I recently had the pleasure of visiting for a massage, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.The facility itself is pristine and thoughtfully designed, creating a serene environment that truly enhances the relaxation experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of promptly.However, the true highlight of my visit was my therapist, Dolly. She is nothing short of amazing. From the initial consultation, Dolly took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, and she tailored the massage accordingly. Her technique is impeccable—combining just the right amount of pressure with soothing movements that melted away all the tension in my body.Dolly’s attention to detail and intuitive understanding of the human body are truly remarkable. She made sure to address every knot and tight spot, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. Beyond her technical skills, Dolly exudes a calming presence that made the entire session even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being.I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply satisfied with the service I received. Dolly is a true gem, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for a top-notch massage experience, do yourself a favor and book a session with Dolly. You won’t be disappointed!

Adriana was phenomenal. I absolutely felt very pampered and she really impressed me as someone who really enjoys her job. She explained everything about facials that I needed to know and encouraged questions. I am looking forward to my next day at the spa. I highly recommend her.The ladies at the desk were also very accommodating and very pleasant. The whole experience was awesome. I am also giving them an excellent review because I haven’t always felt welcomed at other spas that I have visited. I don’t plan to revisit them but this one I will, as I said, it was an amazing experience .

Ting is a fantastic therapist. He uses great pressure and check in with you multiple times to make sure that the pressure is what you like. He also listens to any areas that you want to focus on that day. I always feel like its a customizable massage. I enjoy the quietness of a massage and he gives that to me. I enjoy going to him and try to always do 1.5 hours… Its perfect!

CeCe did a fantastic jobs. My schedule has been extremely hectic physically and mentally. The massage was the perfect solution to get me back in balance. Thank you so much for the great service and results.

Dollie was my masseuse and she did an amazing job at targeting the areas where i was experiencing discomfort. She was courteous, friendly and made it an overall welcoming and warm experience. I highly recommend and will be booking Dollie for future services!

Monica, my massage therapist, is phenomenal. She has an incredible ability to work out the knots in my muscles, providing immense relief every time. Selfishly, I almost dont want to share how skilled she is because it might make it harder to book with her. However, she truly deserves all the recognition and praise for her exceptional work.

This was my first time using their services. I booked a 30 min stretching session.I was seen at my appointment on time. The facility was clean and calming. From check in to check out, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Tara, the service provider, explained every move and the purpose and what to expect. I felt the price was reasonable for my service. I will definitely go back and book a 60 min session. Extra plus was the fact that they accept FSA/HSA.

First, I wanted to say how amazing the front desk staff are. They are the most kindest, sweetest and funniest people you would ever meet. They are very professional and patient while answering any questions you may have.Secondly, I recommend any and everybody who ever needed, wanted or thought about getting a massage to schedule with Jonathan. Whether you are needing stress relief, pain reduction or relaxation, he will definitely take care of you. He is very professional in gathering all information and answering any questions you may have concerning your treatment and checks in with you during your session just make sure all is well. He also switches modalities based off your current need for that session. He is very patient and has a calm spirit. When you get off his table, you feel renewed and restored.

I really like ME. Annie does an amazing job and the staff is nice. However they recently implemented a new tipping system that is not client friendly. Firstly the machine took three times to process correctly and then worst of all, they charge us a fee to tip the massage therapist. Not smart ME!

Cecilia listened to me when I explained my problem areas and said I got it. She did not exaggerate. Her technique melted away my shoulder and neck tension. She also relaxed a tight leg tendon that causes chronic balance problems. I followed her suggestion for a better night of rest & it worked. She is a true professional. I will return for her wonderful massage.

I really enjoyed my massage with Cecilia. She was very attentive. She wasn’t too hard. She was just the right amount of pressure. I left out of there feeling rejuvenated and that’s truly what I needed. I appreciate her attentiveness to my delicate situation.

I enjoy going to Johnathan because his pressure is just right for me! Not too hard and not too light. He pays attention to detail when giving massages and makes sure to massage every spot. Also, he is very professional and consistently asks if the pressure or speed needs to be adjusted throughout the process. His consultation advice is also informative because he not only observes what specific areas have issues and but offers solutions through daily practices!

Ed is an amazing massage therapist! I have a tight shoulder and he does a great job loosening it up and giving me my range of motion back. I would recommend him for sure!

Great massage experience. She incorporated light stretches with a deep tissue massage to really loosen my muscles. First massage was so great that I booked another appointment right on the spot for 5 minutes later! Jzarvonni is amazing!

Monica was okay. There were things I liked during the massage. Like the eucalyptus and the neck pull thing she did but overall I felt the massage was sloppy and it felt more like a rub down than a massage. It was also noisy. She was using a chair at times to go from side to side. . The cream she used had bio freeze in it ,which she informed at the very beginning, left a tingling feeling and I kind of liked that, but I didn’t like how thick the cream was and it annoyed me every time she pumped more in her hands because it made a sound. I kept feeling myself tensing up. It was really hard trying to get out of my head and just relax. This was my experience but please give her a try and experience it for yourself and make your decision.

Life changing !!!! I have rheumatoid and an underactive thyroid. And I am in constant pain. I haven’t found anyone who can really make me feel better. When David put his hands on me, the relief was instantaneous. I slept better than I have in my entire life. I normally suffer from night terrors. I got a membership same day. David is a miracle worker ! Thank you to Shannon and Brie as well. Love the entire team! I can’t wait for my next session.

Cynthia was friendly, helpful consultation before my facial. She was also informative when it came to post facial routine. I would definitely come back to her and feel very comfortable recommending her to others.

I have been suffering with sciatica pain due to sitting long hours, at a computer, for work. Jonathan was my therapist and made me feel so much better. He also helped me to understand why my body was reacting the way it was and sent me home with some stretches to do. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is because of Jonathan that I will be back!

This was my first facial experience. It was amazing!! Andria did a terrific job! I felt really relaxed and refreshed after my appointment. Can’t wait to go back. Very friendly staff!

The staff was friendly, youthful and full of pleasant energy. Jzarvonni alleviated my nerve tightness in my back and in the foot I had surgery on. She is an excellent Masseuse. I highly recommend her.

Always a lovely and relaxing experience here. Tara is my favorite! I was hesitant to commit to their monthly club, but it was what I needed to be sure I treat myself regularly for my chronic muscle spasms.

I’d like to gatekeep my massage therapist bc he’s literally the best there ever was, but I won’t. DW is hands down the most talented guy there. I’ve literally never had a bad massage. He knows what he doing and you can tell he knows his anatomy. He’s spot on when you tell him your problem areas and you always leave feeling a million times better.

Vintonne did a wonderful job! She answered every question I had, she was very gentle with my skin, and it was the most relaxing experience. Cant wait to go back! ☺️

Jasmin is amazing! He is always able to help with my migraines and shoulder tension. I always walk away feeling my best. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in muscle structures to encourage better posture and stretching to avoid further pain and tension.Jasmin helped me with a very serious migraine yesterday. He knows what to do and was able to keep me from feeling very much sicker. I came in nauseous and weak and he kept it from getting worse. I was able to get rest and feel much better today.

Jzarvonni was excellent and worked out a lot of knots in my shoulders and back. She has knowledge of the physiology of muscle movement and uses that to untie the knots with deep pressure. I’m grateful!

Jzarvonni was amazing she literally solved my neck problems and the stiffness completely vanished. She felt for the tightness in my muscles and attended to every need it was an amazing experience and the best massage ever

All of my appointments with JC have been great. Warm lotion and a throughly relaxing message. From shoulders to tips of each finger and each toe. The facility is always neat clean and inviting. Conviently located. I tried someone new this evening and it didnt work out. Cold lotion isnt relaxing. Lotion in my hair is a major NO. All parts of my body do have a back AND A FRONT.. I also consider knees, elbows, fingers(each one), ankles and toes(each one) important parts to message.

Had a great massage by Anne! She listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I also love and appreciate the customer service at the Sugarloaf location. It’s way better than the Snellville location.

Jennifer renewed my faith in ensuring that I schedule self-care regularly! Id been in pain for 30+ days and she immediately knew what the problem was after simply asking a few probing questions!!! Needless to say this morning was the first morning Ive awaken without pain in over a month!!!

Dollie is definitely a wonderful massage therapist at this location. She is one of my go to when I need an appointment. I have three favorites. She will make you feel comfortable and do a great Massage and she does all pressures. Annie and Lashika are also excellent if you like a deep massage.

The massage was what was expected..just the right amount of pressure..Thanks Janine..the facial did not meet my expectations..for the price I expected much more than a face rub..the music is a no go..need more of a jazz (instrumental) feel to relax you..

Trudy, massage therapist, was great. She focused on my areas of concern, applying the right amount of manual pressure for me. She also found hidden trigger points and muscle tightness that I didn’t know I had! This was my 1st visit to Massage Envy, but I left with an annual membership. I highly recommend the Duluth Highway Massage Envy location.

I absolutely LOVE this location! Trudy was absolutely amazing! She takes time to ask where you would like the focus of your massage to be and then she covers those parts. She checks on you during the massage to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend her and this location

This location (Sugarloaf) is a little farther away from me but I choose this one because they had an appointment available immediately. I got lucky and David was available. He is a specialist who targets specific areas that you identify that need attention. I rarely get a massage to relax. I am looking to loosen tight muscles. He was able to adjust pressure as I needed it. I like deep firm pressure most places but need a little touch as well. Not many therapist that I have had can transition quickly between deep and medium.I have had a lot of massages. Most therapist have a routine, and no matter what you tell them you need work on the do what they want to do. Not David. I had 4 areas of concern and he only worked on those areas.I felt great afterwards. He listened to me. What novel approach to customer service.

Went due to neck sprain but the massage was way too deep for the injury and set me back a bit. It was my first massage ever and I wasn’t asked about “how deep “ I wanted it - and I didn’t know to ask. In retrospect I should have spoken up but being my first massage I wasn’t sure. Wish they discussed this issue more thoroughly with me prior to starting.

Had a very relaxing experience. My masseuse, Cecilia was great! I highly recommend her. She has a very calming energy to her and just the right touch. I really felt like she was in tune with my body. The staff was great and very professional.

Tonight I enjoyed an Energize Aromatherapy enhancement. It awakenened my sinuses and gave me a cool tingling sensation...fabulous! See you again in two weeks!

I have been going to Massage Envy for about a year now and I have been scheduling with David for at least half of that time. Prior to David I would just book with anyone to get a massage and never fully enjoyed or saw any benefits. With David I can tell him my problem areas and he will work to make sure I feel a lot better. He is also very nice and personable. I would recommend anyone who attends this location or any other to book with David!

Anne was excellent. She adjusted her massage style to maximize the benefits for me.

David was very kind and respectful and knowledgeable. This was my first time in Massage Envy and this was my first time with a man massage therapists. He works on the right sports and I was in pain and headache before my massage and after it I felt much much better. I will recommend this place, very clean and professional and David was very professional and respectful! When I have a chance $$$ to go again Ill definitely will go there. This was at the Sugarloaf branch.

David was excellent. I am constantly searching for a great massage therapist who can help relieve stress, tension, and even pain. He listened to my pain points and worked to help me. I felt much better after the massage, and even days after. I look forward to seeing him soon and have signed up to see him every 2 weeks as part of my health and stress relief regimen. I think I have found my new regular therapist!

The assistant manager Brianne was so supportive with helping me understand the membership process. She sold me right away! So far Ive tried two therapists, Cece and Ting and they were both great. I always walk out of this location feeling healthy and happy.

The staff at this location is awesome. I get my chemical peels from Sunshine. She is a-ma-zing! Professional atmosphere, clean space, timely, and she explains everything as she goes during every visit. M.E. is lucky to have her ❤️If I could give more than 5 stars to this location, I would.

I love the services here - the front staff and the providers. I have decided to care for my skin and have been having facial treatments - peels, Microderm, and healthy facials, for over a year now. My skin looks and feels fantastic and I adore the time with my esthetician, Adriana.

Shout out to miss Tara for a great massage. Had strong back, neck, and shoulder pains that she managed to relieve. Only regret was not going sooner; Def. recommend to anyone in need of ridding their muscle, joint, or tissue pain.

Upon arrival I didn’t really get a welcoming vibe from entrance. While waiting to be serviced I completed my treatment plan on the tablet. However when I was greeted by Latondra she still inquired about what I wanted. I told her full body (as purchased)top and bottom but not my feet. She insisted on saying “I can just do your upper body”. I left it alone. During the massage she catered to my right side of my back more than my left side, barely touched my shoulders or arms and gave a little attention to my neck before saying the session was over. The session was booked for an hour and started at 7:06 but she ended the session before 8:00.

I always love my experience at Massage Envy. Jasmin is great! As a caregiver who does a lot of lifting, bending, pushing and pulling repeatedly, he quickly finds the areas that are being stressed the most. (Thanks Jasmin!!) My massage is my one “me time” thing. Highly recommend everyone get one regularly.

David was awesome! He gave me great advice to help get rid of a lot of the pain. Janine is also great!!! You can’t find a place better than this. The ladies up front were very kind and efficient with the check in process. My favorite and the best Massage Envy around!!!!

Awful. I would not recommend this massage to anyone. Me and my husband went in for a couples massage and everything was super cold including the treatment and the person giving my massage. Terrible attitude and unaccommodating. The only bright spot was my husbands masseuse and the front clerk named Shannon. I would completely avoid this place!

Trudy has many ways to change up massages and does a great job every time. I have tension in my neck and shoulders and I always leave better off !

My experience with my first facial massage was amazing and I felt very relaxed. I recommend Vintonne because she was very helpful and even explained to me some better tips and products I should use for my face, she also made sure I was feeling relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session. It was honestly a 10/10 experience and I will be definitely coming back another time to get a massage.

Monica noticed different nuances that would help me, took extra time to show me beneficial stretches, and different aromas that would keep me from getting too stuffed up from being face down on the table. Good massages when you can get one but the staff are flaky and unreliable. Ive had a membership for a month and a half and theyve already cancelled several appointments the day of without reasonable heads up. I confronted a rep on the phone about this and she had a very nasty attitude when I did so. Going to try another location and definitely do not recommend this one.

Horrible!! Do not come here the customer service is terrible! I called last night Wednesday 12/8 at 9:00pm To make an appointment for today Thursday 12/9. The girl I spoke with seem to have an attitude but I didn’t think anything of it we made my appointment for Thursday at 4:30 I would be getting a 60 minute facial and a 30 minute specialty massage. Prior to us disconnecting a call she confirmed the date and time my appointment would be and also went over the cancellation policy with me, she recommended if I was going to cancel because I made the appointment late at night that I should call first thing in the morning to cancel. I had no reason to cancel as I was looking forward to my appointment. I arrived promptly at 4:15 to my appointment and was told by the front desk girl she had no record of me in her system. Upon further investigation she stated my appointment was for tomorrow Friday 12/10. I explain to her this was not possible as me and the representative I made the appointment with never discussed a Friday appointment. The front desk girl also went on to explain that there would not be anyone in tomorrow Friday to do my facial. How do you improperly schedule someone but also improperly schedule them for our service you do not offer on the day that you schedule them for??? The front desk girl did not seem to care that I was inconvenience. There was no apology, she did not try to rectify the situation or even sympathize with me she simply stared back at me and said what do you want to do. Do not waste your time with this company or location. They’re much more reputable companies to get a massage with Who care about their clientele and have great customer service.

I came in on one of the worst days Ive had in a long time. I was a total mess, couldnt stop crying, depressed and hurting in every inch of my body. They got me an appointment, and made me feel so much better even before the massage. The girl at the front desk was extremely kind and gentle with me. She helped me get an appt within the hour (it was like a miracle, they had a cancellation at just the right time) My masseuse Alonzo was amazing. I was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. I came out feeling amazing, when I went in I felt like hell, coming out I was a new person. I plan to go every month, this was a total mental and physically healing experience for me. I would really really recommend this place to anyone.
