This place has 5-star reviews for a reason! Last weekend I needed a 90 min massage after a tough work week. My shoulders, neck and head hurt from the stress, so I added on the scalp treatment. Marisa was my masseus, and she did a wonderful job. She was caring and made my entire experience peaceful and calm. She was so great that halfway through the massage I forgot where I was (almost fell asleep!). Overall, the service was what I needed. Great location to take a nice walk afterward and grab food. The lobby and room was clean and peaceful.

The facial was outstanding. It was customized and hit all my trouble spots. Courtney also spent time massaging my face, neck and shoulders. Loosing up my muscles really makes a difference in my facial skin firmness. Thank you!

I had a 90-minute massage with Michelle and it was absolutely wonderful! Courtney and Michelle were warm and welcoming. They were dealing with some temporary construction on the outside of the building that was completely out of their control, and their communication and professionalism was so appreciated. Courtney went out of her way to provide me with some earplugs and even reached out to me after my massage to apologize for any construction noise. Honestly, the massage was so good I hardly noticed the noise, but I look forward to coming back again soon for an even more relaxing experience. I will definitely recommend Breathe to friends and family.

My sister purchased a gift certificate for me for an hour and a half massage. I normally dont like to try out new places for massage, but since she paid, I decided to give it a shot.I booked online and chose Michelle which Im so glad I did! I put in my comments that I didnt want to chat because I was there to relax. Michelle completely understood and never said a word except when asking me if the pressure was okay (it was).Having an expert work on your back is in stark contrast to having a massage therapist from one of those massage mills. Yes, those places have some good staff, too, but Michelle was far and away superior to any in a very long time. She intuitively found the sore spots on my body and gently prodded the muscle to relax. And thats the key word, gently.I thoroughly enjoyed my massage from Michelle and I would absolutely book her again--probably very soon!

Ive been a loyal client of Breathe for years now. The owner, Courtney gives amazing massages and facials, and every massage therapist is great. If you need deep tissue work, Callie gives the absolute best deep tissue massage Ive ever had! I belong to the monthly membership, which is a nice way to pamper yourself at least once a month!!

I have been getting spa services done here for a couple years now and am finally writing a review. Coco and Robin are amazing at eyebrows. I have very full, bushy brows and they really know how to tame them and create a beautiful brow shape. I also had a Yumi lash treatment done by Lexi who is really talented as well and did a great job. I had awesome curled eyelashes for weeks. Lastly, Ive also had massages from a few different therapists and most recently from Socorro. Shes amazing - one of the best if not the best massage Ive ever had! I love this place, so glad I found it!

My husband and I have been going here for the past 2-3 years and have always had a good experience. Courtney, the owner, returns my calls promptly and usually finds an opening for me either the same day, or within a day or two. I was just in yesterday for a massage with Monica, and she was one of the best Ive ever had, and Ive been getting massages for the last 30 years, so that says a lot! Calli is also excellent. Breathe has a monthly plan, which I love. My husband and I can both use one account, and any un-used massages carry over. This is not a fancy, big spa, so if youre looking for that, this is not the place. It is a local, friendly, clean, charming and affordable establishment where I know I will get a very good massage every time.

I had my first facial with Mindy at Breathe Health and Wellness in Encinitas and what an amazing and talented esthetician! This was by far the BEST and most thorough and customized treatment I have ever experienced. Mindy knew exactly what organic products to use on my face and how to make improvements to the texture and overall appearance of my skin. Needless to say I booked my next facial and plan to continue to see Mindy on a very regular basis. I highly recommend Breathe Health and Wellness - the entire team is focused on their clients.
