granddaughters (11and 12) to see Sarah for the first time and I’m so happy with the outcome of both of their haircuts. Each girl has different type of curls and she dealt with them expertly. One got an undercut and we love it. The other shaped and cut and also we love it. She educated them on how to take care of their different curls. Wonderful attitude and the girls love her. Couldn’t ask for anything better. She is an asset to the salon.

Being newer to the area, I stumbled upon Bella Trio and was really impressed with this salon. (Youd have no idea from the exterior, but inside is a comprehensive two-story spa with several lounge areas.) I had a facial treatment performed by Erin and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for glowing, healthy skin. She is very detail oriented and gave one of the most luxurious facial treatments and I couldnt be happier. Plus, Erin is also very personable and it was like chatting with a friend through the treatment. I will definitely be back and recommend her and Bello Trio to anyone in the Triangle.

I love walking through the doors of Bella Trio because I know I will see Sheila. She is a genius when it comes to skin care. I initially started seeing her for the occasional “treat” lash lift. I’ve since seen her expertise in full effect as she’s done facials that have literally changed my face and the health of my skin. She takes time to listen and engages with me as a whole person. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer questions in between services. I love my time with her and highly recommend that everyone experience the Sheila magic!

If your looking to have your limited time wasted and be given the run around after your told how simple something is to do to your hair then waste your time here. After being told and booking a consultation with a higher level stylist Bridget so was ponded off to a lower level stylist that Bridget guaranteed would think was just as easy and politely made me the first available appointment with Danielle. So I cancelled my other consultations else where. Then I get an email saying Danielle isn’t skilled enough and yes they want me to try someone else at a different location in Dallas lol. This was already 40 min drive one way in good traffic. Not the place you want to go if you actually need someone that has more than basic hair skills apparently.

She immediately put my anxiety at ease by professionally and gently answering all my questions prior to the treatment and even consulting on if an eye lash lift and tint would give me the results I was expecting. After a quick chat she made sure I was comfortable and told me what to expect every step of the way. With zero pain and in less than an hour I walked away feeling more confident without make up on. My eyelashes looked thicker, darker, and like I was wearing mascara. Savannah was very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and helped me achieve the desired outcome for my eyelash lift and tint. Now I really can say, I woke up like this!

Sheila the esthetician is amazing. She does a great job in waxing and facials. Brittany the hair stylist also did a wonderful job with my partial highlights and haircut. She did what I asked for.😊

I have finally found my salon “home”! I’ve tried many throughout Durham, but once I saw Taylor at Bella Trio, I knew my search was over. The services and stylists are the best in Durham but I have also been blown away by how well they’ve handled the pandemic. I miss enjoying a coffee (or wine!) while being pampered, but I have felt safe every moment the both times I’ve been back since reopening. I am very selective about places my family and I will go, but I am not worried at all when going to Bella Trio. I am also really happy with the products I’ve brought home to keep my color fresh and my hair healthy.

Hairdresser Brittany Bass was rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. Put my hair down the entire time. Didn’t have a clue on how to style it and when I said that I wasn’t happy with the work she was doing. She became defensive and behaved in an extremely rude way. Didn’t even say anything, she just let me walk away and pay. I have never ever been treated like this by a hairdresser. It was demoralizing and unjustified. At any point in time I corrected her or treated her in a disrespectful manner. I am not sure how Bella Trio management allows this kind of treatment of their clients. I still paid and tipped her. But will never go to this place anymore. A total disgrace.

My appointment was canceled three weeks ago for one reason or the other the day of. Well, that was OK because someone had a private reason and that happens. But today at 3:45 I am supposed to be having my roots colored. I chose the appointment with the best option after color chair. Whatever theyre supposed to mean. I was just called and my appointment is now canceled because I cant have a full hour to have it finished. I chose to not have my hair blown out and styled that would save 15 minutes. Nope! All I supposedly need is the 45 minutes. this is ridiculous. Now I have to go find myself another place to have my hair color and that takes time when youre trying to book an appointment for a good place. This is not how a salon should be run. And theyre not open on Saturdays what is that all about?

I have visited Bella trio many times over the past 12 years and I will never go anywhere else. Erika did an excellent job waxing & tinting my (very sparse) eyebrows, and they’ve never looked better. Ashleigh is the only person I’ll let touch my hair; she takes the time to understand texture, lifestyle, and preferences to make a recommendation for a hair style. I’ve had many wonderful massages at the spa, and always have a relaxing experience. They’re taking safety measures very seriously and I felt very safe being there this week. I love the staff at Bella trio and recommend this salon to anyone & everyone!

I’ve had lots of services at Bella Trio and I’m always pleased! For about 2 years now I’ve been seeing Claire for my hair color and cuts! She always listens to what I want to try next during her consultations. We’ve done it all from short bob cuts, curtain bangs, and not to mention I have naturally dark brown-almost black hair and of course want it blonde :) and my hair is STILL very healthy even after the process! Because Claire is an expert at what she does and is very talented! I always look forward to seeing her every other month for my full balayage and haircut! I highly recommend seeing her and coming to Bella Trio!

Kristin gives the BEST massage hand downs! This was the first time I have had a massage where I was 100% relaxed both mentally and physically. She not only is a wonderful massage therapist but her personality and Aura she radiates is so uplifting and wholesome. I would highly recommend booking your next service with her. You will no be disappointed

I love Bella Trio! I started out going to see Shelia for lash lifts a couple years ago, and have quickly become a regular. From facials to waxing, shes the best around. Not to mention I am in LOVE with my microbladed eyebrows and I am constantly receiving compliments about them. Her quality of care is the best Ive ever received. I look forward to seeing her every month :)

Today, I received a lash lift and tint along with a brow lamination with the wonderful, Erin! I LOVED my results and actually didnt plan on getting a lamination until she offered to fit this service in after providing me education about it. I am an energy person and Erin is such a vibrant and genuine soul. I really appreciated connecting with her and booked my dermaplane facial for next weekend and am already looking forward for my second pampering sesh with her!

I had wonderful experience at the Bella Trio Spa yesterday! The front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. I got waxed by Erika (lip and Tahitian Brazilian), and got a lash lift. She did an awesome job on the waxing, but where she really blew me away was with the lash lift. I’ve had my lashes lifted before, but she gave me the results like I’ve never had. I woke up this morning and it seriously looked like I had just curled my lashes and applied mascara. I can’t believe how great the results are and I’m already planning to go back. I also saw Dania for a basic pedicure. She was incredibly detailed and thorough and did a wonderful job! I highly recommended them both! In addition, the COVID precautions the salon had in place made me feel very comfortable being there.

I have never had a bad experience at this salon, the quality of service, and the friendly and professional staff are the best in the triangle. Lately I have been scheduling massage appointments and usually see Nicole- who is excellent by the way! Today, I received a massage from Heidi and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Heidi gently worked out my pain with just the right amount of pressure, and made my comfort a priority. I left feeling relaxed and healed, and cannot wait to see her again!

02/22/2022. A negative turned into a positive. Management immediately called me to address the situation and to apologize for my experience. They offered A free hair cut with another hair stylist. They were attentive to my complaint and thankful for the feedback so they can address the situation. I was pretty impressed by their response time and personal care. They made the effort to right the wrong and I truly appreciate that. All clear.Initial review:A pretty negative experience overall. The stylist Bridget was more worried about speeding though the visit and getting ready for the next appointment then actually being attentive and focused on my haircut. I’m a pretty reasonable person but this visit left me in a situation of not ever wanting to come back again. Best of luck to them.

My hair was stuck in the 90s. I called Bella Trio and Carrie was very outgoing and professional on the phone. She explained everything I needed to know and was super positive and helpful. I looked online at the stylists profiles for the Sutton Station salon, and I decided Claire Powell was the person I wanted to help me with my hair. I made my first appointment a few months ago. I was not prepared for how outstanding my experience would be.Claire is a HAIR INTUITIVE - yes, thats right - she is a HAIR PSYCHIC! Claire does something I have never seen any other stylist do - she concentrates and then thoroughly analyzes your hair, evaluating it and seeing how it wants to naturally lay. She sees your hairs potential and she formulates a vision for your hair, cut, and color. When done, she shares her vision, explains it to you and gets your buy-in, and she translates her vision into action by carefully making your hair come alive and be exciting again! I could not believe how good my hair looked. It was the perfect cut and color for my face and coloring!My hair felt so light and airy I couldnt believe how good it felt! I was so energized and happy that I bought new clothes (to go with my new hairstyle of course), got a manicure and pedicure there from Ivy, and I hired a health coach and a nutritionist. I have lost 15 pounds and counting since Claire transformed my hair! I also found out last week that I dropped down 2 full points for my diabetic AIC! My sugar hasnt been that low in years. It all started with Claire. She made my hair look so good and modern that it jump-started my new desire to get in the best possible shape!She also has a lovely assistant named Ana who is her apprentice. At one time in this country, everyone learned their trade from being an apprentice. I am very impressed that this salon uses this exemplary method of training new people. Claire was free to focus on my cut and color, and Ana handled everything else like a consummate professional. She has exceptional customer service. I’ve been searching for over a decade for someone whose not afraid to pack in color. Brittany applied the prettiest copper red to my hair and did ash blonde money pieces and it turned out so pretty! Amelia was the front desk coordinator and was so helpful and friendly. The entire experience left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended!

You cant find a more professional salon than Bella Trio in the Triangle area. Ive been seeing Claire for over 10 years and wouldnt trade her for anything! When I moved back to NC I searched for a stylist that would be able to highlight my hair, eliminating my gray and making it look like my previous natural color. Claire was fantastic then, and when she introduced me to balayage it was even better! I highly recommend her and this technique if you seek a naturally blended look.I also want to complement the professionalism of the whole business throughout the pandemic challenges. They made sure clients had a way to get our products before we were able to return, and I have no qualms about their safety protocols now that were allowed back inside. I cant say enough great things about Bella Trio!

I have been seeing Sheila for esthetics for ~2 years, enjoying lash lifts, eyebrow shading, and my favorite- facials! I went from seeing her once every 3 months to every month especially since COVID hit, with stress and face masks. She maintains safety by wearing a face mask and shield during sessions. She has personalized every facial, and every part of the facial has a purpose, is intentional, and is relaxing. I have recommended her to a lot of my friends and co-workers and have also gifted a handful of facials with her because you truly don’t understand until you experience and see it on yourself! I had a non-typical breakout and she was able to squeeze me in and address my issues before a family wedding. I trust my skin in her hands!

Ashleigh cut my hair last night and I love it! It was really easy to style this morning. This was my first time at Bella Trio and I felt very comfortable with Ashleigh. She quickly developed a plan for my thick, grown-out Covid hair, and cut with confidence. I’ll be back!

Been going here for ~4 years and going to Renee for hair coloring. She has done blonde balayage on my naturally dark hair for 3 years and I have always been satisfied with the outcomes. We’ve done different shades of blonde and currently maintaining brown balayage. Definitely recommend! Great stylist and always stays realistic when it comes to expectations

I booked an appointment with Jenn and absolutely love my hair cut! She took the time to discuss and plan out exactly what I was looking for. I was searching for a new salon since moving to the area and have found the one!

I went to Erika for a lash lift and eyebrows waxing/tint and she was wonderful. I had tried a lash lift once before at another spa and thought it was ok but not worth the money. I’m so happy I decided to try again with someone else because I have found my person! Her personality, attention to detail and passion for her work is also excellent.

Ive been seeing Sheila at Bella Trio Spa for the past year or so for regular facials and she is fantastic. She is warm and friendly and maintains a relaxed, comfortable space for all her services. Sheila does a great job tweaking each service to however my skin is doing at the time and she always discusses her recommendations and approach with me, something I really appreciate. In addition to facials I also had my eyebrows microbladed by Sheila and was so please with the result - she did a great job creating shape and filling in my sparse, blonde eyebrows in a way that is totally natural looking. Highly recommend seeing Sheila!

I came here after calling a couple salons in the area I just needed the soonest appointment I could find to fix a haircut gone wrong that I had received elsewhere. I saw Hailey and oh my word she gave me the best haircut of my life. I was so so pleased with my experience here. Ill be returning here regularly from now on!! Also I should add the front desk person is much more attentive than Ive experienced at other salons. Asking what he could get me, offering a glass of wine. I felt pampered from the minute I walked through the door.

Sarah White is the best hair designer around!Update: I always had fabulous experiences with Bella Trio, no complaints on any service there! 👍 I am ecstatic for Sarah though, as she has moved on in her career just like most people strive to do. She now owns her own business- Gleam, LLC by Sarah White, at Sola Salons in Chapel Hill, and I will follow her anywhere!!

I’ve been seeing Sheila for custom facials and lash lifts and she is amazing! I always leave with a beautiful glow after my facial and they are unbelievably relaxing! I have super sensitive watery eyes and she is so delicate and quick with my lash lifts. If she can do my lashes, she can do anyones lashes!

Renee is amazing! She colors and styles my hair, but also helps teach me how to style at home. I don’t like complicated styles and have become obsessed with BioIonic tools (I have the curling iron and straightener) and I have noticed such a difference with all of the Loreal products she recommends! Bella Trio has gone above and beyond in keeping their salon safe with COVID-19. If you aren’t going to Bella Trio you are missing out!

Sheila is amazing. I have always had very sparse eyebrows and felt very self-conscious about the way they looked even with make up. The thought of having something done that looks natural was extremely appealing; and after seeing her work online and through a friend, I was sold. I am extremely happy with my results; my brows look incredible and so natural. I love the way I look and how I feel about my appearance!Sheila is so warm and professional, and always available to answer any and all questions. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and I highly recommend her to anyone considering having their brows micro bladed.

Ive gotten a lash lift at 3 other salons before and Anna is the best by far. Perfect curl, perfect dark tint all the way to the ends. Anna told me she loves what she does and it shows in both the quality of her work and her endearing customer service. HIGHLY recommended.

I first went to Bella Trio on a whim for a haircut and was very pleased with the results. Later, I learned about the lash lift, though I was nervous about having something done so close to my eyes, Sheila put me at ease with her friendly manner and professional ability - she did an incredibly job and really took note about what worked best for my lashes. My mother has also had a great experience with their mani-pedis.

I was looking for a place to get my hair touched up (trimmed) and to see how a braid would look for my upcoming wedding. This place came highly recommended. I made an appointment for a 1 hour Shampoo, Cut and Style. When I arrived, the stylist called me Amber, I looked past that as it is not the first time someone has called me that. When we consulted on what I wanted, I told her I was getting married and I wanted to see how a braid looked. I was totally okay for any type of braid in any position on my head. But we did not make it past that point as I was told a braid with layered hair will fall out, would that be okay with you? And of course, hearing that, I was not. My hair is also not cut in short layers, they are long layers to give my really fine hair some volume. She offered me curls, I do not like curls so I was turned off. And really at a loss for what to do. I told her to trim my layers to clean them up and for style it looked like I usually do at home, only fancy product was in my hair holding it together. Also, my appointment was done in 30 minutes, with maybe 5 of that of her talking to coworkers- one was about how much she owed for scissors and another was her taking care a quick errand. We also barely spoke, I am sure she sensed that I wasnt happy. She also asked me the same question twice. I am disappointed with how I was treated, I left feeling like I was just there to pay the bill so she could move on with her day.Ive also made an appointment elsewhere for my wedding.

I have been getting regular facials from Sheila for nearly 2 years now, and my skin has never been better! Sheila is great about explaining the process and tailoring the facial to my current needs (dry skin, acne, etc). The front staff are so kind and are great about calling to let me know when products I ordered come in. I would also recommend lash lifts with Sheila!

Sheila microbladed my eyebrows and I could not be happier with my results. I highly recommend Sheila to anyone looking to get this done! She knows exactly what she is doing and walked me through the entire procedure step by step as she did it which really eased my nerves day-of. I have been going to this salon for quite some time now. I am a low maintenance kind of gal and salons have never really been my thing- my requirements for a haircut are I need to be able to put it up and it needs to be low maintenance- aka I don’t even blow dry most of the time. I would go a year or more between haircuts, just getting a touch up when split ends got bad. Luckily I ended up with Renee here who totally got me. I’m now on a regular schedule and following some simple tips she has given me has made my hair visibly healthier (despite all my triathlete swimming and sweating) while staying low maintenance.Right before COVID-19 I was able to bring in a group for my wedding and we were all pleased, the photos were lovely and Megan did a great job with no trial run (did I mention I am low maintenance?!). Now in the world of COVID-19 I am posting this review as a physician to express my support of all of the money and effort this salon has put into client safety. They have gone above and beyond: screening all visitors, spreading out work stations and extending hours, buying new equipment to minimize sharing of supplies, eliminating blow drying and requiring masks for all employees and clients. Their plan was carefully thought through and implemented to maximize safety despite incurring additional expense at a time where they had clearly lost income.I have stuck with this salon since moving to Raleigh and I’m so glad I did. I am happy to support your business and I thank you for putting people over profits!

Sheila was a lifesaver before my wedding in December- I had been coming to her for my eyebrows for a while and I finally splurged on a facial. My skin was awful from pre-wedding stress and change of seasons. My skin got worse the next day (common reaction for my skin after a facial) and sure enough cleared up beautifully within a few days and was beautiful for my wedding and all our photos! Sheila is the best Esthetician I have ever had! Growing up, I had horrible cystic acne and tried everything. Two rounds of acutane later my skin still looked and felt horrible. Sheila is the skin guru- after seeing her regularly and following the product routine she created for me, half of my scars are gone and I am breakout free! I had a gift certificate and needed a haircut...great combo.My sytlist was Cait and she was amazing. I am not good with hair but I have tons of it...I told her all my concerns and together we picked a cut that would likely work well and that Id be able to style. She did and excellent job cutting it - it falls really well and frames my face perfectly. But she also gave me tips on how to style it and after I asked for product reccommendations she suggested a few. I have found them to be really helpful and I LOVE my haircut. Also, she was friendly and chatty and I enjoyed the time there. Ill definitely be going back.

I give this place 10 stars because if its friendliness and cleanliness. But it gets 2 stars for service. I am a Black woman with curly/textured hair. I called and explained that and asked if there was anyone there that wld be able to do my type hair. I was assured that they had someone and gave me B. B was very nice and accommodating and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. However, I was not. The first visit was ok. I left feeling like eh...Ill give her another chance. After my 2nd visit she told me that she is not used to doing textured hair and that they dont get many Black women. I asked for a wash, roll and put me under the dryer, than blow out the curls. She said she didnt know how to use the rollers. At this point I am very frustrated and just asked for a pin curl which seemed confusing to her as well. She said their clientele consist of cuts and colors. Thats their specialty. So why was I given someone who clearly had no clue as to what to do with my hair. I left feeling very embarrassed with the way she pin curled my hair..Clearly no experience! Needless to say, I will not be going back! This establishment reminded me of the movie Life. WHITES ONLY!

I never leave reviews but I had to leave a review for Shiela to rave about my experience. While giving me a facial, Shiela was able to painlessly and easily extract an unsightly blemish that I had for over four years—a blemish I recently had assessed by a dermatologist, who told me it was cyst and would have to be “punched out” to be removed. Shiela took all of 30 seconds to extract it, and I left feeling so much more confident with glowing skin and no blemishes. I booked two more appointments with her right on the spot! Highly recommend!

Ive been coming to this salon for haircuts for the past four years and have always received stellar service from my stylists. They listen to what I want and I walk out with a great cut and style. However, recently its become increasingly difficult to make an appointment. No one answers the phone when you call or returns your call when you leave a message. Additionally, the website is not user friendly for making appointments. Most recently it took me three days to make an appointment. I feel the poor reception desk service is unfair to the stylists as well as the customers.

I came to America a year ago and, as an ex-hairdresser back in England, I was terrified at the thought of finding someone new to cut my hair. I went through countless bad haircuts at other salons from stylists who didnt listen to my needs, and then a friend recommended Aaron at Bella Trio. Best decision I ever made. From the moment I walked in the front door, the staff was SO very kind and helpful.I have been wanting to get microblading done, but my nerves were keeping me from doing it. A friend found Sheila on Instagram. From the very first time we communicated on IG, Sheila made me feel very at ease. And today at my appointment, she walked me through every step and was so professional. Sheila is so good at what she does and I will definitely be going back to see her! Great place, and newly renovated. Ive had several cuts there now and the place is always clean and on-point. I recently moved to the area and it took me a while to settle in with a salon. My stylist is skilled and has consistently delivered, and I can usually get in and out on time. The product lines arent what I have been used to, but Ive purchased a few and not been disappointed.

I went to Bella Trio to get an upper lip, arms, and bikini wax. I went on two separate occasions, and both were below average. I still had some hair left on my upper lip, and Angela who did my bikini/arms was not a pleasant person. After waiting 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was finally taken back for the appointment. In the room, I was hesitating a bit about getting my arms done, and she told me next time not to waste their time and change my mind at the last minute. This was while I was totally exposed getting a bikini wax done - not a very comforting situation! Then, I realized after getting home that she didnt even do a good job - I have little globs of hair all over the place! Bella Trio may be a good place for getting other services done, but please DO NOT go for waxing services!

I scheduled an appointment online for a pedicure and explained I was looking for a new salon, that the massage portion is the most important part to me. Not only did she not massage my calves but she barely massaged my feet. My toe nails are painted well but my feet are still caloused in places. I definitely wouldnt go back.

The spa offers services in their upstairs space. Nice rooms with good lighting, talented estheticians and calming music.Erika and Anna have both been timely and very sweet. Prices are reasonable and the counter staff are helpful.

I came here because my normal salon wasnt opened yet due to the pandemic, but came here because of a friend. The color wasnt really what I expected it to turn out, and the trim turned into a straight cut disregarding the layers i had previously. I booked a $150 balayage, cut, and style, but it turned into a $175 color (maybe balayage??), cut, and blow dry. No styling at all. I guess the price fell under the consultation price.Overall, it wasnt a bad hair cut/color, just not what I was looking for or expecting. I guess its also partially my fault for not elaborating what I wanted more.I probably wont ever come back and stick to my usual salon.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck with muscle pain extending deep into my shoulders. Many activities, including driving and walking, had become painful. I consulted with @massagebykv who advised a massage and cupping session may help. Without hesitation, I booked, hoping for any relief. Upon arrival to the salon, I was greeted timely and with offerings of water/tea/snacks. The entire salon and spa was very clean and bright. I had a short wait as I had arrived early and the waiting area was also relaxing. Promptly at my scheduled appointment, @massagebykv greeted me and brought me to a dimly light massage room with music playing. She explained how the process worked and what to expect as this was my first massage. She made sure I was comfortable before beginning. She left the room for me to get prepared and lay down, and came back a minute later. The massage table was relaxing, with a heated bed, comfy sheets, and a minty eucalyptus scent. The massage itself was amazing. My heart rate dropped into the 50’s, lower than my normal sleeping heart rate. The hour flew by quickly and @massagebykv gave me a small sample of muscle rub to take home and continue soothing my neck and shoulder muscles, as well as a few stretch and massage techniques to try out. I regained a lot of movement in my neck and the pain I had was drastically reduced. I’d highly recommend @massagebykv for a massage/cupping session whether you’re in pain or just need to getaway and relax from your day to day life. I’ll be back!

I got a massage here for the first time last week. It was AMAZING! My only regret is that I booked a 30 minute massage instead of a 1 hour massage. The environment was very therapeutic and relaxing and the staff was fairly pleasant.
