Adele Van is amazing! I went through a lot in my personal life this year and it was reflected on my skin. Adele began to work her magic and treat my skin. I immediately began to see and feel results, which after receiving treatment from others (Including a Doctor) I had started to lose hope. Adele has gone above and beyond to not only treat my skin concerns, but she also conducts extensive research to ensure the best treatment and results. My experience with the massage at Massage Envy was very very relaxing. The warm welcoming was felt from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. I had no questions nor concerns after finishing paperwork with her. My therapist Alina was very caring and when I tell you that she touched and took care of all my expectations, believe me she did. My body truly thanks her and her magic hands. She definitely would be one of the reasons for my return. Thank you all for your service with a smile.

Adele is awesome. It’s so refreshing to have a relaxing service and not have someone trying to push me to buy products. She advises what would benefit my skin and holy cow do the products she recommends really work. Adele has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. She understands that everyone’s skin is different and really tailors her facials to that person’s needs. Since starting facials and using recommended products my leftover pregnancy mask is gone and my skin is just healthier. I had someone ask how old I was. They thought I was 30 (I’m 42!).

Moose was great! Even though I arrived late he gave me a complete serve! It was one of the best massages I have ever had! The hot towels were an added touch. The instructions for self stectched were also helpful. He is a real professional.

Linsey did a very good Job. I just wish you had better prices for an individual massage. I cannot afford to “join” and commit to one massage a month. But i would pay $90. to get a massage when i am needing one!

WOW I am using my credit for massages otherwise I would have booked another facial with her ASAP. She is fantastic. I love that she did not try to push/upsell me on products that I don’t need and I loved the neck massage. Also my face looks as fabulous as can be for a 51 year old 😉

I had a hydrafacial with Adele at massage envy encinitas. Super happy with the results. My skin feels cleaner and tighter and the work she did on my eyes was great. Adele was nice enough to fit me into her schedule on short notice. I will definitely be back for another facial with Adele when im back in town.

What a terrible experience! Maria at the front desk moved my appointment, yet forgot to cancel the original appointment and charged me for a no show. And when I called to question the charge, she hung up on me twice. I have been a long time massage envy customer, but after this experience will not be going back.

Worst message envy location i’ve been to. Booked an hour message with Alina, got there early and wasn’t brought back till 5 minutes after my start time. The message was then only 45 minutes long. Started at 11:10 and ended at 11:55. There was also an issue with credits on my account and the receptionist did nothing to try to help. Terrible customer service.

Just below average massage compared with other massages l’ve had in the past. Passive. Not medium to firm as I requested or would’ve liked. Felt like she was just “Going through the motion”. Disappointing.

I’ve been seeing Angie exclusively for nearly a year. love her deep tissue massages! I’ve been getting massages for a few decades and know a good masseuse from an ok one. She listens to my needs and knows how to address them. But most of the time she ‘just knows’ what I need and she is always right on. She talks but knows when to stop. She’s the absolute best!!

Michiko is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! Her touch is medium to firm and she knows pressure points. I had a headache all day until Michiko cured me! Love love love Michiko!

THIS BUSIINESS IS A FRAUD! THEY CHARGED MY CARD UNAUTHORIZED! I went there once for a facial, not to mention eventhough I told them I have a super sensitive skin, and the minute they put product on my skin I told the therapist my skin is burning and she instead of cleaning it write away tried to make my skin cooler and I had to tell her I need you to remove it ASAP and she cleaned it and my skin was all red!! They signed me up for a membership I didnt agree and I didnt sign any paperwork. A month after I realized they charged me for a membership fee!! I called and I asked what is this for and they said I should fill a membership cancelation form!! And I said I never signed any membership paperwork and they said eventhough you never signed a initial one you need to sign cancelation!!!And I told them I dont want to do it and if I have to I followup with my credit card and they told me to do so!!!

Massage Envy in Encinitas is a treat especially for the price of their membership. Any treatments I get there I’m always satisfied. The latest was a facial and peel with Gabriella. She’s a gem and so knowledgeable in what my skin actually needs vs what I think it needs.

Alina gave a great 1 hour massage.

If you want a great facial at massage envy then I highly recommend Gabriella.

I have been using the Jan Marini retinol mask that Adele recommended. It’s a good addition to the facials I receive from Adele, who makes my skin look fabulous.

Really poor communication by the staff. Im a regular here and signed up for a couples massage with my partner meant to be a surprise for him so I really wanted things to go right with scheduling. I got a notification over 6 weeks out that my massage therapist had quit so the couples massage would have to be rescheduled(with over 6 weeks notice, I was hopeful they could find another staff member to fill in which I think is reasonable). I was notified that there was someone else to fill in and called to confirm this two separate times(like I said, really wanted to do something nice for him and for this to go well) prior the appointment because I know about the front desks poor communication (yes, even the manager who works there at the front desk). We drove over 30 mins to the Massage Envy, only to show up and be told the person who was supposed to give us the massage had quit. When I explained I had talked to two separate people about this and they should be able to look into the system to see, the manager implied I was lying as she was the one at the front desk when I called (which could have been true because like I said, not great communication and not very competent). So we were sent away with no offer to reschedule. All around just poor customer service by the manger herself.

Mike has always been great over the years 5 stars for him!!!! The person at the front was wonderful also, though unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

Laura is lovely and gives a marvelous facial, wonderful table side manner, beautiful massage and altogether exceptional in every way!

Asked for medium pressure but all I could think of during the massage was, when will it be over as mpost of the massage was too hard and painful. Guess I couldve asked her to lighten up, but she also never asked how it felt.

Esther did a great job on my massage. She didn’t talk a lot and worked the areas needed but still provided a whole body massage.

Adel has given me excellent facials over the past year. She is excellent with skin care and facials.

I had a massage by Michiko at Massage Envy Encinitas. Michigan is a fantastic outstanding Massage Therapist, truly fabulous and I can highly enthusiastically recommend her services! I also love the HYDROWAVE I like to utilize 30 minutes before or after my massage services, just adds extra benefits! Way to go Encinitas Massage Envy!

Machinko (sp?) is great masseuse - professional, conscientious, and committed.

I had a blissful and relaxing facial with Laura. She is experienced, knowledgeable and a light touch.

Surprisingly terrible communication by a lady running the front desk who claimed to be an assistant manager. She had an inability to correctly convey the business’ policies and provided inaccurate information, that led me to believe pursuing the services of this establishment would not be worth my while. During our discussion, one of the massage therapists came out and easily clarified the misconception, but the assistant manager was already on the phone with her manager wildly inaccurately explaining the situation. The manager did not ask for any further clarification nor demonstrate any managerial skills in handling the situation, and requested that I leave. Myself and the massage therapist both shrugged our shoulders at the incompetence before us, and I left. This is an incredibly poorly managed location, from someone who has frequented Massage Envy many times in the past.

Over priced!! My massage person was rough and used to much pressure!! They had been told on phone it was my first time. I needed a person with a lite touch. Waiting area was nice. My so called expert was very inpatient with me would not listen. Her touch was very firm. I left more tense and my pain was more than when I arrived. Place was not in my opinion well maintained. I felt so bad a friend gave me this for a gift.

My friend has a membership and so we booked 11/28/2020 for our Thanksgiving treat. She has a profile with them and is always a full body. When the masseuse started talking to her he told her it would be from the waist up. She thought it might have been something to do with COVID and so she didnt question him. Afterward she asked me if mine was the same which was not. We let the front desk know who gave is a managers name to call. That person was an assistant manager and had us call the manager. When we spoke to her she was not the least bit helpful at all. Everyone makes mistakes. Its how you correct them that determines how people view your customer service. This particular location does not have good customer service and I would NOT ever reccomend them. Instead go to the Solana Bea h location 665 San Rodolfo we have always had great experiences and good massages.

My therapist Vanessa was great today. I told her my areas of concern and that I am under alot of emotional stress. She was kind and compassionate and checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay with the pressure and technique. I had tried in the past Massage Envy but was not happy with the routine massages I recieved. As a massage therapist myself for 7 years and can give Vannesa my stamp of approval .

This was a surprise for my husband, he said the massage was not good at all. The therapist asked where his areas were that needed more work, he said his low back and the therapist didnt even touch his low back. Instead she spent most of the time on neck and shoulders. In addition the other areas were mostly neglected and with an extremely light touch.I personally called ahead to say this was a surprise but when i arrived to pay they were not quiet at all about what I was paying, while my husband was in the lobby area.

I have tried to book an appointment here on a couple of occasions. They didnt even follow up with a reply or a courtesy call. They must be so busy they certainly dont need my business. I tried to book online...NO REPLY! Then I called & if they were booked then they should have called to tell me so I could pick a different day for my hour & a half long Aromatherapy massage. They lost a good client...

It was one problem after another.1) I filled out an application online for an appointment. No follow up whatsoever.2) After I called and scheduled an appointment, they scheduled me for a time that they werent even open. Not a soul in sight.3) After all of this, I still didnt get a call back. Did they even put me on their schedule in the first place?Im not sure if they dont know what theyre doing or if they just dont care, but a simple phone call or email goes a long way. I had to let the person who referred me know that the whole experience was a waste of time.

Well my step daughter works at Massage Envy so sometimes Im coming and going bring her something or seeing if she needs anything but I know this Massage Envy caters to your massages your muscles hear your overall body mind and health thats a good place to relax definitely relax

Massage Envy is a classy relaxing Spa type atmosphere with very very polite workers I feel like Im in really good hands when I go into their establishment of all kinds of massages lotions oils can give you a lot of nutritional tips along with a diet plan Massage Envy is very very worth the cost of a program or one of their special services I would definitely suggest Massage Envy if you want to spoil and pamper yourself
